This is the second security system I’ve purchased from Procom. Great customer service and very punctual technicians. Tyson K, who installed my most recent system was awesome. He showed up right on time for both appointments and was quick and very efficient. Highly recommend!

We have been working with procom for several years and have been very happy with their service. They are always quick to respond to any questions I may have and the technicians are respectful when visiting our site. Sergio has been our most recent tech and he was kind, patient, punctual and respectful of our environment.

Its been 2 years trying to get a quote to update my cameras and add some some new ones.We shall see if they come through. At this time. I giving a 3 since they have been good about every thing else. if I do not hear back, I will decrease the review and I will raise it if they respond and I finally get a quote 2 years later.

Wow, where do I start?Both Bill and Tyson showed up on time, worked in the rain and then snow installing four security cameras, DVR, porting live pictures to my phone and much more. I asked them if they really wanted to tackle this job in this weather and they expressed a positive reply.What they didn’t do:1. They didn’t make a mess even with snow outside2. They didn’t drill a bunch of holes to feed wires from these cameras to the DVR - my house thanks them3. They didn’t dilly dally around, they worked DARN hard!What they did do:1. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked well together2. They made sure I liked the camera angles and adjusted them even with sleet coming down3. They worked tirelessly to connect the DVR to my Xfinity phone app - can I say that XFinity is not my favorite company right nowAnd, because the rain and snow was hindering their progress, they could not finish at 5pm. Tyson had to leave for family responsibilities but Bill stayed until 8:30 pm not making OT but getting the job done! Thank you to Procom Security for their wonderful alarm system and alerting us of a fire alarm activation that was caused by a water problem. A basement ceiling smoke detector was exposed to flood water coming from the room above. The alarm was activated. Procom Security Dispatch immediately notified us of a smoke alarm activation which caused us to determine the cause and turn off the house water before more water damage was caused to our home. I worked for Procom security for almost a year, left for a better opportunity. Months later the owner of the company took it upon himself to call my current employer to let them know that my resume was on a job search website. He also took it upon himself to assume that I was going to quit my current job, and tell my employer that I was looking for a new job and looking to quit.Procom security has the potential to be an amazing company, sadly the man running the company doesnt care about anybody but himself. I had to stand idly by and watch him treat customers with utter disrespect and then have to cover for him, cover for his company.

Procom is a great company. We had them install our security system, camera system, and access control system on our business and I have had nothing but great experiences. Procom is a great local company and gives awesome service. Easy to talk to and a no hassle process.

We chose procom for our security system because of a recommendation from one of my co-workers. The company was great about making an immediate appointment with us as soon as we were ready to install. Adam and Patrick called me to let me know they were on their way from Lehi and running a little behind which I appreciated them doing. Once they arrived they were very professional and gave me knowledgeable options of where to place all of our system devices. The installation went very quickly and without any problems. Adam and Patrick both showed me how to properly use both the keypad and the app and made sure I understood everything before they left. They were very professional and prior to leaving vacuumed up any messes that they made. The only thing I think could have been improved is I wish they would have mentioned something about our glass panes that can easily be broken. I realize that they are installers and we already had a package chosen that may not have included those things. But seeing as they were the only representatives of the company that came into the house it would have been nice if they had taken an additional look at weak areas. But all in all I still give them a 5 and will recommend them in the future.

This is our first time getting home security and we couldnt be happier. We were set up with the perfect equipment that we needed. They do have all the top of the line equipment, but didnt try to up sell us to something that we didnt need. They are always available and quick to respond if we need any help or troubleshooting. I can say Shawn and Nick have gone above and beyond what is required from a security company. I was so impressed I recommended them to my office to use at our new warehouse and they now provide security there as well. Highly recommend!

Nick Munns and Shawn Eghbert have been awesome to work with. They provide security for my business as well as for our home and the change-over from another security provider went very smoothly. Shawn made sure that anything he did on the interior would be pleasing to look at if it had to be in the open and he was able to hide those items effectively that didnt need to be seen. He also cleaned up after himself asking if he could use the vacuum and was always on-time for our scheduled meetings. Couldnt be happier!

We returned to our home after being away for quite a while and as soon as we opened the door the alarm went crazy. All of the keypads were dark and I didnt know how to deactivate the system. Of course Procom called and I told you that I needed immediate assistance as the screeching alarm sound in the house wouldnt go off. Within 5 minutes Doug Newey arrived at our house and within an hour he fixed what appeared to be a bit of a difficult issue. He was terrific, a fine young man.

Summary: Trust. I have had procom as my security company for about 2 and a half years now. I have REALLY enjoyed working with them, and here is my big reason: with security systems, you kind of wonder if you are getting taken advantage of. There are so many companies out there and as I was looking into finding the right fit for my business, it just seemed like there were so many who have some guy selling you on stuff and then locking you into something that you may not want. Sales people can just say whatever they want to get the sale, etc. With procom, they have integrity and do what they say they are going to do. The tech that has serviced our office has been fantastic and made sure everything was set up just how it needed to be for us. We were a ground up project, and they even helped us plan some critical things. When you are looking to work with someone who runs the system that monitors your every move every day, you had better trust them. Procom is that kind of company.

A complete positive experience. Try truly have WOW customer service. We had a problem that we werent even aware of and the company noticed it on there end they called us to schedule a tech to come out and see what was going on. The tech was on time and fantastic to work with he had it fixed in no time. The owner followed up to check on how it all went. We had some damage to one of sensors inside our home. ProCom noticed the problem and called us. They sent out a technician the next day. Doug did a great job, installed a new sensor, reset the system and was gone in just a short amount of time.

I am the CFO and Business Manager for a Geotechnical firm in Utah. As a general rule of thumb I seek three quotes for any services my company requires. After a lightening strike our security system was a near total loss. Since the opportunity existed to replace the current system I put the work out for bid; Nick Munns with Procom was one of the bidders. To make a long story short Procom won the bid for a few major reasons and in the end we upgraded our system to a completely digital wireless system for a lower price than our existing service quoted us to repair our analog system. Nice was very responsive with adjustments to the quote and our system was back up and running in a timely manner. The install staff was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. They worked directly with me to adjust our cameras, train me on their use, and make certain we were happy with their position. When we had a few hiccups with cameras going out or turning pink, Nick had technicians on site swapping out the cameras right away. Im very impressed with Procom thus far and would definitely recommend them for any security and or monitoring needs.

Procom Security just gets it right.Ive had them service two different houses in Davis County over the past three years, and they always handle my homes reliably, professionally, and respectfully. The owner, Nick, has assembled a great team. Chantel runs the office and schedules all the service calls with a level of knowledge of the products and services you rarely encounter in any industry. The response time on my installs and tech support issues have been less than one business day in most cases.Shawn and Doug are the best techs around. Between the two of them, they have years of formal training, construction know how, and experience to pull off my tough installs in two separate homes. These installs included not only an alarm system, but HD video cameras and wiring my entire house with multiple Cat 5e and coax wire drops.Whether I need alarm installation and monitoring, security cameras, or home networking and automation, Procom Security is my obvious first choice.

This is by far the worse alarm company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had scheduled an installation however instead of doing the job they were hired to do, they tried to sell me additional services I did not want or need. When I politely declined those services, they had left without installing any services leaving me exposed to harm. I had made several arrangements to cancel previous services because I was relying on them being a decent company and doing what was promised. This had absolutely nothing to do with technical or logistical problem but 100% greed because I did not want to purchase additional services.I also found out their address in Lehi is not even their actual address but rather like a P.O Box type setup in order to appear to be in respectable upscale area when they are actually not. Its the same thing that Nigerian scammers.I would avoid this company at all cost.Thank you.
