They lost our business for good. I called multiple times, and it took them over a week to call me back to get some repairs done to our dock. Then another two weeks passed and the repair are not done. I had to call them to get updates vs them calling me to explain why there is a delay. This has effected our business in a negative way.

Talk about making decisions easily! Kim Linford was knowledgeable, helpful, proactive, and a slew of other positive adjectives. He went above and beyond every time we needed him to and their finance? Their finance was so thorough in their explanation of terms it took all the apprehension out of the purchasing process. Every thing that they promised they were willing to put in writing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced . I went into the parts department with a simple request which I had already spoken with somebody about over the phone earlier. Both of the employees looked at me like I was speaking a different language. They both looked at me and didnt respond or offer to help. They just went back to their computers and ignored me. I dont recommend using HOJ

Normally I dont write any of these because I understand that people will mess up but I have had them working on something for a truck since November of last year and they took a very long time getting the parts in. Once they decided to actually call us to tell us the parts were there we took the truck over and they couldnt find the parts. They reordered, or so they said, and the parts were there fairly quickly, a lot faster than when we first ordered them. We then took our truck over there and they ordered the wrong parts for some of the install. Our truck is still not done and the parts are still on order. Get your stuff together HOJ. Terrible customer service and trying to get ahold of anyone there to find stuff out is a joke. Now we have an excuse which I am calling bull crap on. Their new excuse is that their supplier got bought out and getting stuff out of there has become an issue. I am sorry but that is not our fault for one and two the parts should have been ordered back in NOVEMBER. I am not sure if there is anyone else in the Salt Lake area that does what they do but if you decide to do business with these people I would try and find someone else first. I wish we hadnt gotten so far with them so I could find somewhere else to go.
