I ordered some bolts that would take a couple days to come in . On the second day I called and was told they should be in at 7:00 am the following day and it would be 9:00 before they had everything sorted. What they didn’t tell me was I could only pick them up from 7:00/9:00 am or I could go in the afternoon around 3 they was open for 1 hour. I will never order anything from fastenal again .(KLJack)
