Awesome experience buying a high end used MTB from these guys. Bike looked really clean in pictures and it came to me in great shape. Always nervous buying a bike online but they packaged it properly and it came a week early.

Denied receiving return, ebay forced refund. Didnt discuss anything just blocked all communication. USPS tracking clearly indicated the item was returned.Your is the same on ebay with all your negative feedback. You blocked me and that is how you tried to solve it. You did not try to help in this circumstance. Responding to me would have helped but you did not, you tried to rip me off for $100. Thank you ebay for helping.Also my friend ordered a jersey 3 months ago lol . Over charges on shipping, I know this because all other sellers that charge $28 USD deliver within 4 weeks, you are just marking it up.Get honest already

Where do I begin? Ive been trying to sell my bike for about 4 months now and its just been a tough sell. I took it into GearRush, they immediately greeted me and took the time to talk it over with me. Alex was up front and honest about pricing and it was so easy. I left and then within a few days I got an email saying my bike had been listed. Still, it didnt sell as quickly as we wanted it to. So, without any prompt from me, he took the initiative to reach out to me to ask if I would like to part the bike out. This had been on my mind for a while and I agreed. Within a few days I got the email today saying the entire bike had been parted out and all of the different pieces were listed with fair market prices. It has taken so much work out of my hands, and maintaining listings is one of my least favorite things to do.I will be taking so much more of my old gear to GearRush. So convenient, better prices than 2nd Tracks and other guys in town, and its nice to support such happy guys that live for what they do. Way to go, this place is awesome!
