Ive never had 1st class customer service as I have at the Maine mall store. Every time I stop in for custom hats for my business, Tom has helped me and I am honored to have his help. This guy knows his stuff and has helped me design my hats every time. Id swear hes the owner because he is highly knowledgeable and believes in Customer service. Tom is top knotch. As an employer in the service industry, Id say Lids is lucky to have him and hes the kind of employee I search hard for. Thanks Tom!

Went in to you location today and your store associate could not be bothered to look up from the movie they were watching to even greet me let alone ask what I was looking for. And when I made a comment about it as I was leaving his response was ok then buy.
