The food is still good, but Im sorry to say the service needs to improve. Ive been coming here for the last three years, and I was always in and out of this place even on weekends. Within the last month, Im noticing the wait time has increased for pick-up orders. They have bags of orders on the counter and people standing around waiting not sure whose on line or who is waiting to order. Its getting disorganized and not much of a pleasant experience coming here like it used to be. Why dont they have a separate place for pickup orders like other places do to avoid the confusion and get people out of the store faster?

Staff were friendly, food was good but there looked like there was a fly infestation because there were flies everywhere. Not the best first time experience but it was okay.

I go there almost everyday after, and sometimes before school. I get a pork roll egg and cheese on a roll and i’ll be the first to tell you that it’s one of the best i’ve ever had. I can always trust the staff to make a solid meal, and they are very very nice aswell. My only complaint is that the food takes a little bit long to come out, but other than that the food is a 10/10

If I order a bagel 》 an omelet 》 French toast or anything from the menu ••• my order is always on point ...The staff is friendly and will always wear a smile (even under a mask) ...My only complaint is that the food takes a lill too long to come out ...Now that could be one of two things ...1 ... they either have a lot of orders coming in either over the phone or walk•ins (which is a good thing ~ this means the food is good) ...Or ...2 ... they need to hire more people or get a bigger grill ...No matter which way you look at it 》》》 the food is good ~ every time I go ...

Had me wait 2 hours for delivery on door dash (they use their own drivers, not door dash drivers) so I called them after seeing they marked my order as complete they tell me they dont have the fruit salad I ordered after they marked it as complete and never contacted me about it after 2 hours you have got to be kidding me, straight tried to rob me, they could have canceled the order or even called me about the item they didnt have but instead never delivered anything and marked it as delivered, scum bag people over here, stick to bagel pantry or something

Great food and excellent service. They have a great menu and the service is fast. The owner and all employees are extremely nice. I highly recommend them!

The owner is one of the nicest people that youll ever want to meet... the delivery driver wears a mask at all times. That whole wheat everything bagel is simple the best!!! 🥯 🥚 🧀 🐷

I called to speak with them first girl I spoke with got arguementive ... I asked to speak with some one else ... Next guy said i got the extra bacon.... A total of 3 pcs IS NOT EXTRA BACON... then he said we got the extra home fries in a separate container .... NO EXTRA CONTAINER. Then he said i wasnt charged for the extra .... Yes I was ...
