I was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received from the service manager, Tony Soria. You can tell he cares and makes customer service a priority! For people who are looking to buy a car, I highly recommend working with, Hector. He’s friendly and knowledgeable. He will make sure you are happy and will take care of your needs throughout the process! Very high level of customer service from, Hector as well!
Josh Goldsmith and his service department were fast and efficient! I went in expecting to pay for a service, but they were honest and let me know it was under warranty! Great environment and a comfortable stay, always! PS, they said 2 hours, I was done in 45 minutes to an hour!
I absolutely had the best experience buying my Honda Civic from this dealership. The salesman Hector was very informative and polite. The manager Lance was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership if you want the most respectful and honest service.
When I went for an oil change today, I saw no employees wearing masks and/or social distancing from customers, most of whom were wearing masks. The auto services they provide always seem well done. Edit: I appreciate the prompt reply by the business, understand their position, and also appreciate their offer of a different customer service interaction. Review rating improved accordingly. I maintain that anyone looking for extra-sanitary, in-person conditions should either go somewhere else or take advantage of their pickup service.
Anthony made the buying process so easy and enjoyable. I appreciate the expertise, communication, and attentive service he provided me with. I wasnt exactly in the market for a Crosstrek, but he showed me my options and of course when I drove the car and he gave me the ins and outs of what it was capable of, I was sold! He was great keeping me in the loop while waiting for my new car to come in, and the video of it when it finally arrived was awesome! I was out of town camping for the weekend and it was nice to see it before I could get in during the week to pick it up. Awesome experience, would definitely be thrilled to work with Anthony and Mark Miller Subaru Midtown again!
I came in with two small, but difficult problems. Had to go through 3 different departments. It was seemless! Each member called ahead to the next site and directed me throughout. Small service fee.Thank you, thank you.
Call the service department to get an alignment after installing four new tires and almost 60,000 miles on the car. Discount tire that had put on the tires recommended that I get an alignment after 60,000 miles I’ve been put on the car they don’t do alignments so they suggested that I take it to the dealership to get it done. I wasn’t asking the service department to pay for it under warranty. I was just trying to get an appointment for an alignment and I pay for myself. That was my total expectations of the phone call what I didn’t expect as what happens next! Service department wouldn’t schedule me an appointment and then proceeded to try and tell me that my car had a salvage title when I actually bought the car from them! They are not even gotten to my Vin number absolute worst service department I’ve ever talk to you in my life. I would definitely give him no stars if I could.
Everyone I talked to has been friendly and transparent with information. It was refreshing after being disrespected at some other places (not Subaru). The sales person (Max), the finance person (Doug) were very patient with me and willing to show different options to consider. The concierge persons (Chandler and Ryan) have been very helpful and encourage me to reach out if I any questions regarding the car, maintenance, services, and more.
We got taken care of, it was great. The only thing is that over the phone I was quoted $600 for the hitch and at check out was $665. I would have appreciated knowing the real price at front. I was going to get it either way.
Other than we had to wait for parts, we had excellent service and the communication was off the charts! Very well done!
Price to finish the remote start install was half of the quote given on the phone and they quickly fixed the brakes and didnt kill the bank doing so. Great service, happy people. I recommended my mother to come get a car from this location
Always good to come to Mark Millers Midtown Service Center. Feels like being in a comfortable place where you know your car will be taken care of in the best possible way. I appreciate the consistent courtesy of employees, as well as their desire to service my car as quickly and efficiently as they can.
The part I loved most was that I took my car in for a recall notice and they came back and told me I was due for an oil change and did I want to do that while I was there. Life gets busy and it was awesome to feel so taken care of, you guys are really on top of it. Thank you!
If you want them to actually work with you and try and make a deal good luck. Oh also they will loudly make fun of your trade in when you get back from the test drive. Apparently these guys don’t like selling cars
Staff was friendly and explained stuff thoroughly. There was no pressure when looking or test driving cars. When something wasn’t available (with the given inventory shortage) they gave multiple different options on different routes we could take. I’ve already told a few close family and friends how great my experience was.
I have a 2017 Subaru Outback Touring Edition that I bought from you. It has a little over 31,000 miles and has been stored in a garage. Recently my passenger window started acting up and would not close. It goes up and then comes halfway back down. I know Im not the only one having this problem because I found others on line. This is my third Subaru and the only one Ive had issues with. I think this problem is due to a faulty switch and should be covered by warranty. It would have been nice if Mark Miller had made an attempt to negotiate with Subaru USA on my behalf to get his fixed instead of telling me it would cost $650 to be repaired. I decided to go it alone with Subaru and emailed them yesterday.I tried to be fair by initially giving the dealership 3 stars in my review and was pleased to see that they replied asking me to call them to see if anything could be done to improve my experience. So I called them back and left a voice mail that very same morning. Unfortunately it is now 5 days later and they have yet to return my call... So Im now thinking maybe I was too generous the first time around. Maybe the reply looked good on line?
I got my 60K mile service and your team easily gave me recommendations on what additional services I should do to keep my vehicle running great. The team was also willing to get back to me about a starlink upgrade as I was leaving the facility.
Incredibly professional and efficient. The texted/online information and ability to quickly mark yes or no to suggested work was very helpful and easy to use. I might be able to get things done elsewhere at a slightly lower price, but knowing that everyone there is trained and qualified provides a level of reassurance that I dont always get from other shops. I also really appreciate that youll provide an Uber at no additional charge so I can still make it to work and then get back to you in the evening. Thats honestly the main reason Ive gone back to you.
I was in for a straight forward 105k mile service & tire rotation. When your team was rotating the tires they found a nail in one of them (it must have just happened because the low pressure light hadnt come on) and just took care of it and fixed it. I appreciated both their noticing the issue and the action to repair it without a big fuss. Ive been very happy with your companys service ever since I bought my Outback, my first Subaru, nearly eight years ago. In my opinion you are the best dealer Ive ever worked with, and when Im ready to be in the market again youll be my first stop.
Had a very poor customer service experience. We had to bring the car to a dealer for starlink update work and also requested the car be aligned and inspected for any other needs. Even though car was left for service night before to ensure early morning work, the service advisor never contacted me in the morning when inspection and work was completed which I later learned was all done before 10am. I had to call Tom later in the day to get an update. By then it was too late to perform any of the additional work that was being recommended, such as the brakes. We picked up the car and will have the brake work performed elsewhere. This was my first time working with your team and I do not plan to come back. It sounds like the service team is a “you get who you get” model and every advisor has a different method of customer service.l rather than conforming to any company standards or expectations. That’s not a good experience and it will be preferable to take my vehicle elsewhere so that my customer service expectations can be better met.
I just had an interesting experience with Mark Millers service department. I went in this morning to have them check out a slight loss of acceleration that occurs sometimes on the freeway on my 2019 Ascent. Its turbo charged so I know those things can be finicky. I left it with them after discussing a 60,000 mile service at around $189 which they hoped would be the solution but they were going to run a diagnostic to see.Around 2pm I received a text saying to approve an estimate with a link to the proposed charges. It totaled almost $4,000. They wanted to change all the fluids (Transmission, Differential, Brake). Replace the brake pads, rotors, replace the tires, replace the oil and cabin filters, replace the spark plugs for $500 and two nebulous services to remove carbon build up totaling $450. Many of the repair descriptions explained they required immediate attention and detailed fluids as being burnt, dark, dirty or expired. It was a slick presentation to convince people that their car is falling apart.Ive been driving Subarus since 1991 and I put about 35k miles a year on my cars. The reason I keep buying Subarus is that you can drive them for 150k -200K miles with minimal maintenance. Usually you just change oil and tires - maybe breaks and thats it. That has played out over 5 Outbacks (One 2015 purchased at Mark Miller) and one Legacy. My point is that I felt like I was being scammed here and although they can hide behind Manufacturer Recommendations, in the end theyve proven to me that they are more interested in profit over customer service. To be fair, Alex the advisor I interacted with was just fine. I have no doubt he was only doing his job as he was trained to do.Oh! They waived the $104 diagnostic fee. Thanks guys. Tim G.
We had such a great experience working with Cassidy. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and willing take whatever time needed to answer questions. We have been highly recommending Mark Miller Subaru to friends and family.
My husband and I LOVE Mark Miller Subaru. Over the last 4 months we have had stuff done to our car here and we always said, if we needed a new car, these guys have our business for life. Wouldnt you know it, our car was totaled 2 months after we went to get some work done. The collision center was just so so good to us. Juan is the man! So, this week we will be buying our car from Mark Miller Subaru. I am beyond impressed how professional they are. By the way, my husband LOVED the coffee! GO HERE, SHOP HERE, you will not be disappointed.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly! They did a great job communicating the health of my vehicle and in what services I needed. They were very fast as well!
Chet was so kind, helpful and easy going. The tech guy made sure I was good to go and answered my ‘help’ text right away. The finance guy? ipad consents and we no 26 pages of ibm print outs! Thank you! I love my car!
The service I came in for was great, but I asked the service coordinator if they could help me with my driver side speaker since the sound was cutting in and out. I was told they wouldn’t be able to help me due to an after market amp, but when I picked up my car I now have NO sound at all. I have never had trouble with my passenger side speaker and now neither work.7/19/21: Update. After 3 attempts over 7 days to get in touch with a manager I finally received a call. Unfortunately the dealership took zero accountability for returning my car to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere when I buy a new Subaru.
Welcoming! They quoted me 30 mins wait time, but finished much quicker. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich from the cafe. Great team!
Once again, our experience at Mark Miller Midtown was a great success. Our new Crosstrek is our third Subaru from Mark Miller, including one lease. Chet Schneider and Jon Barber made the process easy as a bonus made our canine welcome in the business office. Great car, great experience.
I brought our Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment at 1:00pm. It was finished by 1:15. They washed the car and made it sparkle. The service people were very friendly and answered all my questions. I felt safe from the virus the whole time I was there. I am very happy with my Outback and the wonderful service I get at Mark Miller Midtown.
Max is a great person that took care of us and answered any question we had. Doug was very informative with the additional packages we added on. Chandler was awesome at explaining the how the tech worked both in and out of the car. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown!
We have bought now six Subarus from Mark Miller. Curtis has sold most of them to me and does a great job working and coordinating efforts to make the experience non-pressured and satisfying! Thank you for our new Ascent…
Went in with a basic idea of what I wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mark (sales person) helped me decide on what vehicle would fit me best, and helped me get everything ordered and squared away super quickly.
I haven’t had a bad experience at Mark Miller Subaru. Tony has been helpful each time I’ve been in for routine maintenance, and another time when he didn’t need to be helpful. Josh G. went above and beyond in helping me with an issue I had which will make my upcoming road trip significantly more enjoyable! I can’t thank you enough!
Dropped of my car for a recall and it was done so fast! Dropped it off at 7:30 and around 10:30 it was already finished. Always so impressed with Mark Miller Subaru.
Weve been going to Mark Miller for 13 years for my wifes vehicles. They are always excellent, quick and professional. Showed up because we had a tire issue and were there for less than an hour even with them having to run to another dealership to get the tire we needed.
I love my 2020 Outback but really dislike the way Im treated getting a Subaru recall accomplished. They made me an appointment but refuse to give me an estimate of how long this will take. I live 52 miles north of the dealership and drove buy 3 different dealerships to buy my car from Mark Miller. When it comes to maintenance they have no concern for their customers time or convenience.
My experience was great, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.
I had a very good experience with Cassidy F; she is fun and knowledgeable. Also, John with Finance was good!
Loved this dealership. Hector was great, transparent, and chill. He was willing to answer any questions I had! As a first time car buyer, the process went through smoothly. If I wanted to buy another Subaru later in the future, I would definitely do it again at this dealership. They are the best!
Great service but minor problem with huge SUV loaner that barely fit in the carport. I inched it back a couple feet to get the garbage can put for pickup but left it in the carport because it was too big for me to drive. Return driver finally managed to extricate it with only minor damage to downspout and possibly also a sprinkler head that has disappeared.
Honest and understanding. Very easy going and will take care of you quite well. Carlos was responsive and made things happen quickly and efficiently. Can’t praise these guys enough!!
I brought our Outback in for an oil change. I had an appointment at 10:00am. It was finished by 10:20. I was extremely happy. It minimized the amount of time that I was away from work. The service people were very friendly and helpful. I also spent a few minutes with the Sales Concierge as we had purchased a Legacy a couple of weeks ago. He was very helpful. Thank you for the outstanding service.
My appointment was scheduled... I didnt just show up. No one approached me at the #3 door I was told to go to when the appointment was made over the phone. I was also told that they would be happy to update my GPS while I was there for an oil change. I had to go in to find someone to help me. They said they were very busy and that is why I couldnt find help. Isnt that why I made an appointment??? While I was wondering around trying to find help, there were 3 employees joking around with one another and ignoring me. The whole experience was chaotic and very disturbing. No one knew what any other was doing, or so it seemed. I will buy another Subaru at some point. I will get another oil change, but not from this location. Life is too darn short.
Last year I was with Pete for a while looking at an Outback. I ended up getting a different Outback from. Southtown, but the whole experience with Pete was great! Unfortunately it turns out my message to him that I went with a different car never arrived so I feel kinda bad. But anyhow, I enjoyed my exp with Pete.I recently went in to get a paint pen for my car. Turns out the first one is free if you purchase a car from Mark Miller Subaru. So that was great! I dont know if there are any other benefits, I do wish that I knew about the benefits.
We just purchased our second Subaru from Mark Miller and the experience was fantastic as it was last time. Straight-forward deals with ZERO games or hassle. Mark Patterson and Anthony were incredible - true professionals in every sense. Mark Miller is like an oasis in a desert of car buying - truly refreshing. I actually enjoy buying a car now and will be back next year! Save your sanity and time and GO TO MARK MILLER SUBARU FIRST.
I set up the appointment through a chat on your website. I was told that someone could come to my house, pick up my car, and leave a loaner car for me at no charge. It went very smoothly, and my repaired car was brought back to me about 4 hours later. It was very impressive!
We loved our experience buying our new car at Mark Mill Subaru! Our salesman was great helping us with our and selecting the model we needed. We felt no stress or nervousness in this process because we know upfront how much the car would cost. We received good training on the more complicated features of todays new cars. We are happy with our purchase. And the zero percent interest loan was an added bonus.
I had to bring the car in a little later, because of a medical emergency. And they were very good about it. The service was excellent and they very good on the work that was done.
Hector was fantastic. Took care of from me from start to finish, and George on the desk and John from F&I were great as well. This is our 5th new vehicle bought from this store.
Me and my wife leased a car through Cassidy at Mark Miller Subaru. It was an excellent experience. Cassidy made sure we got the best deal possible and guided us on various decisions without making us feel pressured. You can tell the staff really believe in the product they sell and it goes a long way. About 4 days after getting our car, we had an incident that Cassidy and George quickly took care of. They truly went above and beyond. I cant recommend this dealership enough!
Quick, easy and pricey for an oil change.
Easy. Efficient. Friendly. Finished much sooner than I expected. Thank you.
Went in to pick up my new car today after agreeing to a deal, putting down a deposit, and waiting four weeks. They decided to give me almost three grand less than what they promised. No new car, and four weeks wasted.Stay away.
Ask for Zach or Matt. These two guys were not only knowledgeable but very kind & patient. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions during the test drive. No high pressure sales, just laid back answers to our questions & explaining features to us. Very low key. He communicated with us and let us know where the train carrying our new Ascent was and when it arrived. Matt briefed us on the important stuff and directed us to the appropriate people for a fast and efficient check out the day we picked her up. These guys are awesome and make a great team!Ted & Jan Nemcik oh and Nova tooPark City
Great service, great staff. Mark Miller Subaru is hands down one of easiest buying experiences Ive had.
We finally bought our first Subaru last week and were so impressed with the Mark Miller experience. Steve Page greeted us as soon as we arrived. We felt like he really listened to us and what we wanted instead of trying to upsell us. Mont in finance was also awesome. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, broke down numbers clearly and didn’t rush. They also have an awesome snack bar! This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had and look forward to buying another Subaru in the future at Mark Miller!
Tony was great! He wasnt pushy at all and helped me get the best deal possible. This was my first time ever buying a car and he made everything make sense. Which model of vehicle to lease and necessary extras to add (windshield protection) was easy to understand and I didnt feel like he was pushing unnecessary things to just make more money. The fact that he tried to help me get discounts and the best deal possible for me sealed the deal. It showed honesty and integrity. The finance person, John (I believe), was fantastic as well. Subaru vehicles are high quality! The 2021 Crosstrek had the smoothest ride out of the 8 other cars I test drove at other dealerships. Mark Miller gave off a vibe of honesty and quality. Thats why I kept coming back after looking at other cars at other dealerships. I honestly believe I will be a lifelong Subaru customer, and as long as Im in Utah, I will be a Mark Miller customer!
Compared to other dealerships I have been to, Looking at you Young Subaru, it was a great experience from start to finish, other than one minor annoyance. To start this is in the middle of a massive shortage of cars so availability is limited, so anything related to that is not counting against Mark Miller. My wife and I went in looking to trade my old Crosstrek in for a new Sport model. The salesman, Paul, was great to work with, low pressure. He helped us find a model with the color and add-ons we wanted that was already in the pipeline on the way to the dealership, which cut the wait down to half what it could have been. Paul kept us up to date on the shipping status and when it arrived. Comprehensive walkthrough of all the new features of the car and everything. They had a very competitive offer for my old car, which we had shopped around to see the best deal we could get. And he was able to schedule parts to be installed later that we had ordered with it.The installation process was simple, and came with free pickup and a loaner while they installed the items. They even had a tracking app for watching as they drove my new car to and from the dealership. The one downside was the Finance department. They were quite slow, especially considering they have such limited number of cars to sell right now. and the finance person tried fairly hard to push an extended warranty. Said warranty would have ended up costing over $10,000 over the life of the loan. An extremely excessive amount, especially considering out car insurance covers a portion of the items he was trying to sell. If not for this attempt at what is almost a scam they would have gotten 5 stars. It wasnt enough to keep me from going back, especially since Young Subaru is so bad on all levels, but I will always be cautious about the finance department and their attempted overpriced upsell.
Cassidy did an amazing job from start to finish with our Subaru Crosstrek car purchase, keeping us informed, positive attitude, excellent customer service and great follow through! We plan to call Cassidy again in 2022 when anticipate buying another Subaru from Mark Miller Midtown.ThanksJose & Alyssa
Bought two cars in the same amount of years. First car was purchased from Pete who went on to manage one of their stores. Most recent purchase was through Chet. Both were great to work with. The idea of a no-negotiation, hassle free car purchase is foreign in todays market. They hold true to this ideal. I knew exactly what I was getting and knew it was going to be a great price.
I took the Outback in for regular six month service. We waited for the technician to complete the work. It was a very short time and the Outback came back washed and serviced. I really appreciate the good work.
Torque converter and reczll work. staff was very helpfull
Im so glad we ended up there after shopping for a couple of months and experiencing a few other dealerships! The staff and customer service blew everyone else out of the water. Not only they were attentive and kind to us, they were super friendly to our children. Each one of them left with a balloon and a stuffed animal, they loved it! haha The whole process went smoothly and we ended up with the perfect vehicle for our family. Highly recommend them
Very helpful place! All the employees were attentive, quick, and wanting to make sure I was provided the best service possible. Also free Uber rides there and back as well as a loaner car were huge for me and my day to day. Great place!
The staff members are very friendly and the person that showed us the car, mister Mark Patterson made sure all our questions were answered. Unlike other companies he didn’t try to force us to buy something that we didn’t want. Same goes for the gentleman that dealt with the paperwork and loan. Showed us what extras we can add to our purchase and left us to choose what we think would be best.Bottom line, we love our new Subaru Forester and will recommend Mark Miller Subaru to all our friends.
Tony R. was my salesperson and he was beyond helpful! Very attentive of my needs and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.
Quick in and out - travel top off and car wash. Friendly and courteous attendants.
We easily scheduled our outback’s appointment online. When we arrived, there was no wait. They completed the work before we had finished our complimentary beverages. Perfect!
Got home from a trip, left parking lot, car started thumping. Got out, huge piece of metal through driver rear tire. After swapping to spare, drove to midtown where I got the tires 6 months ago. Great service, had to get a new tire, but just paid for labor. Thanks!
Thank you for getting me in for the recall / warranty work. Your team were more than helpful letting me drop off my Crosstrek the night before. and getting me an Uber ride home. right at 6pm. I know it wasnt convenient for them. but it made my life so much easier with my swollen right broken foot. and my follow-ups appointment with my orthopedic doctor the next two days.I am really grateful for your looking out for me. that is why I keep coming back
My subaru had been overheating for awhile now and I turned it in to the service. Although the experience itself was fine I was disappointed that I had spent $600+, and waited several days without our only car, only to find out that the car still overheated on our recent trip to Park City.
Someone picked up my car and someone else brought it back. I didnt have to worry about anything. While my car was gone it was washed, vacuumed and all needed services were done. This is such an easy way to take care of my car and everyone was friendly and helpful.
The inspection of the car was through and the customer rep showed me what on the car what was reviewed and what was done to address the issue. The regular service was performed timely. The waiting room is comfortable and the free soda and snack was appreciated. Customer service approach is better than the Subaru dealers I have utilized in New York State
It was a very stressful experience and Cassidy and the rest of the team was able to turn it around.
I took my car in to have them look at the a/c and other things. I even called to make sure it fixed the a/c problems before I drove out and they assured me it did. But it is quite clear they did not check their work since they didnt even fix some of the things I brought it in for. They also lost one of my wheel center caps. And to top it off they just want me to schedule another appointment which means waiting over a week to get it back in.
Tom was great. Service was on time, no waiting. I got the use of a car while mine was being serviced and they even found a couple of potential problems I was unaware of and fixed them.
I brought my car in on advice from a different shop that my front brakes needed replacing. The team at Mark Miller did a thorough check and informed me I had around 10,000 miles left. I greatly appreciated their honesty and will take my car back Mark Miller’s service center in the future.
The manual transmission of my Impreza broke down back in May as I was cruising northbound on I-15. Traveling from California to Southeast Idaho, my best hope before the sun set was to get the car towed to Mark Miller Subaru. That next morning, I was able to work with Jose on the diagnostics of my car. The timing of all this was hectic because I had to travel to the PNW for work for the two months. The crew at MM Subaru made a discovery that the transmission and not the clutch is heavily damaged and there were no replacement part available. The team there allowed me to have my car kept there, and also quickly worked on the outstanding recalls for my vehicle. With such circumstance, Joses manager agree to let me find, order, and ship a compatible transmission to MM Subaru. Within two to three weeks, I was able to get my transmission in from another Impreza out of Massachusetts! Having to put in further work, the team at MM Subaru discovered that Id need a new set of flywheel and clutch combo as well, but wont charge me extra for labor since its part of the work to remove the transmission. Once again, I had to order my own parts because my vehicle is so outdated that those parts are not readily available. From start to finish, along with various repairs, my car needed two months of work to get back safely on the road. The process couldve been so much more difficult if it wasnt for my advisor, Jose, with his clear, attentive communication and understanding, and the team there allowing me to order in the discontinued parts for such laborious repairs. Huge thanks to this shop, and I highly recommend them!
Smooth experience from starting to finish. The online chat provided easy access and having an agent scheduling my service. To the pick up and delivery service being on point with concise communication.Great work to all employees involved!
Fast efficient service. the technicians found one additional issue that needed work and gave me the option of having it handled on the spot and did NOT treat me like i was stupid because i am a woman. Very professional!!!
I came 10 minutes early and the service person took me right away for my cars first visit since purchasing it. It took 20 minutes. I was totally surprised. The service man was warm and friendly. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you
Went to MM Subaru Midtown for my renewal and oil change. I normally go to MM Subaru Southtown, but Midtown is closer to my work. I was not happy and wont go there again. I got there at opening and it still took me 45 minutes to get checked in. I was told my car needed my back brake pads changed before they damaged my rotors. They kept my car all day. They called me at noon to tell me it was done and theyd send an UBER for me at 5. When I got there to pick up my car it took them over 30 minutes just for them to tell me theyd have someone help me. 2 people walked in after I did and were helped immediately. When they finally got to me, my car wasnt ready and the total was different because they had to turn the rotors. I was expecting 300 and I got over 4. I never have issues like this at Southtown, and despite it being inconvenient for my work, I will go back there from now on.
Tony Soria, your service manager, is an asset to your company. He is professional, courteous, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Just one of the many reasons we purchased both cars from your dealership and will remain loyal.Thank you.
I scheduled service and requested a quote for a repair about 2 weeks ago. I scheduled the service, then I was transferred over to the collision department. I explained that my car would be in service on July 7. Collision said they could look at my car and give me an estimate on the 8th before my car was returned back to me from Service. They scheduled me in and they said they left notes in the system for Service to take my car over to Collision once they were complete. So, my car was picked up on the 7th for Service. I didnt hear anything by late morning about the Collision estimate so I called. They said that I had an appointment scheduled, but there were no notes for Service to take my car to Collision. I was then transferred to Service and no one answered so I had to leave a voicemail. I specifically asked for a call back in the voicemail. I didnt get one from them. Im glad I called, otherwise Service would have tried to return my car without taking it Collision. Everyone I talked to on the 8th said there were no notes like I was told before. Then, after Collision looked at my car I was contacted about the quote for repairs. For a SMALL bend in the hatch, they said it would cost $2200 to repair!!! I would expect that for a major car crash, but this very small bend in the metal should NOT cost that much money to fix. The last couple of years I have been taking my car in for Service I have been very disappointed. The first couple of years were great. I was treated very well and felt like I was cared for, now that my service package is complete I feel like I just get sub-par service. I am also annoyed that the service has gone down, but I keep getting things in the mail to trade in my car for another new one just so I can spend more money with you... Im definitely going to go elsewhere for service and the repair of my hatch. I can guarantee that someone can simply bend the metal back for less than 30 hours of repairs and $2200... The only thing I found good about this visit was that you travelled to me to get my car and return it. But again, the only reason that is done is to entice me to buy a brand new vehicle, which I dont want.
Made an appt. to look at my sons Impreza. Alex Cosma took care of things and booked us in. Did a thorough inspection and gave us a detailed list of recommendations and issues. There was no high pressure to perform their recommendations and we chose to decline at this time. Alex got us in and out smoothly.A VERY pleasant experience as it has been whenever I have shopped for parts here too!
Chet was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in looking for a car! He was very informative, and helped me get the best trade-in deal I could get. The whole experience was just really pleasant. I would definitely buy another car from here! :)
Very knowledgeable staff. They did an amazing job explaining what the issue was and offered a several different options for fixing it. They treated me great and I would recommend them to anyone needing their Subaru fixed. Great service, great price, great experience.
I had an appointment scheduled and was told at the time of drop off there was a good possibility no one was getting to the car that day, I was also told I would be provided to other updates, specially if the car had to stay over. No one ever contacted me, I reached out to the service center on the number provided at turn in and received nothing back until the next morning when I was told there were no diagnostics yet, I was texted at 5:30pm, 30 mins prior to your closing that I needed 5k worth of work done on the car which was serviced 4 months ago. The write up was written in acronyms and no explanation at all from the customer service rep. I was slow rolled the entire time my car was in for service for an entire day and and a half for diagnostics and an oil change. The paperwork stated the mileage in was the same as the mileage out except there was an 1/8th of a tank of gas missing. I have been to Subaru dealers all over this country this was the absolute worst I have ever seen and I am utterly disgusted. This dealership has lost all credibility in my book and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to go here. Not only that but obviously Subaru is not a trusted brand anymore since my car has been in for every single recommended service since I bought it and I was the first owner.Lastly you want me to agree to terms of service on this page however you do not provide the terms. What kind of hokie place are you running?
Everybody was friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change/tire rotation and Tom noticed coolant leaking from my car. He had his team check it and they diagnosed a missing hose! Part had to be ordered in but they made sure I was taken care of in the meantime. I appreciate the entire team at MMSubaru Midtown.
I took my Outback in for a 90k service and replacement of the rear radar sensors. The cost was reasonable and overall I am very pleased! Jose and Cristian were very helpful! I highly recommend mark miller Subaru
It was time for an oil change. Damian Ferrel came up to check in my Subaru Crosstrekk 2015. He invited me to have a seat in the waiting area, before I walked away, he noticed my mileage was close to the 30,000 mile service. He asked me if Id like them to do it, as they had time to do so. I jumped at the chance because my husband had a surgery the following week, and time was tight for me. He asked me if there was anything else I could think of that the car might need them to check out. I told him I was struggling at times with turning off the car, it would stick and the key would not budge. I had it checked a few times over the years, it never showed anything. I brought the car new and it had happened several times. This is my first time owning a Subaru, I just chalked it up to maybe it was something I was doing wrong, because it was only happening at random times.Damian told me itd be a longer wait to do the service that was due. I agreed. He came into the waiting area, and gave me updates as to the progress. It was past closing time, he told me the NEW part that they were to install was cracked, theyd have to send for the part from South Towne in the morning. He offered to call me an Uber or give me a ride home. He said theyd repair the car first thing in the morning and let me know the progress as they went. As promised he phoned the next morning, giving me a progress report. Around 11 a.m. Damian drove my car to me. The car was clean inside and out, the repairs made. I was expecting a bill of around, $940. I was given an invoice with a charge of $504.43 Because of the long wait, the faulty part, and keeping the car overnight, Damian spoke to his manager, they agreed to do a goodwill gesture and give me a break on the cost. No one at your dealership could possibly know what a blessing this was to me. My husband has a blood cancer called, Multiple Myeloma. I had to retire early to become his fulltime care giver. It of course is not the life we had planned together. We arent special, we know that bad things happen to good people, the rain falls on the just and the unjust. But as of late it feels like weve had a lot of rain! With this world pandemic, my husbands health, life can be a real struggle. This signal act of kindness, was seriously such a big blessing in my life. Your employee, Damian Ferrel, could not of been kinder, or more professional. You need to hang on to such an outstanding young man. He is good for your business. So Thank You for taking such good care or you customers!
Easy to schedule. Prompt service. Polite pleasant staff.
Mark, Jon and Ryan were amazing, helpful and informative. They take the time to explain everything to you in detail without the typical salesman pressure you get at other dealerships.
I bought my used Subaru Crosstrek here earlier this year. Now that it is the summer, I took it back to do an $76 oil change and because the AC doesnt work, I asked them to check the AC which was $186. Now Mark Miller Subaru wants to charge me $1200 to repair something that they didnt catch when they inspected it. When I bought the car, the sales representative (Steve) even bragged about how well they inspected their vehicles. I wouldnt recommend buying a used car from Mark Miller Subaru unless you want to buy a defective product that they wont take responsibility for.
We got a great car for a great price. Thank you very much
