I went back as instructed by Tmobile Owner and I am happy to report that my experience was 100% better. Please note that there was no need to speak to the Manager they handle themselves professionally and Erick was very helpful in making my decision. Thank you, Erick! 05/25/21I waited over 15 minutes not once did I get acknowledged. The people who work there had no customer service. I should have known once I saw 2 people leaving complaining about the wait. This store just lost 2 paying customers.

Broke my heart to see the people at this store turn away an old man with a simple question about his phone. He waited, drove over, was alone. I helped him myself and it took 15 seconds. He walked away being able to call his folks again. These people do not deserve your business.I am not even including how much of my time they wasted by not asking a simple question and turning me away to a different store.

Take their business for granted. Understaffed. Not proactive or creative with bringing solutions to their customers. One guy sent me away to metro pcs when he could have asked one more question and solved my problem. He was wrong. He also sent away a customer that came with a very simple question, who i helped myself within 15 seconds.

I waited for 25 mins just to purchase a phone charger. The two associates watched as the customers walked in and out or paced the floor while they took their time helping people set their ringtones😫. Avoid this place. They will ignore you!

Ive been going to this store for years and its been nothing but good experiences with all the employees there, especially my go to man Ray!! He knows his job in an out and will take care of you by giving you the best customer service and knowledge possible. Hes currently out from a motorcycle accident that he had back in June but I have his direct contact and hes always available and tells his co-workers that I will be going in for an upgrade or trouble shooting and points me to the right person for the job. If you ever need anything, ask for Ray, he wont disappoint!

Do not have gabby help you! She charged me 200 dollars twice ! When I asked she said it was only once. Then she gives me attitude like its my fault. I would give 0 stars if it wasnt for Michael helping me when I went in for the third time. He was nice, helpful, and explained everything and didnt have a problem finding out the info for me. I will now have only him help me .

Terrible customer service here. Was made to feel as though I was a nuscence for being in the store and asking questions. He rudely cut me off when I was speaking, and the way he communicated made it seem like he was bored out of his mind and hates his job. I think he wanted me to leave the store so he could go back to doing nothing and watching movies playing on the tv. Never coming to this store again, I suggest you do the same.

Ugh my experience here yesterday was bad. I spent some time with T-Mobile customer service support through facebook chat and had everything taken care of with my account - I just needed a sim activated on one of my lines and was advised the quickest route would be to go in store to have this taken care of. In fact, customer care already assigned a temporary sim number to the line and I just needed to go in store and have it swapped for a physical sim. Easy enough right? Not here.I walked in and explained that I just needed a physical sim activated in place of my temporary one and the guy took my id, pulled up my account, and informed me he couldnt do it unless I converted the line to a more expensive type. I explained that I went through everything with customer care earlier and that he could pull up the notes and should have all the info to activate my sim. He again wanted me to upgrade the line. I then told him I would just go to another store and have the sim activated and he threw my ID at me and said good luck. Really? The whole interaction lasted about 5 minutes which tells you how interested they were in helping.Speaking of 5 minutes, I went to the location on Atlantic and Valley and they took care of what I needed in less time than that without trying to hassle me into upgrading my line.

Had a horrible experience after the note 7 recall. When staff found out i was given the device for free, they were acting like it was coming out of their check. Once the recall happened and i went back, they were so rude like i was a bother.Jefferey did help me and he was super cool, but the managers hover over them with their little clip boards instead of helping customers. Spent 5 hours waiting for themThen they forgot to put my case in my bag. Ugh do yourself a favor and go to any location but this one

Jeffrey Lopez helped me when 5 other people couldnt. I contacted Google, Samsung, t-mobile Customer care. I couldnt set up my Google account on the phone and Jeffrey kindly helped me recouperat my info back. Extraordinary service & very patient. Really nice guy very helpful.

I brought in my iPhone 5 with a broken screen and the guys at T-Mobile removed the broken screen and installed a new one. In and out within 20mins.Great service, friendly staff, A+Highly Recommended!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY CANT HEAR. THEY LITERALLY DONT HAVE EARS. THEY FORGET WHAT YOU TELL THEM, AND YOU CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. YOU CANT PROPERLY COMMUNICATE WITH THE WORKER. EVEN ONE STAR IS VERY WASTEFUL ON THIS STORE. THEY RUINED MY PHONE.
