The staff are super friendly and did everything they could to help me out

We went in tonight to look around and were helped by Serena and Robert I just want to say they were both amazing. The customer service we received was great and it was close to closing but they answered all of our questions and we didnt feel rushed at all. We felt welcome when we arrived and left feeling like wed made friends customer service like that doesnt come along often now days. Thank you both!!!

Chris dropped off my bedframe and he was amazing! He even took the time to assemble it for me!

This company and there people are amazing 👏they were very supportive and understanding of my needs and helped me and my children get our home furnished I am highly grateful for serina and Chris he comes in and set up everything. In my home just how I loked it NO questions. My kids Stayed in his way the hole time but he stayed respectively patient and all smiles. I love renter center for giving me an my family a new start and a great rental relationship 🙌👏☺🤗

Chris and Josh did an amazing job helping bring everything and just make sure it was all set up correctly. Not to mention they were also very friendly and could make conversation without it being awkward. They were very good.

Went in today and Jose helped me figure out what laptop that would best suit my needs. He was very helpful, patient, and informative. I wasn’t expecting much going in but he definitely provided excellent customer service! Give that man a raise! 😁

We have been going through rent a center for a couple of years, and have only went to the South Ogden! Jose has helped us out a ton, especially today when our TV decided to break! He helped us get it taken care of and set up a delivery for this evening! I highly recommend going to rent a center, and if you do Jose is AMAZING definitely ask for him!(:

The most best place to rent to own eletronics. Staff where nice helped me get a tv i was looking for that was within my budget. I would recommend. Wish i could give the company more then 5 stars on review.

Who helped me was Rick. Very nice guy but definitely needs more training. Had to keep calling me back because he kept forgetting information. He told me a time of 4-6pm and I didn’t get my washer/dryer till about 8pm.Not even a call to tell me anything and on top of that they went to an address of my references. So I had to wait longer.

I love rent a center they have been so understanding and patient with me. They always work with me and are always so kind I love Rick he is just so amazing!!! I wont go anywhere else the care I get here tops all the other guys.. I am renting a washer and dryer and they have been so on top of things thank you guys !! !!

I have been a RAC Customer for 4 or so years and have paid off tons of items from them. They sold me a computer with a broken port and when I finally took it in to get fixed they said it was my fault and they were not fixing it. Instead of calling me and letting me know they just took it off of my account. I dont know why we pay for the warranty for them not to fix items. I have two other computers that will be returning and I will make sure my friends and family never work with this company either.

The employees were professional & polite while still being informational. I didnt feel like they were condescending or in a rush to sign paperwork when I asked questions like most salespeople tend to be these days. They were also non-aggressive while still being assertive about upselling. Thanks Robert W.!! We will continue to do business with yall because you were friendly, professional, & helpful while sticking to our budget!

Worst place ever to go through. They delivered a beat up dryer that didnt work and when i opend it up there was a bag of meth in it. Imagine that with kids around. The staff is horrible*. Worst place ever. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have kids. They delivered the dryer with drugs inside it. A bag of meth with residue and when i spoke to the manager of that store about it he was careless and rude. He should not be working there and rendering this kind of service to public as such. Worst place ever.

The workers here are amazing and have worked with my family more than any other company or business we have ever encountered I could not highly recommend this place enough wonderful place wonderful furniture and definitely some wonderful employees

They hound you and make you feel like a horrible person if you are a few days late. Items are way more expensive than what they are worth. Im never going here again. Just save your money or go on ksl to buy used.
