Where do I start?I had used Symbol arts before and had a better experience then. I called and spoke to Rachelle originally about having another order of shirts and hats made and she seemed helpful. But, then it turned downhill from there. I asked for the order that I had placed before to be duplicated and added some additional items (jackets and tank tops) to be made. I was directed towards a catalog online to pick from and it had posted prices. So, I was expecting it to be close to the catalog price but when the estimate came back it was completely off. I understand needing to make money and charging for the embroidery work on the jackets but it was double.I could only get her to respond to me via email and never return a call so that I could explain in detail what I was looking for. Two voicemails and a message with the receptionist saying that she wouldnt call me back anyways didnt change anything. I picked my stuff up today and will never return do to the experience I had this time. The hats are not the same hats even though I sent the old invoice which showed what style it was and the new jackets are garbage. I should have listened to the voice in my head and went to another shop where I could pick it out in person and know what Im getting quality and service.

Would NEVER recommend. They engraved an expensive firearm crooked, and when asked about this they said, sometimes it wiggles in the machine no apology, no waiving the fees, TERRIBLE! They dont deserve a one star (I had to put something).

Set up a logo & printing project with Rachelle Van Buren. She kept in contact saying her art department was working on our project and now havent heard from her in weeks.. have also emailed with no reply
