Ive been in a few times to pick up parts and accessories and have my old quad worked on, and Im happily going back this today. Heres one of the biggest reasons I like this place: Its one of the only cycle/quad shops along the wasatch front Ive been in where I dont get the attitude that seems to follow guys who spend a lot of time riding/racing motorsports. Theyre just as happy to see me and my 95 Wolverine as they are some other guy with his newer/nicer machine.So thanks guys, keep up the good work. Ill be in this morning! :)

I just gave them the go ahead to work on my ATV earlier today so I’ll see what the outcome is but I just had to leave a review on my experience so far.Everyone there are just awesome. Kristi and Scott have been so patient with my million questions, and many concerns on my ATV. They pinpointed the cause of all the little issues, and the big issues quickly, and had quotes waiting for me. Everything from the big bore kit they are putting on it, to the tires.Scott knows his stuff, and is just honest with his suggestions, I can’t say enough good things about this guy, just awesome. Easy to talk to and they really do seem to care about your concerns and figuring out what’s the right fix for you and your machine. This experience so far has been my best experience with a machine repair business.People up front aren’t paid commissions so they aren’t trying to sell you stuff you don’t need or want, and people in the back are hourly so they aren’t racing to hit or beat the flat rate.I can’t wait to get the monster back and rip around the new big bore!!Thank you to everyone there, even the guys and gals on the back that I haven’t had the opportunity to meet.I’ll leave a follow up review after receiving the machine.

Had my bike for over a month, when I went to pick it up they had it running, I pulled out n the bike died. When I went back in, Scott came out and told me that the battery was dead. I dropped off a fairly new battery after they picked it up but now my battery was dead. Not only did they know my battery was dead before I got there, but they were going to let me leave n get stuck so.ewhere only way home. When I finally got a friend to pick my bike up n trailer it home, they couldnt even be bother to jump start it he could get it up the trailer ramp without difficulty. After it was home, I tried to get the battery out, but they changed the screws I had holding the seat to meteric bolts. I never had to use a metric socket before. So after I finally got a metric socket, I tried to undo them, but they have been glued so I cant get them off. Now I have to have them cut off. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Christy is very nice, but Scott n the other tech are unprofessional n vindictive. All this bcz I wouldnt buy the battery from them, after spending $1400 in repairs. All they had to do is charge the battery but instead choose to be vindictive. The worst place to ever go for any quality professionalism.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!I requested a carburetor tune up. When I paid my bill and rode the bike home, the carburetor leaked (fire danger in my garage) and the plugs fowled after 3 minutes of riding. See the gasket Scotty used and did not pick up on the problem after 5 more requests to fix. (yea, I did not quit them soon enough) I have to find another shop.

Bought a couple Chinese pitbikes and the lady that helped us was super nice and helpful and filled the paperwork quickly. Very pleasant experience.

Lots of bikes of all kinds. Their main thing seemed to to sell the pit bikes and the prices are fair and the staff was not pushy. If you are looking for new or used I would stop by this shop to see if there is anything you like. I will be buying my next pit bike here for sure!!!

I took in my Yamaha warrior because it was smoking on start up they fixed it fast and not only did they fix the issue but they checked over the whole quad and made sure everything else is in spec. Now it runs awesome best costumer service ever! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Great job quad&cycle shop

A funny thing about Mondays in Utahs biking & cycling industry - most places are closed. Thats how I found this shop at 5:30pm on a Monday evening. It was the only cycle shop open for business on a Monday.Friendly & helpful, they supplied a CDI ignition part for a scooter. Great staff. Knowledgeable.

These people are great. Bought a couple kids quads a few months ago. It was easy and pleasant. Today was super impressive when I had a little warranty issue with one. I brought it up and they had the part changed in 10 minutes and I was in and out. Super convenient not having to drop off and pick up another day because I live an hour away. That is great service.

Christy deserves a raise and a vacation. Very nice and helpful, even through a constantly ringing phone, endless customers and being on her feet all day, writing up tickets among other tasks. I appreciate that she was willing to show me additional inventory in the back garage and made the purchase a slightly less stressful experience (any stress came from my side of dealing with lazy financial institutions). Scott was great too and thanks to the boys in service for checking my ride over (signals/lights, brakes, tires and gas) before I took it home.

He was very helpful very busy so dont plan on getting help the day you go in but he was very helpful and had a lot of supplies on hand

They tried selling me a bike they had in inventory for over a year, would not honor the price based off of their NADA price check (They wanted $300 more than NADA said), and would not show me the title.The bike had never been registered in Utah, which tells me it’s possible that they bought it from an out of state auction, which usually means it’s been damaged/wrecked/salvaged.

My girlfriend and I were turned away for test rides because she had a paper license. They were condescending and kept saying it wasnt valid despite the license fully stating this is a valid license complete with all endorsements. What they really meant was they didnt want her to test ride without the capability to get a loan. However my girlfriend is closing her sale on her home and in two weeks will be purchasing a bike right out fully with STRAIGHT CASH. We will NOT be taking our business to Quad and Cycle. Karl Malone Powersports happily accepted her license and allowed her to test ride bikes. We will be taking our business there.

My son needed a part for a rebuild project he is working on, they not only took the time to find the correct size they didnt treat him like a kid that didnt know anything which made his day. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is no masks on employees during a pandemic and mask mandate in place.

Been in a couple of times with some sort of problem or another they did their best to help me out every time. Also, the Workshop is tidy, prices are fair, workmen are very knowledgable and honest.I Brought an old motorcycle to them and had a bit of a budget. They were great, got everything sorted out beautifully. This will be my shop for motorcycle work while I live here. Thanks guys!

Absolutely the best!!! Not much else can be said about these guys. I always get the best treatment when I look to them for work on my 4-Wheelers and Motorcycle. Theyre even great at car stuff too. Never had any issues working with Scott, the owner. And his brother Matt, always has the right answer especially on my needed repairs. He can fix anything. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend this shop for all of your repairs. Youll always get a straight up answer and the best recommendation for the situation.

I was impressed that every used bike goes through the shop and is made road worthy before it goes to the showroom. Scott definitely knows motorcycles.

I came here Saturday morning and the employee Scott was horrible to us and we had problems with our bikes right after they were working on them. We went test driving the day before on Friday and they worked perfectly fine. After work was done on our bikes theyre were wrecked this company has awful employees Scott should not be working with customers he was so awful to us. Would highly recommend to stay the heck away from this dishonest business.

This place was great. I took my bike in here for repairs and they did a great job. The mechanic was a younger guy and was fine with talking and answering a few questions that I had.The girl at the front was really nice as well. Next service I have to do on my bike, this will be the place.

5/18/18 Every time i come in here i am surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. I havent been in for a year and they remembered who i was and they were extremely helpful. If you own a recreational vehicle this is the only place you should go. 2016 Best friendly service i have received from a bike shop. Not to mention they told me it would take two weeks to get my bike done so close to the Easter weekend. they called exactly one week later and the bike was ready for pickup. highly recommend these guys. I will be going there from now on.

DEFECTIVE MACHINES!!! UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!! I bought a four wheeler last night, got it home, turned it on & in under 2 minutes it quit working. They sold me a defective four wheeler!!! Would have come back last night but they were already closed. So here I am today at their shop as they “fix” a BRAND NEW four wheeler because they refuse to return or exchange it per their policy which is not within legal guidelines. Scott was extremely unprofessional in his communication style & behaviors. Every time I’ve been here the garage has been opened, & was opened when I got here. Scott took the defective four wheeler out of my truck & shut the garage door in my face just to put the cherry on top as to why doing business here was a very bad choice!!! Had his intentions been pure & his machine not been defective Scott would have had nothing to hide! Legal counsel & the BBB have been contacted! Scott is a crook & bad businessman!!!

Walked in, the gal behind the counter was super nice Thanks Christie! The mechanic was awesome bled my rear brake in no time and charged me the shop minimum $45. Ill def be back, great shop! Oh yeah all the Honda dealers were 2-3 weeks out on service, theses guys got me in 30 minutes.

Have a wedding coming up out of state in October. Went in to the downtown location this evening and they help me get all my measurements even though we were not buying from them. Treated me with class and respect would definitely recommend them and when the time comes they will be getting my business.

Bought a 110 cc quad for my son. These guys are very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgable. Didnt rush us to make a decision or hurry us at all. Also upgraded a few things before delivery like oil and air filter at no extra charge. Hands down the best experience ever!!!!

Not a bad place to stop in and look or purchase. The staff is very helpful. They sell a variety of moto bikes or street bikes, they have the clothing to go with it, and the parts also. Great prices as well

So far the service has been good. Longer wait time than I would like but better than Plaza Cycle where I used to go.

Good service at first Scott told me he would take care of the numbers for parts a labor took two days to get back to me he to tell me he could not nail down the mechanic to find out what labor would be. I then found out he ordered the parts before giving me the final quote which I had made very clear I wanted a full quote with parts and labor before anything was ordered. When I called to come get my bike after being fed up, the lady told me over the phone I would have to pay a restocking fee for the parts I never authorized to be ordered. when I got to the shop my bike was parked between a wall and a trailer they said they didn’t want nobody to take off with my bike and that they never store it outside. This was an absolutely terrible experience. This would be the last shop I would ever go to. If you need your bike worked on White Knuckel Is the place to go.

These folks are just the best. Scott and Christy have built a foundation on customer service and it shows. Always fair prices and no BS when ir comes to timing. If they are busy you will know. Dont wait till the last minute to get your machines in for service. They will get booked out. You wont be disappointed with the quality of their work. Clean organized building and this reflects in all areas of this shop.

All The pitbike and four wheelers they sell are chinese and way overpriced, you can buy a name brand for the same price like Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and etc. Not a good place for kids motorcycles.Do you research before you buy!

Place is Awesome, Service is great and prices are reasonable... Scott and Scott and are a great combo for sales and service. Parts, gear, customizing, chrome, powder coating you name it they got it.

Disappointed by the service department. They seemed nice enough, but didnt fix my quad and charged me $250 for it. My carb was having issues and they said rebuilding the carb would solve the issue. I asked if it shouldnt just be replaced and they said no, rebuilding it will be best/cheapest solution. Didnt fix the problem. When i picked it up it still clearly had the same problem and the mechanics response was it just needs to get warmed up and then it runs fine. Its in exactly the same condition as it was when i brought it to them unfortunately. Will not take it back to this service department.

What a great company to do business with. We had some MAJOR issues with a razor and knew we were gonna spend some money to get it fixed. These guys kept us iui n the loop the entire time thru the fix process. Anywhere they could save us a little they did. So grateful with the straight up approach.Thank you soooo much

I have sent two 4 wheelers of differing brands to quad and cycle for repairs. And i would do it everytime i come across an issue that needs a professionals help. Their staff can work on any quad and they do it for 1/2 the price of taking it to a dealer. They were friendly and cut the B.S. when discussing your options.

Absolutely the worst experience with services. Had to take the ATV back in to fix the problems they didnt solve in the first place. When we tried to ride our serviced Atv, it had shredded piece of the belt that they replaced in the system and it was rattling around like rocks. Had to take it apart ourselves and pull the pieces out. We had pictures and took the pieces in and the manager said, I have no idea where that would have came from.Reasonably priced if youre planning on doing the work the first time and having a quality business transaction.Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Great costumer service

Had my carb rebuilt and brakes tuned. Still runs and stops bad. Took it back in, they sat on it for 2 weeks, said mine was first in line for the last 3 days of that. They never looked at it. I took it back for the weekend as I wanted to ride it. They have already wasted my time & money twice, offered no apology or refund, and wont let me book an appointment to keep from wasting my time again. Totally worthless. I am now much worse off by trying to do business with them.

They are bad neighbors letting their customers test a bike on on our residential streets way over the speed limit, and then they denied it when I went to complain but when I called someone else they confirmed they had been testing. I love bikes but dont want one of our kids to hit by one.

Contacted this shop The Quad and Cycle Shop and talked with Chris. Went down to the shop to check them out and get my own oppinion of the place especially after reading the reviews and seeing that a number of them were good and a number of them that were bad.Introduced myself and got to talking with Chris and Scotty and here is my take.You people that are complaining about these guys evidently must have been having a bad day. I found these guys to be informative, interested in what I had to say and very willing to get my business.I asked pricing and their work load to see how long it would take to get a rear tire replaced on my RT Can am Spyder 2015. Price seems to be the same throughout Salt Lake City and I was told end of week as they have multipule jobs lined up. I said OK and went back out to the truck and got the NEW rear tire that I bought. Told them I would drive home and get the Spyder and bring it back.No second guessing from them, no negative comments or trying to upsale me to something different.Brought the Spyder back to them and said I would see them at end of week as thats what I figured it will take with as much work they have on the books. This was around 1pm.3:45 PM I get a call and Scotty asks how many pounds I run in the tires all around seeing how its getting colder? He had a suggestion and we talked about it and agreed.4:15 PM I get a call that the Spyder is ready and I am like What! said they had they were multitasking and got my tire off and back on with no issues as they have done quite a number of these.Thats what I call customer service. I looked the shop over and listened to what these guys had to say and I am very impressed with this shop.They work on a big range of ATVs, UTVs, all brands of motorcycles it looks like and have a great looking work shop. There was a beautiful EVO Harley up on the lift being worked on that Scotty told me about all the things they had done to it in modifications as they had sold the bike to a customer a year ago or so.They have lots of good looking used motorcycles in their shop for sale so if you are looking there are some good looking prices down there.Go in there, stop by and tell them Guy sent you cause its a shop I endorse!
