Weird, I was looking for my review I left a while back and I didnt see it. So I will do it again just for people to be aware. This company will charge you sales tax on labor only, which is against the law. When I inquired about it, they told me that they have been doing this for years so I had to pay it. I brought my dash cam to be installed and they only had to do installation so I was surprise to see a sales tax (sales tax is paid only on the purchase of assets). The boss was there listening the conversation I was having with the employee and didnt do a thing to correct this issue. Just do the math, they do this all the time and they wont pay the taxes collected to the government because when they do taxes, their accountant will know better than making them pay taxes on labor work. I know this because I did taxes for other companies before. Please check your invoices and make sure this does not happen to you. They did a good job on the installation but the service they give you is really bad, they just hand you your keys, they do not go with you to at least walk you through what they have done, they assume you know everything about installation and warranties they offer in case this doesnt work in the near future.

I’ve had a lot of work done and always been completely happy with the outcome. They price things fairly, are super knowledgeable and do great work. I’ve had work done on my Bentley, Raptor, my Tacoma, and a couple other family vehicles. Highly recommend

These guys are solid. What I needed was a bit challenging and required research and effort on their part. They didnt hesitate at all and were committed to figuring something out. Jeff and the team at Audio Extreme did a fantastic job on my Malibu boat. The installation of new amps, interior speakers and tower speakers looks and sounds Awesome! They even went the extra mile to make some custom parts so my existing tower lights would fit with the new tower speaker mounts. If your boat needs audio upgrades, take it to Audio Extreme, they know marine audio.

Justin was willing to work on my Victory XC, and he did an excellent job. Great speakers and amp with a custom install. Not cheap! But worth every penny.

Little pricey but you do get what you pay for with these guys, Super quick and easy process, but with knowledgeable staff also. I feel it important to share that we were referred to Justin at Audio Extreme, and while he is located one hour from our home, it can be hard to find that salt of the Earth honesty you need for a job like this, so we opted to follow the recommendation. I bought a sub and amp combo from them a couple years back and also had a touchscreen Apple CarPlay stereo I was recently in a car crash and so I wanted to reinstall them in my new car they quoted me for $654 just for the install for what I already owned. honestly a rip off if I was you I just get total tech-support at Best Buy and get free installs for life like I did saved be 400 bucks

They did a great job on my DVD player matched the color great they built a plate to cover where the old DVD player used to be great job.

I had a remote start system installed in my husbands truck in 2013. The door locks and remote start stopped working last summer. I called and made an appointment thinking that it just needed to be reset, but Brett found that a part was actually worn out and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the system is so old that the original part is no longer available, but he was able to fix the system anyway. After less then an hour it was fixed and we were on our way.Justin and Brett are great to work with. Their customer service is wonderful - very knowledgeable and professional, and they will always take care of you no matter how long ago your purchase was made. (I also had them install a stereo with a back up camera and DVD player in the truck.) Ive referred several family members and friends to go to Audio Xtreme! Thanks Justin and Brett!

Service, service, serviceI put over $12,000 in my work truck. I live in Riverton, WY, which is just shy of 5 hours from Ogden, but I come down because the service is second-to-none. I had an issue with the DVD players that were installed and Brett drove 5 hours just to come fix it. Then there was an issue with the speakers and remote start that, upon investigation, turned out to be Dodges fault. BUT Jeff and the crew fixed it because they felt it was the right thing to do. Ill never spend a dime at any other place. HIGHLY satisfied!!

Awesome shop!I previously had an amp & sub installed, a back up camera on my aunt’s car, and now a remote start on my car. Carson did incredibly clean work each time and explained which products were best/recommended for what I was looking for, for the best price. Jeff and the technicians at Audio Extreme always want you to have the best sounding system, they go the extra mile fine tuning everything until it sounds perfect. I’ve upgraded several cars and 2 boats with Audio extreme. They have always double the quality of my ride. These guys here have a lot of combined experience on the products they put out. They are super easy to work with. Any questions you have they answer to the best of their knowledge. They have taken care of my family and myself on multiple occasions. These are the only guys we go to for our sound systems and remote start needs.

I’ll start off with these guys we’re very nice and very willing to answer all my questions but that’s about where is stopped. I will start with I know how to do these things but didn’t want to take the time out of a busy schedule. They were going to charge me 860 dollars to install a double din radio! The markup on the parts required was crazy and they told me the backup camera I had would not work with a Jeep. I was then told for any extra 140 bucks I could just get a new radio and they could cut me a discount on the other parts. I decided I didn’t want to pay almost a grand for an install so through a bit of research I went through crutchfield and quadratec I was able to get everything needed for 170 buck and oh by the way the camera I had works just fine with the Jeep setup. I wish I could leave a better review especially for a local business but the price was outrageous for what I wanted and I felt lied to about the camera.

My stereo I had installed sounds great and looks very clean, like it belongs. (Note: I got the stereo used from a 3rd party and I put the phone mount on after the fact. ) Anyone who wants to know what it looked like before, this is a 2003 Honda Accord LX with GPS. The AC controls, stereo, and GPS are all somewhat intigrated requiring replacement of both the A/C controls and the stereo.

The ownerJeff and his team did an amazing job on the customization of my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat Sport Truck! They created a custom box for under the back seats using high end JL Audio subs and Focal speakers to keep the highs up with the bass!! It is by far the best sounding system I have ever heard in my life and so damn clean when the bass hits on every song!! Don’t waste your time with other shops cause trust me I called them all!! Great job Jeff and your professional team of installers! Job well done! 👍👊

These guys were great to work with. I explained the type of car stereo I was looking for and the things I wanted and things I didnt need. They had the stereo that met everything I asked for and the price was competitive; I did research online for the stereo pricing and quality and everything was spot in. They drew up an estimate and the cost came out perfectly. The appointment was quick and easy and they were right there to answer any questions I had about system set up and functionality. I plan on going back to beef up the system at a later date.

They not only installed a DVD player into our minivan a few years ago (and did a fabulous job), but when it started to loosen a bit, they had me bring it in and fixed it perfectly and wouldnt let me pay them, because they had installed it. This place came highly recommended and the actual install was done well but the service is lacking.Didnt explain or go over options, just did the install and I found out missing features later. I wanted a backup camera, thats it, so I opted for a simple stereo. NO ONE told me that the stereo wouldnt have the lines that help you back up. Youd think that with the camera being the most important part of my purchase they would mention something like that. The camera itself has parking lines as a feature but, again without asking, they simply turned them off and I have to make another appointment for them to turn the lines on. I took a day off work for the initial appointment, thanks a lot.I called and said I wasnt happy and that this felt like a waste of money since the main part was the camera. The guy on the phone just said ok. As a side note, they didnt ask or tell me what was done with my old stereo, I suppose its lost to the ages.

Best place to go for a car system! The price they gave me was lowest then anywhere else! They are truly the best place to go to in Utah! I highly recommend them! Dylan is the best in the business! They did above and beyond job on my BMW 750i! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had Audio Xtreme install a Sony stereo that I was given as a Christmas gift. They were extremely friendly, were able to squeeze me in during remote start season, and were quick to work. Audio Xtreme went above and beyond for me. I moved here from another state and had previously had a remote start in my old car. They took the remote start out of my old car and put it in my new one with no hassle on my part. They also set me up with a new remote start when the one I got from another state started to fail. They waited on hold with the remote start company twice for an hour each time in order to get everything worked out. They have honestly been great and while I hope my remote start doesnt have any future problems, I know they will take care of me if anything comes up.Also I should note that the remote start works very well. I would recommend getting a remote start with the push button fob as well as the app that comes with it. Ive had the remote start for a year now and wish I got the fob, would definitely have come in handy on numerous occasions

After being told there was no way to put an overhead DVD player in our 2016 Sienna we decided to give Audio Xtrem a call. They were so helpful and professional. Outstanding experience with these guys! New in town for work and factory truck stereo went out. Had custom box built and full system installed after going in and talking with owner. Quality equipment and they care about getting it exactly correct to customer wants and needs. The owner even drove to my house after work hours to help get my truck back to me on time. Cannot say enough positive about this place, and their coordination with me during custom work and install to make sure I was happy with what they were doing was beyond belief. Rare to find this level of customer service and skill in one place. Give them a shot, you wont regret it.

I had them install a new touch screen radio and they do great work. The salesman was awesome, scheduling was easy and the everything got done like they said. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

After paying a few grand on a system the audio in the left channel went out. The employee told me the factory speaker wiring was probably cut too short at the factory and snapped from opening and closing my doors, and Id need to pay for new wiring. I took it to a place in Layton and the guy saw the bridged connects on the amp they installed were loose. They also had to cut into the doors to install larger speakers and didnt paint the bare metal.

They fully explain and work with me they get the work done in a timely manner and I have never had any install issues

Did my research since all local advertising seems to focus on a different competitor, but the competitor had not-so-great customer reviews. I recently bought a car with an existing decent system, but needed a few minor upgrades. These guys nailed it! Needed a 100 amp resettable circuit breaker for an install of an inverter in my camper. Tried the auto parts stores and the big DIY stores, no luck. Thought about the high amperage of car stereos and went directly to Audio Xtreme. 5 minutes later I was on my way out the door with 100 amp breaker! Helpful, courteous, and friendly. Go there first!

Sometimes you learn more about a company when things arent perfect. Audio Xtreme did a great job of installing a SiriusXM radio into our Prius, but forgot to reconnect the AM/FM antenna. It was an easy mistake to make, and they would have corrected it immediately had we lived in Ogden. Unfortunately, we live 900 miles away. Audio Xtreme stood behind their work and paid for the repair up here ... which wasnt done as well as they would have done it. Thanks to Jeff and his team for quality AND integrity!

Wanted to get a remote start so I called Tony Divino Toyota, where I bought my car from, and they said they dont do remote starts, but they highly recommend to me Audio Extreme for remote starts. They definitely delivered, they know the different customization options really well and explained the differences, they had a demo to show me, the install only took a couple hours and was done by technicians thatve been doing these installs for 15 maybe 20 years. I love my new remote start system, and not a single hiccup with it since install about a month ago. If you want a simple or a full featured remote start, Audio Extreme is the only place to go!
