Ima Operation Manager was very fast and answered any questions we had, very passionate in what he does and KC was an awesome guy and was moving fast. Both worked really well. Alliance is a go to for great service.

Very good experience with service technicians. KC and Ima installed our Speed Queen washer machine and were very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. There was a mix up on the delivery date and they stayed late at our property to finish the job; even though they still had a long, dangerous, and dark trip to Denver. High marks to KC and Ima. Alliance Laundry Equipment is lucky to have excellent service technicians. Thank You.

They came to install our new dryer for our hotel, Ima the operation manager, Michael R, and Caleb S. They were very professional and efficient we will definitely recommend this company and these guys. They answered each one of our questions and showed us how to work the dryer, they were very friendly and even gave us there number for any further questions.

Alliance had always been an amazing company and are super responsive. Everyone here is friendly and honest. The new manager is great and has a lot of patience. Whenever my laundromat has an issue Todd is minutes away and overall an honest worker. I know I’ll be able to rely on Alliance to fix the problem and provide reasonable solutions.
