I have been a long time customer, it’s not too often that I need a hydraulic hose made, but every time I needed one over the years, they have been friendly, and fast to make one on the spot while I waited. Really hard to find this kind of service anywhere, I will never go anywhere else for my hydraulic needs

I was able to get custom brake hoses made for a project when I couldnt find them anywhere. Super easy to deal with and they have more than you think!

These guys can work wonders. I had a customer that had to get his vehicle back on the road and needed a special brake hose cause of his lift. After calling around to a few different specialty parts houses and the only one that had one was a week out. We came here and had one built and it worked like a charm.

Words cannot describe how fantastic this place is. Their job is to be problem solvers for people in a pinch, and they do a damn fine job at it. Not once have I been in and not walked out with a solution. Prices are beyond reasonable, and the selection of hoses, clamps, o-rings, fluids, and other related items is unbeatable. Not to mention, they have a lot of capability and knowledge when it comes to making custom pieces.I promise this shoutout isnt because we share names, but because of the outstanding service I get every time Zach helps me at the counter. I’m always having to dream up different types of connections to make and it’s nice to have fittings out where I can see everything. What a terrible first experience. I called yesterday and asked if they could make a 44 brake line. 3/8 banjo fitting on one end, 7/16 on the other. Guy on the phone said no problem, itll be 40-50 bucks.Went there today for the exact same thing, was told they usually only have metric fittings but theyd check. They had what I needed but it required adapters. They made it and then charged $93 dollars of it.Disappointing when youre expecting a price way less. Will be avoiding at all costs in the future.

Had an air line issue with my Audi Allroad and came to Bobby with the issue and a random Audi forum that contained the part I would need, he was quick prompt and friendly and what others wanted to charge 50-70 bucks for, he got me a equal replacement part for 4.34!!!! My cars is driving great again and could t be more pleased! Thanks again guys.

We have used hose and rubber since they opened there doors in salt lake and have always had great service from them. Brian and Todd are awesome. Lately though, we feel that they have really jacked up there prices and everytime we go in, we feel that we are being charged way too much. Ive talked with others that have supported them since they opened and they are saying the same things. Recently we found out that everyone is on commission and think that this might just be whats going on. I was charged 47.00 each for two brake lines that were only 8 long. Granted, they were stainless steel and coated but i could buy the same thing online for under 20.00 each. I dont mind paying a few bucks more to support local business, but being raked over the coals is not cool. Thinking we are going to have to start doing business elsewhere, more then likely online. Also, I go in a lot, and no one there knows who I am anymore, everytime they have to ask if I have an account and what its under, which I do. customer service has really changed over the last few years, especially since Brian is not there much.

These guys are great... I will not be going to the other place again. Hose & Rubber Supply actually has customer service. Thank you.

So ive been piecing together an oil cooler setup for my racecar and it took an unexpected turn when I found out that the lines I was using were too large to mount on an ordinary sandwich plate, so I had to get an oil filter relocation kit, which required an extra oil line. I jump online to see what prices are for a steel braided oil line and its about $11/ft, some even included the AN10 fitting I needed. I realize that when I go to parts stores that they usually have to incorporate shipping into their prices, so it usually costs a few extra dollars to pick up locally. A friend reccomended rubber and hose to me so I went down today, brought one of the lines I was using, and asked for the additional line I needed, a 2 foot steel braided line with 1 90* AN10 fitting and a straight AN10 fitting. Without discussing price, the guy at the desk goes and makes the line and rings me up. IT WAS 4X THE PRICE. I tell him Im unable to pay for it and let him know that Im willing to pay $11/ft plus fittings. He knocks about $20 off his price, which is still 3x more then Id pay if I ordered it online. I kindly decline and offer to pay for the other services he did for me, which he declined. As Im leaving he mutters waste of f***ing time and fittings anyway. If your high prices werent enough to drive someone away, your customer service is.
