I decided to go with My Way Carpet because they were close by and also had many good reviews. I usually go with Home Depot when it comes to flooring but there are to many parties involved. This was a great decision, not only did they come to the house with samples, but I was also able to go to the warehouse in South Plainfield to check out everything. They had exactly what I was looking for. I was given a quote and date of installation on the same day as estimate which was very convenient for me because I was having my basement finished by contractors. Sam from My Way Carpet was very professional and gave me a very fair price for everything. If you are thinking of getting your floors done, go with My Way. I am not one for leaving reviews, but when I am very happy with the work I will take the time out to do so.

We had a great experience on two occasions with My Way Carpet. first with a full home install when we got a new home and replaced all of the carpets. This latest time, we had flooding in our basement and needed the carpet to be replaced. We discovered that the room in our house that I use as my office is not perfectly rectangular so a previous rug we had did not fit right (it went up the wall in one place but significantly gapped away from the wall in another). We decided to buy a new rug from Wayfair and have it cut to fit the room. A lot of places wouldnt even work with us since we didnt buy it from them, but My Way Carpet did. In fact, despite the rug being damaged, Issa was able to work with it, cut it and rebind it. And, he did it all in about 30 minutes! He communicated well with us before the visit and even called us during the visit with questions and updates rather than just making assumptions or putting it on my mom to act as a middle person since she was the one actually present at the house during the appointment.

Outstanding job on my vinyl flooring. I was very hesitant to switch from carpet to vinyl but Issa was very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I was informed throughout the process about everything. We got carpet installed in our family room in July as my toddler needed a softer surface to play on. Sam was very professional and responsive. He was also great with helping me pick the best carpet for my family and floor. We went with a speckled Air.o carpet that won’t damage our tile when we pull it up in a few years. Issa is the man! The day after we called to inquire about replacing the carpet in our 2nd floor, he came to our home to assess the job, provide carpet samples and give an estimate. He clearly answered all our questions, gave us a decent quote, called the warehouse to ensure the carpet was in stock and gave us an approximate date he’d call back to schedule the install. As promised, he called to schedule the install and arrived on time. Installation was quick, he pointed out flooring flaws and offered solutions for other minor issues. I called several flooring companies and most of them were hard to reach, and give no thoughts/considerations to the job. However, Sam was very through starting from the beginning and explained the process, materials, etc. and answered all our questions very patiently. Sam and his crew did a great job replacing the carpet to hardwood for our living room/dining room/ and baby room. He came on time always and his team started their work at 8 am as promised. Unfortunately after they placed all the flooring on the living room and dining room, we noted that the color was different than we discussed before. Luckily we took a picture of the sample wood while we were discussing the material. His team also took a picture of the finished job and communicated with Sam immediately. Turns out, the manufacturer sent a wrong material. Sam was very prompt to offer replacement of the wood and re-do the work again on the following week. We were very impressed by his dedication to the customer service and high quality of work. The job was finished one day earlier than he told us, which worked out perfect for us! In the end the finished job is great and we are happy with our new floors! I highly recommend My Way Carpet.

Talk about customer service. We decided on a Friday that we needed new carpet and had ew carpet on Tuesday. I called and spoke to Nick who set up the appointment for measuring and then Sam arrived promptly and discussed my options. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold (he wasn’t taking advantage of a frazzled mom, in quarantine, with 2 kids running around crazy). The install was perfect. It was a pleasant experience and my rug is perfectly fixed. My puppy dug a hole through the carpet. The carpet was a very expensive designer piece that I didnt want to throw away because of the damage so my neighbor tells me to bring it there. I recently purchased my first home that was a former bed and breakfast. The carpeting in the hallway and each bedroom was a different color and looked terrible. However, Sam originally suggested that maybe we consider professionally cleaning the carpet instead at replacing. That was the moment I knew I hired the right company.However, the wife and I wanted to change the color. Sam provided so many options within our budget that I became really excited about the process! After we picked our carpet, we told him that we wanted to wait to install so we could paint the entire floor. Likewise, instead of doing the project in one day, we wanted to rip out the carpet first, so we could fix any squeaky floors and have them come another day to install. They were fine with everything! Excellent service and they did a great job. The drain to my AC became clogged and caused a puddle in our finished basement. I pulled the carpet back, removed the wet padding, and dried the carpet. My Way came as soon as the carpet was dry and installed new padding and reinstalled the carpet. It looks as good as it did before. They showed up on time and provided quality work. We are very happy.

This place is great. My friend and I decided to take down the closet in my basement and didn’t realize the old carpet was cut around the old closet so had to replace the carpet. I had the stairs replaced at some other time and MyWay carpet sales rep came over and helped find a carpet that matched the stairs. Brought in samples to show and matched. Did a wonderful job installing and it was seamless job!

I called to schedule a quote for some carpeting repairs due to water damage. Sam showed up within minutes to give me a very fair price and schedule service. The men showed up on time (even a little early!) did the repairs to the padding, reattached the carpet and did so in a speedy, professional manner. I also have to add that the original quote was for less padding than I ended up needing. I was NOT charged extra and my original quote was honored. First rate service. I plan to use them again in the very near future to install a runner. Highly recommend!

I drove down to My Way Carpets after googling carpet repair companies because I had an area rug my puppy chewed the corner up. It took just about an hour to get there but Sam made it well worth the trip! I hired My Way Carpet to supply and install carpeting in my new office. The owner Sam scheduled an appointment with me right away to go over the work and measure up the space. He recommended that instead of installing vinyl trim that he could custom make the same size trim utilizing the same carpet. I agreed to his estimate and recommendation. Scheduling the work was easy with his office, they showed up on time and his installers worked hard installing everything in a timely fashion. The custom carpet trim had the edges bound. My Way Carpet goes above and beyond both in workmanship and customer service. Sam and Nick came out the same day I made the phone call looking for some help with a large area rug that had a number of ripples and would not lay flat. It needs to be mentioned that I did not purchase the carpet from Sam but still he and his staff handled the call and came out to see if there was anything that could be done. They gave me options and completed the work right on the spot. Sam and his staff are excellent and you can be sure that any carpeting or flooring needs i may need in future......I will be contacting My Way Carpet!

Needed Carpet installed before memorial day week 2016 for one of my rental properties. Called My Way Carpet and Flooring and let me tell you, these guys did an awesome job. Installers were there before schedule appointment, finished 2 floors with 4 rooms each with hallways with in 3 hours and cleaned up nice after.Price was unbelievable. Got some quotes before i called My Way. Salesperson beat price my by a couple thousand dollar. I couldnt believe it. I was very happy with the job and service definitely going to use them in the future .Highly recommended for anyone who needs flooring!!!!
