The Carpet Barn has great inventory. I wasnt sure what would be available and what the quality would be since they get the carpet pieces that have imperfections from other manufacturers. We needed a pretty large area and they had several options with the general color/style we were going for in a piece large enough for us. They roll out the carpet for you to see before you buy it so you can see the imperfection. I honestly had to have him explain to me what was wrong with it since it was barely perceptible. Apparently there was a slight issue with the dye but I could hardly tell when I was staring and looking for it. They will give you the name and number of someone to help install it and we worked with Ricardo. He was very responsive and timely and he did a great job with the install, and removed our old carpet for us too. Altogether we paid about $2200 for the carpet, carpet pad, installation and removal of old carpet for our entire basement and stairs (about 900+ sq ft including stairs and multiple rooms/closets), which by my estimate is about 1/2 to 1/3 of what it would have cost elsewhere for similar quality carpet. They also had some great area rugs for considerably cheaper than what you can get elsewhere, which I wish I knew about before I bought some rugs for the rest of our house earlier! It is very much you get what you get in terms of inventory (meaning, you cant come with a very specific rug or carpet in mind and expect to get exactly that thing) but they have a good range of selections. I cant recommend this place enough!

Delivery & install went perfectly & if possible I highly recommend using their installer Joseph Sandaval. Wide selection of carpet remnants that were perfect for our rental, much cheaper than the area rugs we found at other stores. The employees were really friendly. There was also a bulldog, which really made our shopping experience perfect.

Whats not to say? Staff was helpful and friendly, Found what I was looking for in under 5 minutes, As well as a remnant to build a ramp for our pup!!! All at a great price!

I had a great experience with Carpet Barn! Their staff was friendly and helpful. Also, I save so much money! I shopped around RC Willey, Lowes and Home Depot and I found that Carpet Barns prices were less than half of those other stores. Yes, their selection is less than the other places, but you wont have a salesman hounding you like at RC Willey. I have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Lots of carpet, thats it, bring your straps because the warehouse crew wont help you strap them and its better if you buy the padding from ksl.com, some or maybe all carpet has defects but their still pricey, look around maybe youll find what your looking for. (Wish the redwood rd warehouse was still open) they had better prices.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Weve purchased carpet from them several times but our most recent experience was the best. We just built a new home and purchased all the carpet from Carpet Barn. The guys were very patient with us as my wife went several times to look at carpet and get samples. The carpet we bought was flawed, which they showed us, but Id bet no one can find the flaw now. We got a great carpet at a fraction the cost of other places.

I have been going to carpet barn for 20 years. If you want amazing prices on carpet this is the place to go. Keep in mind their installers are contractors and do not work directly for Carpet Barn. If you are willing to do a little leg work yourself you can save a bundle. They always have what is trending, as well as some nice 70s type carpet for your in-laws!

This is not a place you go if you looking to get waited on. They are helpful and friendly, but it is called Carpet Barn for a reason, It is concrete floors and rolls and rolls of carpet. Walk around, help yourself, and when you need help just ask. I didnt have a problem with that kind of service, in fact that is the way I like it. You will get your selection of great quality carpet at a steal. I was looking at carpet at the big box stores for $30-$40 a yard. I found similar carpet at the Carpet Barn for $12 a yard. I didnt see a reason to pay more once I saw there product.

Super helpful, and have every carpet and color that you can think of. They do deliver, and even install.The staff is really helpful, its a warehouse, this business has been around for over 40 years.

Good prices. Horrible customer service. Went into the store and picked the carpet we wanted. Spent days trying to contact the installer to come and measure the rooms. Wouldnt answer any calls. I left voice mails and he wouldnt return any of them. Days go by and called the actual store to make sure I had the right number. He was at the store! Was able to talk to him and set up for him to swing by in the mourning and measure. Took half a day off work and he did not show. Would not answer his phone. And would not return any calls.Unless you plan on installing yourself, looks elsewhere.

I called to ask a question and when I wasnt sure what the guy answered, I asked did you say ...? But he wasnt listening - talked over me and then was annoyed when I had to repeat my request for clarification. At no point was I rude but it was clear he saw my call as a pain in the a$$. Carpet Barn might have bargains, but Ill check at friendlier places first. I worked hard for my money; spending it should be fun, not a downer.Just ckd phone, entire convo lasted less than 1 min.
