I like this Pharmacy. I have never had a problem being served or advised regarding my insurance, flu shots etc. I have always used the Pharmacy since it was CVS for about 10 years now. Everyone is respectful and courteous.....

Really bad when it comes to scheduling a time slot for covid or flu shot. Website is very misleading. Says you can walk in... Then when I called to double check to see if I can walk in.... They said you have to make an appointment online.... What if you dont know how to make an appointment online... Also there system for booking an appointment is totally messed up. Said there where openings for tomorrow... When I went to finish registering for my shot it said to pick a time for the end of the month... I had already picked a time for tomorrow... Awful website for signing up for your vaccinations.

Why are yall NEVER open at 7am? If yall open at 730 or 8 just say that... You should change your store hours on the front entrance because its very misleading.

During the time of Covid-19 the pharmacy technicians made sure we had our meds for the pneumonia we developed due to covid. Forever grateful that they were there. Thank you!

In my 25 years of using pharmacies, and having a few health issues, Ive used a LOT, I have NEVER dealt with one as incompetent as this one. I highly recommend you use another pharmacy.

No comparison to the rite aid that was there . This Walgreens Is slow, always out of certain things with empty shelves . Very disappointing

Stood at the photo area waiting and waving down employees for help yet they continue to walk by looking dumbfounded. Took my money elsewhere

I think everyone in there is great. My favorite store for that type of items.

Use the place a lot as we walk by it to the train station almost everyday. When we pop in the staff is usually very friendly and they almost always have what we need. Used the pharmacist a few times and they could be a little bit more attentive at times to make sure we get the order right. Overall a good clean store that will have what you need.

Longest wait ever just to ask the pharmacist a question. Horrible customer service

Jinna the pharmacist is an absolute rockstar!! She went above and beyond and then beyond that still to help me get medication in a really difficult situation and then found me a much cheaper option. Fantastic customer service that I have not experienced in my life. This woman deserves an award and a sign outside her window that reads “most amazing customer service example ever”. Go Jinna!

I go to this Rite Aid most time when Im in the area and no problems.

9/17 /13 I WAS LOCKED INSIDE THIS RITE AID LOCATION!I blame sloppy management and lazy employees. If there were any closing announcements, they werent clear enough, and NO ONE even bothered to check the isles for customers before locking up for the night!The only thing that was doing its job in the store that evening was the security alarm that alerted the security company of suspicious activity within. If they hadnt called me inside the store, I would not have made it home that night! I didnt have my cell phone with me.

Pretty poor staff, generally ill-mannered and slow moving. The pharmacists are excellent, but it hardly makes up for the complete lack of any customer service provided by the non-pharmacy staff.

Find this location to be very Poor stocking shelves even When sale item should be on shelves. Need to go to further locations. Niki G

As usual - lackluster customer service, including the classic Uh huh in response to myour thank you. Had to pull teeth to get assistance from the pharmacy department when my medicine was not avaialble. Went to the new cvs instead. World of difference.

With recent changes in management, the store has looked much better than in recent memory. Im glad in the way that the store is turning out.

Believe it or not, this is a great place to go for a milk run! They open early at 7am, stay open late, have daily deliveries so the milk has a longer use-by window and its cheaper than the supermarket price.

They ask you to leave your bag by the entrance, like you are going to steal something. And they are rude about it.

Seemed like they didnt want to be there. But thats ok still got what I needed.

I was just placed on hold for over 15 min by a rude employee in the pharmacy.
