I dropped off my f80 m3 To have Mr Ivan put in turbos and a new crank hub. He went above and beyond on my car and treated it like it was his. He even texted me photos and videos of my car as he was working on it. What other places do you know that does that ? I recommend this shop to any other BMW owner out there. I will bring my Car to Globo Auto and only Globo Auto for the rest of my life. Best customer service and best mechanic hands down !!

I came in with my 15 BMW 435 for the 65k fluid change, (transmission fluid service, transfer case fluid, rear differential fluid and brake flush) and they got me in and out within 2 hours, the waiting area is nice. Ivan asked me if I was experiencing anything else with the car and took me for a quick drive. Gave me his opinion on the matter and told me what he would personally recommend. He was recommended to me by a close friend and I will definitely be coming back for future services. I may live 45 minutes away but the quality is definitely worth the drive. He’s an honest person which is very hard to find now a days. He didn’t push any unnecessary services that the car didn’t need. He uses genuine fluids which most shops won’t. He’s also fairly priced unlike most specialty shops.

One of the better bmw shops in the tristate area,Have been working with them on my m3 for the past couple months, Ivan (the owner) is very passionate about these cars and I could call him at a moments notice and know that he would respond in a heartbeat, every time I leave his shop I feel very secure in knowing my car is in the right hands. Prices are extremely fair and I know they are willing to work with most financial climates. I would recommend them to any euro car owner. On top of that, I personally am a diy mechanic and prefer to not let anyone else near my car but these people I feel are trust worthy and one of 2 shops that I had ever let touch my car! I say two shops but only because I was not aware of the fact that they can handle the dreaded rear subframe failure on an e46 m3 for so cheap!! For those who live inbetween tyspeed down in south jersey and rogue engineering in north jersey, this spot is the happy medium and I would probably take the extra drive even if I lived further! Believe me when I say these guys are all around quality; professionally and interpersonally.

GLOBO AUTO is a MUST visit shop, they took the European Car service to the next level.I had several issues with my old EVO car and was trying to find a DECENT mechanic with good knowledge about Europeans cars. I was about to take it back to the dealership (for very cheap engine swap service ) and someone mentioned GLOBO AUTO. Okay, I assumed i have nothing to lose, why not to hear what a smart girl I am, and that girls dont suppose to drive fast cars with turbos, and that you are not doing maintenance properly (apparently, i had to change synthetic oil every 1k miles.;))))))))). I was in shock the way they treated me, they did not tell me to buy a Prius car and be happy that it can take you places. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Thank you GLOBO Auto for fixing my Evil with no hesitations.P.S. recently I got a BMW and wanted Ivan to take a look at it, so i went to the very first shop location and I was told that Globo was permanently closed!!!!! ( why would you say that, we live in 21st century, I have a phone on me i can always google info..daahhhh...Be careful, because theyve had relocated a while ago. they moved literally like 2 blocks down to a much bigger shop and they are still kicking.

They did a good job on my truck and I will be going back for more repairs.

These guys are honest and trustworthy. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are reasonable. They work on everything, not just bmw, including motorcycles. I brought my 2009 kawasaki zx6r to them from another shop that I layed down and it had been at that shop for over a month. They fixed more on my bike in 2 weeks than the other shop did in a month, and by the 3 week my bike was finished. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE!
