First time mattress shopping for myself and i wish policies were explained better rather than reading them clearly after the sale was made. Original mattress wanted(1400) needed to be ordered and ended up with a 2600(and very expensive cover) mattress and every morning pain in my back and new pain in my hips has been getting worse. So the options are either pick something of EXACT value or be out of pocket even more money on something else with no guarantees(one time exchange) including restocking fees and re delivery fees. Cant get the original 1600 mattress even if id lose money. But, theres more. You need to keep it 30 days before that can happen. Plan was to pick up as much over time as possible to pay it off as quickly as possible but being in this much pain, I cant. So if the exchanged mattress(if that happens, because they need to approve if the mattress taken is in good enough condition to be taken back) ends up not working, I cut my loss and go to another company, spend a few thousand more and hopefully find something that works for me and my partner. Seems like a great way to get as much money out of customers. I wont buy again here and honestly wish I went somewhere else.

I always have a hard time buying a mattress and it takes me weeks, if not months, of online research.This is the first time I was ever able to get a mattress after only 2 days of in store shopping. Delivery was the following day after the purchase. Thanks to Veronica, she helped me find what I needed without going overboard on the budget. Never made me felt pressured. She had a great wealth of knowledge on each mattress that we tried and we never felt rushed or pushed into a purchase. Lucky for us, we found just the right mattress. I ended up canceling my order through this company. The biggest reason is the lack of transparency with their finance and what warranties they provide.The had three types of mattress protectors that ranged from $90 to $300+ for a king size, and they didnt tell me any of the warranty the protectors, and thus it seems a little odd to be charging that much when amazon has a range of them for less than $60. Though the protector is also for their 180 day comfort exchange policy, but they never gave me any information on what restrictions/rules apply to keep that comfort exchange policy.With the financing there was a lack of transparency as they opened a new credit card, and I wasnt told this before starting their financing option. I was 100% only expecting a credit inquiry and not a credit card.Overall if they improved these things I think this would benefit the company and its customers greatly.

After months of trying beds, buying direct online, hating the bed and returning it, going to places where people knew NOTHING... I finally found Veronica (que angels singing).... she litereally helped make the process so smooth. Was HONEST, caring, and told me about additonal deals and offers to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. We were in desperate need of a new bed. My husband was about to have back fusion and our old one was worn out. Paul greeted us as soon as we came in. The store was clean and we felt very safe during the pandemic. He gave us amazing tips as we picked out our bed and frame. He matched prices I had seen online for what we wanted. To our delight he was able to schedule delivery two days later. We were concerned we wouldn’t find anything in stock due to the pandemic and things taking weeks. We didn’t have weeks. Even the softest Purple 4 was not quite my sinkLeaving the store at least pleased that now I know purple is not for me, there was I noticed another mattress store directly across the streetThat’s where I found herThey have a store of about 20-30 mattresses. He did a fantastic job and I heartily recommend him. We purchased our mattress because of him. My wife and I visited a number of stores but his knowledge and experience was substantially better than all the others. He also did all that he could to give us the best price for our mattress.

We didnt except to go into Mattress Warehouse and have such a good experience. Paul really wowed us with his great customer service and knowledge of mattresses. My girlfriend and I have been sleeping on old handy down mattresses for over a year we finally decided to get something new and comfortable Paul let us try out atleast 6 different mattresses before we decided to go with tempurpedic pro. We also got a baseboard as well both have been working out very well. I can also rest easy with the 10 year warranty provided by Mattress Warehouse. The delivery guys were also fantastic Dylan set up the bed for us and showed us how to assemble and disassemble it. Paul, had great customer service and truly wanted the best for us. We have been looking at all different types of beds and decided to go to a competitor and see if thats what we wanted. Leaving that store we just didnt feel right. We drove down the street to find Mattress Warehouse. After explaining our needs and wants Paul took them time to explain the difference between Purple and Intellibed. It was amazing to feel the difference. I would 100 % suggest the Intellibed over purple and especially go see Paul if you want someone to take care of you, who is honest and truthful and who will work with you and your budget.

Went here in May and got a great mattress and bedframe that reclines and has ports for charging things. We love the mattress, love the bed frame.... However the ports have never worked, and weve tried calling their service department with our lifetime warranty... After waiting on hold on the phone for over half an hour, sending emails, etc, we STILL have not actually had contact with anyone from the service department. Id love to give a five star rating, but not with this after you leave the store, its your problem attitude from their service people.Edit: its been a month since this initial review. They finally responded and sent someone to try and repair the bedframe. He was unable to figure out and fix it that day. So this expensive bedframe with the charging ports still doesnt charge anything. But at least they are still trying. Hes scheduled to come out again in a couple days, with (hopefully) the correct part to fix the issue.Edit#2: they were never able to fix the issue with the charging ports. Even a second bedframe that they exchanged for, didnt work.

Paul helped me find the perfect option for my comfort and recommended a less expensive and better solution than I originally intended to go with.He knew everything about every brand of mattress and recommended a great waterproof cover that can save your mattress from stains and keep my 10 year mattress warranty from being void.They also have the most comfortable (but pricey) pillows I’ve ever slept on. The delivery guys, Derek and Ramon, had the greatest attitude, were clean, smiling, and so friendly. I would feel comfortable having had them in my home without me even there, its awesome to work with kind and trustful people. Ultimately my experience from beginning to end was more than I could have expected and the best service I received at any of the 4 mattress stores I visited.

We were running around trying to find an odd sized mattress and happened on to Mattress Warehouse. We want to buy more items locally instead of online. Although they didnt have the odd size mattress we needed, they showed us a couple of options. Customer service was terrific. We bought a great pillow from them while we were there. After visiting 6-7 different mattress stores, this one was the best for us because they had mattresses from many brands and of wide price range. The service we received by Veronica was exception; she was so friendly and considerate, genuinely helping us to find what we needed for the right price. She is a real sleep specialist and will advise you what mattress and pillows will be right for your body and any health issues you might have. Definitely visit this place!

Our experience was terrible. The vender was super rude. My wife struggles with English and when she tried to speak the vender just gave her a stupid face and said what!? Then we asked if they had any orthopedic mattresses and he said no, but we have the best brands in America. So we went over to the harder beds to try them out, but my wife just by feeling the bed realized that it was too soft so she didnt lay down. Then the salesman said, If you dont want to try it out, or lay on it then dont! and walked off mad. Terribly rude. That guy needs a change of attitude. Who knows if they really do have good mattresses because they just lost a good customer.

Definitely recommend, due to everything happening with Covid we had purchased a bed with another company but we were notified later we would get it in another 2 weeks. Since my husband and I were in a hurry for a new bed we came here an hour before they closed and in 20 minutes we left with a new bed agh I can’t be more thankful with how fast everything was and the customer service was A+!
