Filthiest BrosBageld I had ever visited.Food was good thou. Thats why I keep coming, but never to this store again.

Walked in here about a week ago. I walked right in & the wasn’t even greeted by the cashier. He just awkwardly stared at me until I had to break the silence & awkwardness with a hello. I sat down & observed the next customers, two tall guys walk in & are immediately greeted by the same guy. I wonder what caused the rudeness. Im never coming back here. The food was prepared perfectly though but the place was a mess. The counters were full of spills & the trash was over flowing.

Mediocre. This place is a old converted gas station, and still has that rough feel about it. Parking is a challenge. The food is average. The dining room is not appetizing. The patio is better. The coffee is weak & tastes like its instant. Customer service is bland like the coffee. All this at an above average price? No Thank you! They used to be good place years ago. An up and coming place! But they seem like a down and running out place.

Great location, Staff member that took care of us was extremely rude. Establishment is dirty and outdated.We sat outside to enjoy south Floridas weather and sat in a rust old chair that cut my girlfriends leg and ripped her pants. After telling the store about it there answer to us was. What do you want us to do about it. The chair is old.With so many great options around Dade county I would not recommend this location. Establishment needs plenty of training.

I’ve been coming to this Einstein for ages (because it’s the only one near by). Staff is unorganized and lack cohesiveness. This location needs to hire a consultant to find out what their problem is. Staff walk around clueless trying to do their side work (fill straws, refill napkins, clean floors) while not tending to the very long lines. After they clean (with gloves on), they go back to tending customers, handle money, etc, with the same glove on. It’s safe to say that after so many years I will no longer be coming to this location, EVER.You can tell the manager is trying her best, with the little resources she has.Staff seem confused, and lack motivation.My order was ready and sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes while I was sitting inside waiting for it to appear in their pick up area as per the instructions and signage. It’s cold now so thanks for that!Christina needs more training- she wanders off and leaves everyone else to fend to the full house.Everyone is doing everything and no one has a specific task assigned.NEVER AGAIN.

My family & I came @ a very, busy time of day. Sunday @ 11:30. The salmon & cream & everything bagel was very 😋 yummy; however, the iced Chai tea latte was not...I have never tasted anything like it before & one of the other drinks we ordered was incorrectly made as well.The breakfast burritos (2) were not heated all the way - cold spots & had to be sent back.And could not sit inside & it was a very, hot day.But, I got see the coolest looking little multi-colored lizard 🦎 while eating my bagel 😊

Its not anything special. Cant say its exactly unique, but it does what it says it does.Bagels.You can make them into sandwiches which are fine, and the staff here really are wonderful (why its 4 stars instead of 3).All in all, its a place about utility. It makes sure the quality isnt bad. Its enough. Its certainly good enough.

Picked up a big order this morning and was assured everything would be in the bags. When I get to my office, a half hour away, i discover Im missing several tubs of schmear that I ordered. I have been on the phone for half an hour trying to reach anyone at the store but no one picks up. Will not be ordering for pick up again.

Bagels are delicious, I got Smoke salmon Bagel and coffee, prices are affordable 👌

Whenever were on our way to Mercy Hospital we stop here to get bagels. We love their bagels. They are the closed to the bagels we got in NJ. Try em. The place is usually jumping.

Service there is horrible. It took 30 minutes to get 3 toasted bagels. Insane. Recommend you keep driving down route 1 for 5 minutes to Coral Bagels.

The food was delicious. The location is centrally located. The staff was cordial. All around, I have no complaints.

Probably the worse einsteins out there. Customer service is non-existent (like their parking). Over the last 10 years, no one has ever answered the phone when i called. Avoid this place.

We had bagel egg and bacon bagel. They were hot and delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly. This will get another visit.

I like Einstein bagels but this location is only in business because of where its located otherwise the service and food quality would have put it out of business. Our $65 order included two hot sandwiches which were cold sent back and two mixed drinks that were discussing. My mocha was more like a wet shake as opposed to a Frozen delight which it normally is at other locations. Oh and other two sandwiches which was not our way but they made it their way. Its now April 25th 2021 and youre still not allowed to sit inside how convenient for the workers.

I always pick up what they call the lunch box which is a total delight with my family. Especially birthdays. There is a wonderful selection of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, taters, and every single tiny little bit is finished.

The place is great once in awhile youll get bad service but it doesnt stop me from coming. Definitely a must go for bagels in South Miami area

Consistent. Pretty busy on weekends. Parking can be a pain, but overall not bad. Been there many times and havent had a bad experience.

Best (and only?) pumpernickel bagels in Miami, very nice staff.

The problem with this store is that they never get the order correct. They need to learn to listen.

Early in the morning only thing open at that time. I went and got myself a coffee and a toasted bagel. It was delicious if I should say so myself.

Friendly. Just need to be on top of there low coffees.

Crowded but very good employees make it fast to get you order

Parking is pretty much impossible here and the service is a bit slow but otherwise the employees are very kind and the food is done well

The bacon, avocado, tomato and egg whites sandwich was absolutely delicious! Today was my first time at Einstein Bros. Bagels, and definitely going back. The staff is friendly, too. Hopefully the Bagelrito is in stock next time, though. Thanks!

Food was good, but the location is run down. The ceiling in the womans bathroom was leaking pretty badly.

Location is a pretty standard Einstein Bros. Bagel location. This location gets a 4 star because on a few occasions Ive heard a particular staff member speaking disrespectfully about customers. Be prepared to wait as theres usually a line. @pandaportions

The staff here are always friendly! This is my favorite place to grab a quick breakfast. The bagels never fail to taste great!

Not the best customer service. Always run out of the gourmet beagles pretty fast in the morning. The cinnamon sugar beagle doesnt look like other Einstein Beagles

This place used to be amazing!! Then it seems that the owners or management changed and it’s never been the same. We still go and enjoy breakfast every now and then, back in the day we used to go every single weekend.

Honestly don’t know how they place stays open.

Delicious bagels!

Just had a great catering experience this weekend from this location. Everything was great and on time. Guests raved about the bagel shmears which are bagel balls filled with cream cheese (3 varieties offered in this location). Many thanks to Einstein Bros regional catering director Eric for a job very well done!

I have come two days now and not a disappointment! Gloria was training and asked me all the right questions and catered to my adjustments. Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches!

Sunday morning isnt their best day. Stood in line for about 10 minutes only to find they are out of tomatoes AND capers for the Nova Lox bagel. In between appointments and thought this stop would be smart and ”fast, ” its not.Why not provision correctly and make sure you he plenty.Ordered no onions and got onions and no cutting in the middle. Just another example of lackadaisical management and poor planning.

Great location ... BUT ... Service here really hurts it. Since when do you go to a bagel place and not have the choice of which bagels to choose? This happened when we orders the bakers dozen! The girl behind the counter actually got mad when we asked to pick our own .. WHAT!?!

Their a/c is broken... poor workers..its hot inside!!!

I came back to have breakfast at this place after around three years, the food quality still the same, but the service went way down, you can see employees speaking to each other while you wait more than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. So sad.

My visit was short and concise I got what I needed and left. However and friends daughter Aly commented that the best thing to eat there is the eggs, they are so delicious!

I stopped by while on a lunch break from a training. I was very impressed with the menu selection, especially breakfast. I received my food order quickly, but had to wait a while for my drink order to be made. I think it was forgotten about. Either way, Ill be back again when the opportunity presents itself again!

Bagels are good, especially the Signature ones. They have good pastries. Ordering and recieving of food is a fair time, but could be better. Prices are ok, but your paying the same as other competitors. Parking is extremely limited, but they do offer valet. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Views are of US1 roadway, not scenic.

The food was amazing but costumer service could be better. They messed up my bagel (which is not a big deal it happens) and they caught it after a few minutes and fixed it for me. They do run out of bagels as the day goes on so go early if you want a good selection. Overall a good place to go.

The food is good, but I go there for the coffee, which is very good. I like that tgey have honey for the coffee there. They do not have those yummy black Russian bagels anymore, big disappointment. Its the closest to my house, but Ill go for bagels to another branch that has them. They are pumpernickel with sesame seeds on the outside. Their service is average.

Rude staff. They flipped the flow of the ordering line and rolled their eyes everytime someone got stuck lining up the old way. They snapped at customers, and customers snapped back. Horrific energy in there. Management needs to step up fix service.

I dont like to complain about workers because i know companies are not giving the right training, not only on the items of the menu, but basically on how to treat your patrons, nevertheless i really found it disturbing that i decided to have breakfast at your location and i felt i wasnt welcomed. I requested a nova lox bagel with eggs. The lady at the cash register said they didnt have it in the menu and was going to add extra eggs on the side. Maybe you changed the menu, cause i used to have that.Then i saw a picture saying chocolate cooler. I asked what was in it and the response was : its a cooler mix. I asked again whats in the cooler mix? She said again cooler mix. And added she didnt know much because she hadnt have it. A gentleman ( I assume the floor manager) told me it had coffe and then she replied i told him thatShe hardly made eye contact with me, didnt ask if i had the app for your usual point/discount program, and charged for a lox bagel with eggs and a chocolate coffee almost $18.Needless to say, with that kind of service and the ridiculously high prices of your products, i wont visit any of your locations anymore.

Parking is virtually nonexistent; we had to pay for street parking! Food was so-so and not worth the price. Smoothie was virtually water; at least I got a refund on it. Will not return to this Einstein and will think twice about ever going to another one.

Love their bagels! I go there whenever I can. They lost a couple if stars because they do not understand the concept a side of bacon. They tried to give me one slice of bacon cut in three as an order for $2. I was not having it. Their bagels and smears are Amazing though.

Quick service and excellent food. Over 20 bagels and lost of choices in toppings. Coffee made my morning, vanilla hazelnut. There were 4 different pots on. I wish we had one closer to home.

They have free valet parking in the back when the few spaces up front are taken. I usually have a bagel sandwich and they always come out good from this location. The times Ive been, their service is speedy.

Insufficient amount of supplies. I walked in hoping for some yummy bagels and then heard some woman scream that she doesnt have a certain bagels. They couldnt spread cream cheese and they ran out. And forced a beautiful young man to change his order to a plain bagel. Disgraceful.

Its okay. Compared to a real bagel shop stands no chance. Barely any cream cheese on the bagels. It falls into the same category as dunkin donuts or Starbucks, just a matter of which one you want to drive to that day. Clean restaurant and friendly staff are a plus?

Great bagel shop with a wide selection. Never had a New York bagel so I wouldnt be able to compare, but their breakfast sandwiches are great. Everything is a bit on the expensive side for a quick breakfast and they tend to run out of a lot of things about 2-1 hours before they close. It can get really full in mornings so be prepared for long lines.

The food and cappuccino were great but in the morning they seemed very disorganized and there is very little parking.
