I purchased my DREAM dress today. I cannot tell you how excited I am right now. WONDERFUL dress, kind and genuine stylists, and a beautiful atmosphere coupled with accessories and an awesome selection of dresses equals one happy bride.I am so glad I found these guys and did not rush into buying my dress from elsewhere. Everywhere else I went, the ladies rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable or simply did not understand my vision, especially because my wedding is three months away. Right away, these ladies were calm and had a can do attitude. I also really liked that they quickly understood my style and were honest with me in helping me find the dress, as my mother and friends live in another town and I had no one with me.LADIES, GO HERE if you are wanting something unique, glamorous, vintage inspired or simply TIMELESS. Made a last minute appointment based on positive reviews when the bride-to-be had a bad experience at another bridal salon in Pasadena. One of the two owners and an assistant were there to assist us picking out the perfect dress for the bride and were very helpful. By the end of the day, the bride found her dream dress and couldnt be happier! Although the boutique looks small from the outside, the variety of styles they have available is outstanding. I have a number of friends getting married in the area and have recommended The Ivory Suite to all of them!

I loved my dress and the customer service was amazing! The girls always made me feel at home!I would give them 5 stars, but I have to put 2 stars because of the alterations. I paid $600 for alterations and the pick ups (to hold the train of my dress) broke during my first dance! I had barely warn my dress. All that money for alterations and for a half an hour after my first dance I had to miss my wedding so my bridesmaids could pin up my dress with bobby pins. I was so upset and lost so much time I wasnt able to have the father daughter dance. So disappointed.

A dream come true! I cant believe its almost been one year since my wedding. The gals at the Ivory Suite were so lovely and honest, helpful and fun- as a bride over 40, I had so many choices- just like the gals in their twenties trying on dresses! The boutique appeals to all ages and sizes, and you walk out feeling so special and appreciated. Tell all your friends. Why go to a department store when you can shop at this gem and support your local business? Enjoy!

I dont know if its the common scenes that bridal stores never allow to return BEFORE we pick the dress up but we are really disappointed by the bridal gown we ordered. The dress is more than Two Thousand dollars, we paid half of total price for deposit and imagine it would fit my wife pretty well. But when we tired to pick up the dress today, it dress is WAY too big for her and if we do an alternation it would cost us more than four hundred dollars. I dont know the normal price for wedding gown but I assume more than $2000 is already a lot and we expect it to be better than you can alternate the dress and all wedding gowns need to be alternated before you can wear them. I understand that they ordered the dress from maybe some famous wedding gown producer, but that doesnt make us feel any better if the dress doesnt even fit after they did the measurement before hence. Think TWICE if you are not super rich and wish to spend sever thousand for your wedding gown.p.s. MO Studio has some really good gowns if you wish to rent one. We plan to go there and rent one. Google the name if you need it. Its in Temple City.

The Ivory Suite was the 2nd bridal store that I went to. I was with Nicole, and she was amazing! She was so helpful, suggesting choices that she thought I might like too, and made the entire visit really relaxing. They have every style from simply classic, to glittery glam, and even boho. I pretty much loved all the dresses I tried on. Definitely recommend this place for their dresses and their staff!

ON POINT!!! CONSIDER IT HANDLED!!!Working with Mesita as our Day of Coordinator allowed me to enjoy our event. She owned the event and made sure every detail was handled with care. I knew when I hired her that it would be a breeze! She has a passion and zeal for events. I would recommend her for any event..weddings, celebrations, corporate, etc. She pays close attention to detail, she anticipates her clients needs and she is very proactive. She works well with the vendors and handles every aspect of the event. She has great relationships with other vendors in the industry.
