I have tried to resolve my issue in person and through email but nobody will talk to me...At the time of the first purchase I was not informed that there would be an additional charge for basements, I explained to the lady that took my order that this was being delivered to a basement but the sheetrock will be lifted right into the home and the product stacked directly on the floor and that the entry is ground level, no stairs and no carrying would be involved. At the time of my second purchase I was informed that there was an additional charge for basements, I explained once again that the entry is ground level, no stairs and no carrying would be involved. I was then told that she would have someone call me to issue a refund, I never received a call about the refund and I did not receive a call from dispatch or the driver to schedule the delivery of the sheetrock. The delivery crew showed up unannounced and left my wife and son scrambling to clear the area that the product was to be placed. The crew was very professional and fast, they pulled the truck within thirty feet from the door, placed the boom directly into the house through the door, slid the sheetrock right onto the cart and then unloaded it right onto the floor.I returned 4/21 to Swanson and was told that I would not be issued credit because it was a basement. I provided the two invoices and a photo of the back of the house so that you can see that this delivery was a delivery persons dream job and in no way should be up charged as a basement delivery. The only thing that would have made this dream delivery any better, is if Swanson would have called me in advance as promised so that the space could have been 100% clear and ready for staging.

I’m sorry the only ratings I do is of my own work I build it or fix it like it was my own I really don’t like this I’ve been getting gang stalked I’ve had my hippa rights violated I just want to work please stop sending me this thank you I would appreciate it a lot thanks again Dave’s doors I just want to work and help are community we have so many homeless people on are streets it’s sad that there is no help for them especially men and young men I see them every day here we are the richest country in the world and we can’t even take care of are homeless population shame on you USA for not trying to help these people we will never help all of them but a lot of them can be helped and I’ll I’ve seen is the state just think there a eye soar so there just pushed out of the state or pushed under the rug and ignored when if some of these people could work and feel a sense of accomplishment would do wonders for there esteem and outlook on life and maybe get them back on there feet again

All I wanted was a flippin’ push-up pop…all they had was steel studs and drywall-fail!

Upon the advice of the sales rep I called their dispatch office a couple days after placing my order to find out when I could expect the delivery of my drywall order. The guy had zero interest in pulling my order to help me get even a rough idea of when it might be.Couldnt get ahold of the sales rep for help and he never responded to my messages.The delivery showed up st my door with no notice and I had to scramble to prepare to receive it. On top of that the the drywall was pretty beat up. The delivery crew was actually very helpful.

Very helpful and thorough staff. I picked up some drop down ceiling grids and tiles. While I was there they asked if I had enough wire, drill bits, and a rivet tool. It was my first time installing a drop down ceiling so I was glad they spent the extra time with me. I would have forgotten the special drill bit... Cost was about 1/2 what Home Depot was asking.I’ll be going back for all my drywall moving forward.

Im not a contractor that frequents this place. I went in to get stucco. I bought 10 gallons of finish not know what I was really doing. Bought 5 gallons to much cause I needed the bags of stucco you mix for base. Took it back less than 24 hours and asked for exchange. Signs all over saying after Oct 31, no return on buckets of finish stucco. Stood there for 15 minutes for guy at counter to try and get okay. It was 50.00 bucket bought less than 24 hours and you had to take up my time to get approval? I will never go again or ever recommend this POS supply house. Zero customer service

I called ahead to shop out the price and was quoted 7.95/sheet. Since Home Depot was charging over 9/sheet, I decided to make the drive.I got there are told them what I wanted and they rung it up and asked for my card. I gave it to them and they had me sign the sheet. After loading up and leaving, I realized that they had charged me 9.21/sheet. I called and said that wasnt what they quoted me and they basically said tough luck. You paid our credit price. They could have run it debit, or I could have brought in cash.Ripoff alert!

Called to get a price on drywall. They were much more expensive than others and when I asked the girl who was helping me it was okay I would go with the other company who was cheaper, she yelled, called me a liar and hung up on me. I was shocked to say the least.
