After a year later, I realized that you guys cheating me. I just believe you guys without any doubt. I didnt check contract. It my fault. But you guys wrote down some words in paper. This is our first home protection system. Jason Vigo is an excellent technician and teacher. He provided detailed explanations of available services, and options. The system was installed properly. And Jason was very patient as we selected and re-selected passwords, and practiced using the system from our cell phones and keypad and keychain.

The technician came to my home and installed the system to a light switch. I guess ADT is in the business of doing shoddy work now? Scheduled an appointed with my congressman so I can petition for tougher regulations on home security systems.

The discussions with the technician were useful and productive. The installation and activation were efficient and painless. The technician was very friendly and respectful. He communicated the installation process and later on, the use of alarm system effectively. The only glitch was that the land line wasnt used. I was offered $27.99 per month with the landline, and now my monthly payment is $48.99 with some discount on the equipment. I would still like to lower my monthly payment though because we have a landline.

David Rimarez showd up at my door at exactly the time I requested. He was very pleasant and explained all the features of your system. We choose which features we wanted installed. David was fast at installing, made sure each connection was properly working, cleaned up afterwards...My husband and I agreed we choose the right company, thanks to David.
