The guy in the front was so rude kept rushing me and my husband to pay for the bumper then comes back and tells me I need to get a refund because it’s cracked. He literally charged my card for no reason, and now I have to wait 2-3 business days just to get my refund back when he literally said they had one!

I purchased a front bumper and the fit was really off, I tried returning it but the guy at the front counter said nope because I had sanded an area already even tho the bumper was the problem. I purchased another one thinking maybe It was just that one but this one also didn’t come as a perfect fit there was a huge gap on both sides it was really off. I went back to return it the guy at the front counter remembered me from previously trying to return the other one. Immediately he started giving me attitude and I told him about it and he insulted me in Spanish I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and told me in Spanish that he didn’t give an F if i reported him. I’m very disgusted on the level of service I received, people like this could really bring peoples businesses down.

They have the worst customer service right away from the start of the conversation the guys is a d!€& doesnt want to help or look anything up. Dont understand why I am always respectful so no reason for it . They have good prices and dont have to pay for the shipping but this guys attitude makes rather pay for the shipping then have to conversate with him. dude should just quit and look for work somewhere else if he hates it that much. I will never purchase another item from them and will never recommend them and even go out of my way to make sure anyone I know makes another purchase until this guys is gone.7

Im doing my own auto body and found everything i need for my car. 2004 honda and at a great price. I paid a little more then i would have from a junkyard. Im way happy.

The parts I got were good, with a great price. But the front counter people were pretty rude to me, straight through the door.I will make sure I seek out other places before I shop here again, just because I was mistreated by the staff.

As a bodyshop owner I have purchased parts from interstate for nearly 20 years. For the most part the parts have been decent and priced well for aftermarket parts. The customer service has always left a little to be desired but worth putting up with for the prices. That changed today! We purchased a headlight for a repair. After install we were having a problem with other lights on the vehicle. We sent it out to have the vehicle checked for electrical issues and it was found that there was a short in the new headlight. We had that repaired to make sure our customer was taken care of. We approached interstate for credit to cover the repair. We were told we could remove the defective light and they would replace it but refused to cover the repair or to even offer credit towards future purchases. This is extremely disappointing to be treated this way after spending tens of thousands of dollars with this company over the past 2 decades.

Awesome place to get cheap body parts for most cars. They dont always have stuff for newer models but they usually do if its before 2010. The quality is even pretty decent for the price thats paid. Cant beat cheap parts that have decent quality. Way better than eBay parts thats for sure.

Theyve been fine for me. Bumper covers are around 40 bucks and have fit the cars fine, I call in before I go there and wait time isnt bad. I havent tried their return policy because they invite me to open the package and inspect the part before I leave. The parts have all been in good condition but Im sure if I found a defect they would exchange it for me. Im sure thats why they have customers inspect the parts at the point of sale

So i assist friends installing items and i always recommend this place. I have purchased several items over the years at this place, front and rear bumpers for 2 different cars, 6 side mirrors for 3, rear view mirror for 2, too many front and rear lights to count and various other items. on a scale of 1-5 of the business i would rank the followingcustomer service= 2 (not exactly the friendliest bunch)Parts= 4 (literally 1 part was wrong)Color matching= 5 (never had a complaint)price for new= 5 (cant find a better place, maybe online rarity though)I have never had them install anything themselves so i cannot comment on that. but as for the part itself great. this place has my business when it comes to parts.

Don’t waste your time with interstate. They have no idea what they actually have in stock. When I dove 45 miles to pick up the order, it wasn’t here. Didn’t get a “sorry” or anything. Order online from someone else!

Been here a few times. Do your homework before you get there. Go to the online book and figure out what parts you need before hand, and they will put your info in the computer and have your parts pulled in minutes. If its in the book... most likely they will have it in stock. Decent parts for a really cheap price! Not show quality products, but awesome for fixing a daily driver.

Zero stars if I could, Customer Service is horrible! The guy on front desk with dark hair and also speaks Spanish gave me the wrong part. Then wouldnt let me exchange it for the correct one. Then threaten me to call ICE if I didnt leave. uhhhhh Im WHITE. Lawyers let me know if we have a case.

Terrible customer service, guy at front desk is arrogant and rude. He was playing with his phone and have me waiting until he was done. He made me feel like I was stupid for not understating the way they work. Will not come back. People at front desk should have a better face. I like their product and prices but if they could hire a better front desk person I would have rated 5 stars. Customer services is huge.

The service was good and they had what I needed in stock, however they do not sell any nuts or bolts or anything of the sort to put the parts on your vehicle.

I am so thankful I found Interstate Auto Body! I purchased a front hood and grill from them at such a low price. Pricing was much lower than anything online and much easier than going to pick n pull. Staff was super fun to work with too.

I always body parts from the store I own a small car dealership, the parts are always inexpensive and decent shape, however the customer service and this place it has long way to go

Needed bumper, fender, radiator support, fender liners (both sides), grille insert and driver door mirror. Got everything for $225. Junkyard wanted $68 for just the beat up scratched (wrong color) used bumper cover and $55 for door mirror (again scratched and wrong color), $22 for grille insert (if they even had one which they didnt at any of the 5 yards along Wasatch front I went to) that is only $80 less than what I paid total and would still need to find and buy the fender, both fender liners and radiator support. Everything was in mint Condition. Only reason not 5 stars is they pulled the American built bumper and radiator support instead of the Japan built like I told them I had. He rushing a bit and wasnt paying complete attention. I caught it before I left and they quickly corrected the parts without a hassle. These parts for a 02 Toyota Camry (Japan built). Now I spend $120 on paint and clear coat, do work myself and pay total of roughly $350 for basically an entire new front end of car. Estimate for $2756 from local body shop to fix.

THEY LET IT RING FOR 10 MINUTES AND THEN HANG IT UP. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ORDER PARTS FROM THEM. JUST A NOTE: LKQ PICKUP THERE PHONE AND TAKES YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. tHEY ARE ALSO CHEAPER ON MOST PARTS.

Sold me the incorrect part. Clearly told them needed a mirror for a two door coupe and they sold me a mirror for a 4 door sedan. Tried returning the mirror and they wouldnt exchange the mirror. Very unpleasant experience please make sure the correct on your receipt since one of the employees there clearly didnt listen too well.
