Very bad experience trying to get a covid test here. Strongly recommend against it. I did the online registration and got multiple text reminders about it and a confirmation #. Arrived at store at scheduled time- multiple signs outside telling me not to go inside for test but to drive-through. Handwritten sign on drive-through saying it was closed. Called number for the store- was a national number for CVS and not helpful. Went into the store to find lines of people waiting for pharmacy, flu shot, covid test, covid shot. Confusing and not evident what to do. Kiosk for sign-in out of order. Learned from a customer waiting for covid test that it was in the minute clinic- doors were closed but she had been told to come back an hour after her scheduled time which she did. Finally after 30 min a staff member came out and told us that they were not doing the test at that location. The other customer had waited 90 min and then told no test available. We both left with no test.
I wish I can give half star to the team there and costumer service too bad I have an covid test appointment I took 4 days ago when I went to my appointment drive thur was close I tried to call the pharmacy I wait 15min and some one answer me she said come inside the store when I went in there is a sign saying No covid test in the store I wait another 10min in the line and they saying we dont do it here Go to the minute clinic inside the store too I went and the kiosk to check in was out of order so I signed my name on paper was near the machine and wait 20min no one come even to see me wasted time !!!!0.00000000001star
Had the worst experience visiting the Minute Clinic at this CVS location - do not go unless last resort! The check-in kiosk wasnt working to check in and the store was a complete disaster. One of the restrooms was also disgusting. The nurse practitioner was lovely and the only positive note from the entire experience. Once I was finally able to see someone, the pharmacy was so behind that it would be hours before the basic prescription was filled and it was sent to a different CVS location. The other CVS location still took two hours to fill. The store are extremely understaffed and the employees were working really hard and looked discouraged. Highly recommend going somewhere else!
Had an AWESOME experience getting rapid covid testing. It was super quick and easy to make and change my apt online beforehand, the person who gave me the test gave incredible, professional, and kind service. Called me to remind me, great communication of where to go, when, and what to do. Super easy and quick (literally about 2 min to answer questions, take temp, and test) to do the test, then was allowed to leave and heard my results by phone and text super quickly. Could not have been a better experience!!
This CVS is so messy and disorganized that its frustrating to shop here. There are boxes on the floor everywhere and its hard to walk. Its a fire hazard. Most of the shelves are empty. I realize places are understaffed but this one is like a third world CVS.
Most of staff have left. Prior manager has quit. Shelves are empty and inventory boxes all over every isle. Needs immediate senior management attention.
I was recently in the store and Danielle was very nice and helpful. It was my first time in the store and certainly not my last because of her great customer service.
I dont think employees are obligated to be super nice (if anyone gets to be JUST perfunctory sometimes, its people in customer service or jobs thereabouts) but the people here were so nice I had to leave a review. i went in to pick up a scrip but asked an employee on a whim if they gave walk-in tetanus vaccines, and five minutes later I was walking out with a bandaid. Now SMCC wont kick me out for not having my TDAP booster. I wish I remembered their names but the employees were all so nice and helpful.
I’ve never been treated so rudely or felt so patronized at a pharmacy, what the absolute hell! CVS canceled a rapid test I had scheduled, so I rescheduled a lab test as I need to be tested regularly for work. I walked to the appointment as this location is close to me. The inside was closed due to power outages. I walked to the drive through window to see if there was any chance I could take my test at the drive through. The lady who received me looked to be in her 50’s, I unfortunately didn’t get her name. She informed me that CVS doesn’t service anyone on foot for the drive through, which is fine by me. I then was going to ask her if I should reschedule for another day and if I could get a rapid test or some other form of lab test. Instead she interrupted me, told me I “should know better,” then baby talked me and said, “You should go get a car, right? Come back when you get a car? You should get a car.” I felt my blood pressure spike and had to leave before saying anything I would regret. I’m going to assume CVS trained her to treat people this way, because she seemed completely fine giving this kind of verbal abuse.
Slowest drive through I’ve ever been in. If you go here over estimate the amount of time it will take you by 45 minutes. The woman at the window was very rude and not helpful, although the man who gave the test was very positive and helpful.
This is my go to drug store for 30 years, never had any problems whatsoever.
The pharmacy at this store barely functions and it’s never open during listed business hours. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
Well organized and well stocked. Efficient check out. Covid protocols clearly visible and enforced.
Went in for a flu shot. Left very happy. The staff in the pharmacy was excellent. Donna and the pharmacist (man) was awesome. They make feel very welcomed. Will be changing to this location soon.
Nice store, friendly staff
I go in there a lot. Never had a bad experience. As soon as the check out lines get more than 3 or 4 customers, they call for another cashier. Nice place, nice employees.
It is easy to get in and out of and usually have the items I need.
Anne was super helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. She had me in and out, w a script in hand, in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much Anne.
The cashier gave me all my items for free! Would reccomend if you like free stuff
Weve been going to this CVS for over 12 years, at this location and its prior location across the street. I have always found that the pharmacists and the staff here go above and beyond for us. Weve had some trouble in the past with our insurance and they were incredibly helpful and compassionate. The front store staff is always available to help us find things and very friendly. One day I was coughing as I checked out and the young man on the register asked if I needed anything. I choked out should have bought cough drops. He had some right there at the register and helped me decide which ones would be good. Weve been to the Minute Clinic twice for sore throats etc. with my son and found the nurse to be kind, patient, and thorough. There was no wait time.
Over 2 hour wait at the minute clinic, not satisfied with a service that is supposed to be reasonably quick
Average 20min wait time for prescriptions once you arrive. Also my prescription wasnt filled even after I received an automated call several hours prior informing me that it was ready for pickup.
Cashier was rude. Guess needing a bag is asking a lot!
Great sales
