She was pleasant, personable, kind and considerate and very knowledgeable about the dual chamber P five queen mattress.A good nights sleep is worth a lot. If you are thinking about purchasing a Sleep Number bed… DON’T! I have never taken the time to write a review before and feel compelled to do so in hopes that it might help others from making the same mistake I did. This is the MOST uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. We purchased the i8, which is one of their more high end beds. We spent $7,000 on a bed that we found out later is basically a glorified blowup mattress. To top it off, they tell you that you can try the bed for 100 nights and return it. What they don’t tell you is that in the fine print it says you can’t return the base. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it wasn’t a $2,100 base that I am now stuck with. Overall terrible experience! BEWARE!!!

My husband and I have never “invested” in a decent mattress. We have always needed different things in a mattress since we sleep in different positions and need different functionality. Josh at Sleep Number was super knowledgeable about each of the mattress types and all of the various additions that were available. We were able to have our sleep test (find our sleep number), come to an agreement and invest in better sleep and hopefully our overall wellness within an hour or so. We also quickly and easily financed our mattresses at 0%. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was excellent. From the initial appointment with Josh, receiving accessories prior to bed delivery, the delivery team and loved our first nights sleep!

Our salesman Fu was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because we told him that we were going to use our existing bed frame and we never discussed actual measurements..because of this, I had to spend over 1 hour on the phone the very next day with customer service to change our order from a King to a California King.Now just to get our bed and start getting some sleep 💤

It was better than I expected. After trying out the bed I made a purchase of the #360 #5 Queen bed. I have now had it for 4 nights and am pleased.I would recommend this bed to anyone who is looking for a better nights rest!

A totally pleasurable shopping experience. The salesperson was very helpful, and certainly knows her product. She easily addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. It was refreshing to find a salesperson who can stay focused on selling her product without overselling or using uncomfortable pressure. The store itself was very clean and well-kept.

Update: We just Upgraded to a Select Comfort P5 with cooling and its amazing. We also purchased the Flex Fit 1 Base which allows the head of the bed to rise. This is helpful for people who snore or have sinus issues (like me:) and the new bed also tracks your Sleep IQ. Basically it tracks how long it takes you to fall asleep, any bed exits, any disruptions to your sleep and when you are in deep sleep. When it works correctly its pretty interesting. Also you can turn it off so that its not tracking your sleep activity if youre just laying down in bed to read or doing something else:)Old bed review: Weve had our select comfort bed for 14 years and its still like new. While my wife is one of those set and forget sleepers (her number is 35) I, on the other hand, have a bad back and neck (Ive had back surgery too) and at times I need my settings at 95 for comfort while at other times 65 or 75 will do. I have no idea what we would have done if we had a regular spring bed. Also, two years ago the machine that sends air to the bed would only work on one side. I called select comfort and they were very helpful and because I still had 10 years left on our warranty I only had to pay less then half price for the new (and better) one. When this bed outlives its useful life we will definitely replace it with a new select comfort bed too.

I love it when I walk into a store and am greeted with a friendly hello and assisted in finding what I am looking for. Even though there were a lot of choices it was not long before I purchased a new pillow, was on my way out of the store and feeling good. Well done Sleep Number.
