I was very impressed. They were able to obtain dealer glass and recalibrate my new 2021 pilot camera. Follow up and professionalism was excellent. In fact, they had to drive my car to recalibrate and I left them with no gas. They put $15 in the tank and would not take the money back from me when I picked up the car. Thats service.

I had a new windshield installed by two of the most friendly, informative Tech’s I could have hoped to have come to my house for the installation! And the Owner Ron is very straight forward in explaining what they do and why. In summary....the price I paid was more than $100 less than my previously replaced windshield I purchased from Safelite and I brought the car to them to save money. Broke my window on Friday gheh had the new one ready next day. Installed it while I waited. Nice people only negative thing was they quoted the glass but not the tax there was a small surprise in the final bill but they still deserve 5stars and I would definitely go there again, but next time Ill ask for the total with tax when I ask the price ;)

Got a crack in my windshield from a rock on 287, did some research on Google and found this place. Not only did they quote me at a lower price than other competitors they also were able to fix my car same day at my convenience! I talked to Melissa at Quality Auto Glass from my first phone call there. Melissa is very good at what she does, Very Professional. I have a E350 MB, Driving on the Garden State Parkway on a Beautiful Sunny Day. There was a Dump Truck also on the Parkway, I was No Where Near this Truck, not even in the same lane. There were Rocks coming from the Tries, Flying all over the Road. I took a Picture of the Truck that Damage my Car and a Van that was in front of me . The Rock Bounced off the Van and hit my car Damaging my Hood and Cracked my Windshield. I sent the Picture to my Insurance co, who just Delegated my Claim to 6 Reps !! I was on the phone with them for almost three hours. Unbelievable...I called Quality and Melissa Took Charge of the Claim, Everything she said she did. Highly recommend! Had a horrendous water leak somewhere in my vehicle. Im not anything near what you would consider a car person, so I asked a friend who I should call for a leak. When he recommended this auto-glass company I was incredulous. To my surprise, not only did they find the leak, but they made the necessary repairs to prevent future leaks for a very fair price, in just one day! We bought a window from them to install. The installer dropped it and broke right in front of 3 of us. They said they would come over next day to replace it and they never showed. Called next day and spoke with Manager Greg, He said they are not responsible and hung up. I called back and spoke with the owner and he said they are not responsible for breaking the glass, that its an industry standard. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend

Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced at quality auto glass in South Plainfield, brought it to them the scheduled day at 8am and had it back good as new by 330pm, for CHEAPER than Safelite. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous, and I will definitely be recommending them in the future

Had my truck windshield replaced at this location. First time I had to drive to them because they couldnt get to me. Two days after I got my windshield fixed it rained and I had water all over my dash, called my insurance company and explained the situation since they paid for the repairs and they made another appointment at the same location, once again even knowing they didnt do a good job they said I had to drive to their location. They glued my windshield and said that it may hold or it may only last a few days. Recommended I get a new gasket and I asked for price. They came up with some crazy numbers and said that if my windshield breaks I would have to pay for it even though they are changing the gasket. Last time Ill go here and dont recommend it to anyone.

I had a small crack on the windshield that I was hoping to get repaired and decided to check this place out since it was so close to my apartment. I submitted an online quote on a Wednesday and never got a response or a call back. On Saturday morning, I drove there to see if I could get a quote in person and see if they could repair it. According to their website and Google, they are open at 7AM. I got there around 7:30 and the parking lot was empty and the front office was dark inside. I came back at 8 and they were open.I talked to the gentleman and told him I had a small crack on my windshield that I was hoping to get repaired and asked for a quote. I gave him the year, make and model of my car and he just gave me a price for a windshield replacement. He also said that I would have bring the car sometime next week to have the job done and I had to wait several hours to drive the car again. He didnt even bother to come outside and look at the crack to see if it was even repairable. I told him Id think about it and get back them and walked out.Decided to go with Eagles Auto Glass as they set me up for an appointment the next day, got the job done in ten minutes and paid much less for a windshield replacement than what I was quoted for here. I also didnt have to wait several hours to drive my car.

They made me go on a budget once they told me that they cannot repair my glass because it is not allowed in NJ but by call if they told me to go and up to a price they gave me
