I was expecting a long wait to get unloaded and I was right. Im not sure how the process works here but its slow. (4.5hrs) averaged about 1.25 hrs per truck

They recieve from 10:am, to 1:00pm, i check in at 12:pm is 5:00pm and still waiting,expect 5 to 8 hours to get unloaded very slow and yes there is overnight parking...people is nice

Truckers if delivering here I encourage you to try your best to get here the night before and sleep here. This is a very busy steel place and busy street. If side is full talk to the yard dog and ask where to park so you are not in the way. Bring food or use Uber eates! Local guys are in and out all the time so leave room for turning in and out. Be safe!!

This place is the worst!!! 5-6 hrs of off loading time, be prepared to wait all day to be off loaded. Never sending my driver to this warehouse again.

I came earlier 1 hour befor my appointment, past 1 hour after appointment time, still waiting. Not recommended!

Truckers stay away VERY SLOW at least 2 hours !

It has no respect, no management, very slow to unload the trucks. opens at 6.00 am start unload at 9.00 am there is no organization. It does not matter if you come first. They have the internal rules for organizing the line. coming here will lose at least 4 hours watching the employees walking and doing almost nothing. This company sucks. owners, operator avoids coming here. only in the last case

Place is a joke been here 6 hours and still not unloaded. Workers are lazy. Definitely not worth coming here.

If I could do less stars I would, been here a handful of times, super slow, checked in a 7am, they might have taken 2 trucks in 3 hours. Ill deny any load coming here again.

Well, I came to this place about 2yrs ago to pick up a load. I was only truck loading on a friday night. Had a 6pm appointment and ended up leaving this place at midnight. Today (05/19/17) came back to drop a load of steel beams. Arrived here at 7am and still 1pm and have not even started to unload! Please, AVOID this place at all costs! Let the shipping/receiving people go and pick up/deliver their own loads! This place is atrocious for a trucker!

Had 9am unload appointment got there at 7:30am. Set there till 11:15 before I was backed in. Set in building till 12:30 before they started unloading me. After 1 before I got out. SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW. They seem to not care how long they keep someone sitting. And they are very rude. I will not bring a load here again

Very bad. 5 hours for unload, this is a lack of respect with the drivers ... We do the scheduling and mesmi so it takes 5 or 6 hours after the appointment and a shame for an American company ...

There was a confusion on my delivery date, I was told today and they said Wednesday. After a phone call from our customer service they got it straightened out and I got unloaded today. With the mix up, I was out of there by 1300. Trucks that checked in when I did send to get out pretty quick today.

Our driver had a 9am appointment and when he showed up there was still drivers waiting to get unloaded from the day before. They took 5.5 hours to unload him. The problem is that you take what loads you can get and sometimes it just doesnt pay!

A nightmare to unload our truck....regret every $$ on this load.

Sitting for two hours. 6 trucks waiting behind me and in those two hours they haven’t unloaded or even started to unload a single truck
