Clean store with lots of cool and creepy decorations. They have a lot of kids costumes left

MONICA, the manager, not only gave extremely poor customer service was yelling at me and refused to return my items. For some reason she had an obnoxious attitude. In today’s stressful world Halloween was a time of fun for my Family & a little bit of fun. Disgusted by what I just experienced today and will never go back.Find someone else to shop. If Monica has such attitude for me simply walking up to the counter, she will be the same to you.

Very friendly staff, Alexa was really nice and so willing to help us. They had a great selection and many different styles of the same costume so you could get something you could afford. We were able to get our toddler (18-24 month) a costume and then same theme for us for $90! We have multiple Halloween events so the costumes will get a lot of use. They are all super soft very comfortable costumes.

I am beyond upset. yesterday i went in to this store to get things for my costume for an event i was going to (which is tonight) after spending $70 i felt i was happy with my buy..... That was until today when i started getting ready to go to the event. The eyelashes i bought will not stay on my eye lids nor does putting eyelash glue on it help any. I also bought the eyelash glue there..... i paid $6.00 for a bottle that is basically empty. I also bought what i thought was glitter eye shadow for $6.00 turns out its just glitter on top of some gel stuff. it doesnt even look right when you put it on. This place doesnt give you your money back. they just let you exchange your items for something of equal price. This was a waste of money. Now my costume is incomplete and i dont have the time or the money left to fix it. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! If i could give you no stars i would

Seen better Halloween stores but this one is ok.

Best halloween store! They have a huge variety of costumes, accessories and decorations. The staff was extremely helpful. I tried on about 10 different costumes and the woman helping me in the fitting rooms was so nice. I went to halloween megastore before coming here and was shocked about how rude the employees were there, however spirit halloween employees treat you with excellent customer service. I will be coming back here every halloween for costumes!

Not much stock and very few sizes to choose from. I would believe a week before Halloween they would have still had something left.

Crowded, not organized, teens that worked there werent helpful... Buy online and save the trip
