Amazing people. They was about to close so she must have been really tired but you couldnt tell. She was alot of help and plan on spending more of my hard earned money here.

My 10 year old daughter bought my wife, ear rings for her birthday at Kay jewelers (So.Portland). As luck would have it she did not like them. So my wife returned them. The store clerk was very rude telling my wife they where not the real jewelry. Even though I bought them on our credit card, the clerk said she could not find the sale. My wife said she felt very embarrassed by the conduct of the clerk and would not return to the store ever. They did eventually return the jewelry. But at the embarrassment of my wife.THEY ARE RUDE PEOPLE

Have had multiple issues with this location since 2013. Will be using a different location in the future---thats provided I get my ring back. I get a different answer each time I inquire, including them telling me that my ring was already returned me when it has not been.

My boyfriend and I went into Kay Jewelers one night when we were roaming around in the mall. We were immediately greeted by a couple of the girls and one of them named Alex proceeded to help us out. She was kind, funny, and very honest. I completely appreciated her honesty because I didnt want to end up with a ring that I didnt like.All in all, we had an exceptional experience with Kay and especially with Alex! Although the ring that I found and loved and was a bit more expensive than I had wanted it to be, she made the experience easy! I also didnt feel on edge with with how indecisive I can be, as she was extremely patient with us.We highly recommend Kay Jewelers! Go see Alex! :)

Heres a hint people....when you see a customer walk into your store acknowledge them no matter how they look. Was dressed down but there to spend money and did not have one associate there even give me a bit of their time. You might want to hire better employees and properly train them on customer service. Needless to say I spent my money else where.

Went to pick up my wife’s ring that we had repaired told them the exact repair that was done and provided my ID with the same last name as my wife and described the exact repair we had done and the description of the ring to be told I’m not an authorized user and have to go home and get the paper work clearly I’m her husband I would call that an authorized user

Sales team talked down to my girlfriend and I. Asking us a few times if we could afford the things we were looking at. I would not have been looking at something I did not plan on buying and found it very disrespectful that the sales rep would question it multiple times. I have had great visits in the past, and was surprised by the way we were treated.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. My fience and I went to this store to purchase our wedding bands. The website is the worst, we try and make a payment and have to call customer service because Key Jewelrs website SUCKS! And when i called the store to try and make a payment the girls where very rude. Every single month we have to call customer service to make a simple payment that should be able to be done online. Were at a point where we just might give them our wedding bands back because of how horrible it is. And we LOVE our wedding bands :( so frustrating.

Horrible customer service. Treated myself and my husband very rudely. After numerous phone calls and visits my ring still isnt fixed. They didnt listen to me when I talked they seemed very distracted and didnt really care about what I needed. When I confronted the manager she went on the attack and literally did not care about helping me or even try to make he situation better. When I went back to deal with a different person the manager sat in the corner staring at me and rolling her eyes. I have never been treated so rudely. What makes the whole thing worse is the fact its a ring my children got me. I got it a year ago and it broke a month later and still not fixed.

Tried calling the South Portland store SIX times no one would answer the phone, customer service at this location really sucks.

The fiamo ds that are actually affordable are very poor quality, cloudy and its takes weeks even months to get your to g if you need it sized.

I had a hard time choosing a ring and the staff seemed frustrated. I couldnt chose one right away and wanted to try on a lot of rings. Also took them more than 3 weeks to get my ring sized. Im not very impressed with them at all.
