Crown Trophy has always done superb work for trophies and medallions I have ordered from them. I have been one their customers for years and have had them do work for me for several organizations. They are on time even when Im in a rush. The recipients of the awards are always beaming when they receive their beautiful awards. I will keep going back and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

The customer service at this location was terrible - late, rude, unprofessional. I asked for a price quote and a mock up for two weeks; I got it 2 hours before I needed to pick up the awards. When I arrived at the store, the awards were not finished. I waited for an hour listening to the staff in the back area make fun of customers. The product looked good. I would recommend Crown Trophy, but not the Taylorsville location.

Excellent quality and was ready faster than was quoted!! The people in the office really go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and give you the best price!! Definitely a customer for life!!!
