Great chain parts line, professional attitude from the gentleman who looked up and picked my parts. I couldnt risk the order online time frame a while back, to be ready when I could come in so I looked up my parts and was ready to hand over part numbers which doesnt save as much time as you might think. But the gentleman who assisted me got my car information and instead of pushing the highest price part like many auto parts store employees from other chains do just listed the ones that matched and asked what I wanted, no sales push or judgement.He also inquired about potential discounts I might qualify for and helped me save more money due to this extra effort on his part. I would recommend this location and napa house part lines to anyone.This location also had slightly better hours than closer napa stores to my home, thats always an issue when you dont work bankers hours which I think most people getting parts from auto stores understand.

Horrible service. The company I work for spends thousands of dollers per month here and the staff still cant be respectful. I call an hour ahead to pick up a part and i still have to wait twenty minutes when i get there. Im considering setting up an account with D and B Napa instead, at least they are friendly. The only reason Im still using them is because of theyre large parts stock.

Most of the time Napa has what you need, little more money for parts but 90% of the time if you cant find it anywhere else. Napa auto has it.

This NAPA is an amazing place to be at. People that are genuinely assisting others to get their parts that they need. Great price in my opinion, first time experiencing how fast they get the parts gathered, very organized place, very polite staff, unlike AutoZone or PepBoys. Good job NAPA!

Customers who call have priority over customers that have been waiting for 10 minutes or more regardless of how many people are in line. Do not go here if youre expecting for someone to help you quickly and if youre in any rush at all. This has to be the slowest service I have ever seen at a auto parts store and I visit plenty! Wait time for one small part took 17 minutes and there were two people working and three people in line. Have your part shipped or sent to another Napa so it goes quicker.

Dan saved me a metric ton of time helping me find (2) starter bolts that seemed impossible to locate. Had a great attitude and plenty of patience while we searched around. Shop here people!

In an age of cookie cutter retail stores where high school children are generally found, serving customers, with absolutely zero knowlege and/or interest in what they are selling, this NAPA comes as a relief. Its one of the most knowledgeable retailers Ive seen in a very long time.See Joe, hes very friendly, easy going and he will help you to get the right part, the first time, every time.

I havent been here in a few years but recently came to get a part, as ive spent about 5-10 min working with stephen to look for a part on the computer his cell phone rings, picks it up and proceeds to close out the windows we were searching in and starts looking up this phone order, after waiting for minutes i figured i didnt matter anymore relative to the person on the phone so i left. bought the parts elsewhere. Im not gonna blame the store but that was a bad service move. not even a hold on, excuse me or give me 2 minutes for this call.

Wrong parts unfriendly customer service. Try to rectify the situation and get the run around looking for receipts even though they have records in their system. Eventually It was agreed to help me out but then in order to do so I had to wait until after the next customer had been taken care of. Extremely dissatisfied...

Might have been an off day for that staff but there was a bit of a wait to be helped, they seemed tired/unmotivated although they had just opened and they were moving very slowly like they just pulled an all-nighter.
