Larry B and Andrew R replaced my rear passenger door window. Very friendly and professional guys, very good at their jobs. I would definitely recommend Glass America and these two technicians for any auto glass work! Their customer service people were great too, helping me get on the schedule and set up quotes and billing very easily and hassle-free. Overall great experience with this company.

Cost was $100 cheaper than the out of pocket payment my insurance glass company offered me. Came in the time frame they promised and had good communication throughout.

James T was my technician and he did an amazing job. He replaced the window in the rain while kneeling in a puddle. Highly recommended James as your technician. Great prices, great customer service and very fast scheduling.

They were a little cheaper than everywhere I called. My tech (Larry?) was great at communicating a time while trying to fit in the replacement around the rain we were getting for a couple of days. He was crazy fast and it looks great.

The whole experience was 5 stars! I had quotes from 3-4 different Auto Glass companies, and Glass America was very personable and prompt. The amount they quoted was the exact amount I paid. (Other companies gave a quote with small asterisk with other fees.) They come to you (mobile service)- I wouldve paid extra just for that service, but they ended up being the cheapest quote anyway. The technician was professional and did a fantastic job.

Absolutely excellent work on my Corvette at a fair price. I was very worried about scratches or smudge marks left by the technician because this is a show car for my detailing / coating business, but Dustin was extremely careful, deliberate, courteous and skillful, and left no scratches or smudges. This is a review for Glass Americas national call center. You do not actually speak with the local office. I was given the contact info for Glass America by Geico for a claim on a windshield and sunroof. The phone call with Glass America and Gieco happened on Jan 27. Four weeks go back with no contact from Glass America. I call them. They forgot to order the glass. I call back on March 15 to see what is going on. Geico denied their labor costs on Feb 25th. I heard zero from them ever. The people you get on the phone are nice and helpful but their process and procedures are not being followed by their people.

The technician James was very professional, fast, and friendly. Chris the sales rep was also very friendly. Overall I highly recommend working with this company, I had a great experience from start to finish. They messaged me when they would be here, showed up on time and finished quickly.

They came out to my house and did the installation of my new windshield within mayb 45 minutes. Loved how hastle free the process was.

Terrible.The tech messed up my time slot, I called when they were 30min late to my appointment window. He apologized and said I’d be first thing tomorrow and the dispatch would call me right back with a new time slot.Dispatch never calls.I call first thing the next morning and I’m told they can’t do it till the next day.That’s 3 days of back and forth and missed work. I will never use them. Save your time and money.

Chris Young is amazing! I had a sizable rock chip in the windshield of my new car! I was so frustrated especially since I am on the road all the time. Chris actually came to where I was at and was friendly and professional. He also was knowledgeable and I was thrilled with how perfect my windshield looks. I hope for no more rock chips, but if I do, I know who to call!

I needed the windshield replaced in my Lexus SC430, a sport convertible with a retractable hard top.This was a complicated job which involved removing several pieces of hardware from the engine compartment and moldings and hardware from the cabin in order to get at the windshield.The technician from Glass America arrived at my house exactly when he said he would and his appearance and demeanor put me immediately at ease. This guy knew what he was doing. He worked without stopping for 1/1/2 hrs and did an impeccable job. I couldnt be more satisfied with Glass America and highly recommend them. I know I will never use anyone else in the future.

This company replaced the windshield in my husband’s car. The worker, Josh, broke the rain sensor bracket and he promised to order a new one without any charge during a week. But a week and even 3 weeks later we didn’t get any replacement. So I called to Josh and he refused to do anything and sent me to the company. In the company, they also refused to fix it without my insurance payment. But why my insurance must pay for Josh’s mistakes!!! Bad company, bad service, bad, unprofessional workers.
