I come here to get more normal everyday items, not organics etc. But they have lower prices on most items then other stores. Dairy and produce are readily available here. Hygiene and personal care items are also available here Sauces and spices can also be readily had here. Energy and sports drink are also available here. These items can have lower prices. I do recommend

A Big THANK YOU to Manager Luis, for his immediate attention to an issue that I was having at the deli counter. The staff behind the counter has been absolutely terrible for quite some time now. I say absolutely terrible because It has gotten to the point where I hate to have to order my hams and cheeses there and that is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thank you for showing precise and immediate action. This is true leadership with respect and humility for all.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They opened two more checkouts when they saw we were waiting. Great job 🙂

Usually pretty good service, clean aisles, and decent selection. Between the three nearby grocery stores, (Publix and Whole foods) this one has more selection than Publix, and cheaper prices than Whole foods.

My manager and I went to buy some Oreos, and it turns out they were on sale. Needless to say, we bought a bunch of sugar we didnt need! The store is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. Prices are good too!

The produce section was the worst I have been to in 20 years. They didnt even have the basics in stock let alone the specials in thier sale flyer.

Terrible location. Store is cluttered with too much stuff. Hard to take a shopping cart inside with all the stuff blocking pathways. Too cold inside. Store customer service lacked. Demographic is trashy. Two stars because maybe Im missing something good.

This is one of the best stores and I love the prices. Way better than Publix and the produce was very fresh.

From the other WD stores around it seems it takes longer to get your groceries here.

The shopping carts have cup holders!! Love that perk! They have an ok selection of organic produce but could be better. Would like to see organic beef/chicken options. However the beef selection was very rich and lean looking! I was semi-impressed for it being Winn Dixie!

This Winn Dixie is a mediocre location, especially considering that it is a South Miami location. You would think that it would call for a slightly for a slightly better presentation and attempt a customer service. There was a line at the one cashier and the place looked a bit rundown.

Its a convenient location, variety of food available, very pleasant people work here, but overall in comparison to other stores in the area its on a smaller side, and not such a good variety as other winn Dixie a or stores in the area like Publix or whole foods, of course on a budget this one is great! Also I will mention again the cashiers and customer service is great! Today we bought their promo ribs and they were not the best, ribs were stale. Publix ribs always a hit for kids though with lots of barbecue sauce!

The on sale items and their own brand are your best bet for those on a budget.Make sure you have your plenti card or you wont get the savings advertised. If you are already signed up, you can enter your phone number. The bake goods are decent and the deli okay. Fine selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks.

The renovation is very nice, and reward perks are still good, but I think aisles and departments can be structured a bit differently. Needs a little more variety at deli. Bakery is my favorite, though!

I visited the Winn Dixie in South Miami on 58 Avenue and 79th Street.I wanted to buy the Dandy grits that were on special. The store had 2 bags on the shelf, when I grabbed the first bag it spilled all over the floor due to a large hole in the bag.I notified the manager that the grits were on the floor in aisle 4 and asked if I could buy the last remaining bag that alsi leaked but did not ot have a hole.The manager stated that I could buy the bag of grits at regular price. He further stated that he would give no discount.In other words he wanted me to pay regular price for one bag if grits despite the fact that it was buy one get one item free. Why should I pay regular price for 1 bag and leave the other bag in the store.I left the grits in the store.What happened to Winn Dixie? They have always accommodated their customers, which is why I always shopped there.Maybe I should take my business somewhere else because even amiss the pandemic there are other stores that would appreciate the cash.

Hot food self service food bar with a favorite ethnic meals each days of the week. Hot food served by deli staff daily and a hot self serve bar for chicken wings in many delish flavors. Full service pharmacy is here as well.

The Miami hilarity continues with typical who cares customer service as though coming in to make purchases is an inconvenience. The deli counter people have no desire at all to help customers in the morning. If it wasn’t for Angelia, I’d just as soon go to Publix or anywhere else. Angelia works the customer service area because she’s the only one who knows what that is. The manager was acting confused and busy and couldn’t figure out how to serve. Maybe Angelia needs to have his job. Thank you Ms. A! Always a pleasure to see you.

One of my favorite grocery stores in my area. Recently renovated, organized and clean produce, friendly staff, daily hot food at the deli department. Employees actually come up to you to offer help when they feel you are in need or lost. The rewards card helps you save lots of money. Their consistent buy one get one free deals are uncomparable.

Store was refreshed about 2 years ago. What a difference! Produce is much fresher and there is a surprising amount of Vegetable choices. Meat selection is fresh and good. They carry well trimmed Ox tail and ground lamb. The shore butcher is friendly and always accommodates my specialized requests.They have a wing bar and a Cuban coffee station. Wings are OK. Havent tried the Cuban Coffee.New manager is doing a great job. Staff are always polite and try to be efficient. This is a huge difference from a few years ago.

The Winn-Dixie supermarket in South Miami is spacious, clean, well-stocked, and filled with fabulous discounts. Grocery shopping here is easy. Your heels will not be run over by other grocery carts!The experience is no-frills, no frustration, and economically priced:)

Open late and almost forgotten, Winn-Dixie in South Miami is convenient to US-1 and can be a last minute option if you need something when every other store (except Walmart way out in West Kendall) has closed. But prices are much higher, and youre required to have a rewards card to access most or all discounts (who wants a reward/loyalty card you never really are going to use?).

Winn-Dixie always carries important grocery items I cant do without. Tonight I needed molasses and little foil pans for Holiday baking. The big Publix and the little Publix both failed me.

Very well stocked, produce were always fresh. There is a counter selling cuban cooked food. If youre a tourist (like us) and curious, do try a take away from the counter! The server did not understand English very well but was helpful and able to get us what we wanted.
