Cashier woman named Vicky was very impatient with my mom who can’t speak perfect english. Kept trying to rush us out even though there weren’t that many people in line behind us. Apparently she was trying to rush so she can take her break. The cashier then just ignored us when we were trying to swipe the card and went to the next person. Luckily, we had another cashier who was much nicer and gladly helped us with our items.

It is really hard to call the pharmacy. You will either be trapped in an endless cycle of holds or hung up on. This isn’t hard at one time or one day—but a persistent problem. The staff are generally nice—it is just poorly managed.

Not a fan of this pharmacy. I’m new to the area and it was my 1st time going to this one and I won’t be returning for prescriptions. My medication was called in at 9am and it still wasn’t ready at 6pm. The pharmacy tech also wasn’t very nice from start to finish. The store itself is clean and organized, though.

They have a phone system but they dont seem to use it. It just rings, sometimes they answer and hang up. Old, outdated, archaic, stale. These are the words I would use for rite aid. Do yourself a favor use Target pharmacy.

Excellent service..... pharmacy caught drug interactions...and rest of store service always ask if I needed anything!Staff is GREAT!!!!!

Not a place to go in an emergency tonight 02/17/2021 had to get over counter meds for my kid. Guy at counter would not take my money as payment because he had closed out for the night. Terrible service when in need. Thank goodness for VONS down the street. RITE AID SOUTH PASADENA is awful.
