Ive been going for years when I need to shred pounds of obsolete documents and Im never disappointed. This is a family owned business with great customer service. They are affordable and flexible. Privacy and security is a priority. They dont let sensitive material sit unattended. And theyve come up with a really good plan during the Covid19 phases. Such good people.

I’m incredibly pleased with the service and affordability of Sugar House Archives & Shred. They made our office cleanout so much easier, especially since it took longer than anticipated. I recommend them for any business needing to clean out their files and dispose of them safely.

We have not used their scanning services, but we would like to. We need photo scanning on a regular basis for our business, and we have several large archiving projects we need help with now. But we have not been able to get anyone there to return our phone calls.

I called several places that offered shredding services in need of someone to travel to Evanston, Wy for a large pickup. These guys made it happen in a timely manner and for a great price. All the others I called wanted more money and would have been weeks out. Highly recommend

Highly recommend. I shopped around and they had the best pricing by far. Super friendly and process was a breeze. I had 9 boxes I needed shredded and was in and out in less then 10 minutes.

Deserve zero stars. Absolutely the worst experience! I was told my scanning job of two family books would take around a week to complete and it took over three weeks after I made more than half a dozen follow up calls and each time being told it would be another day or two or being told the responsible people were not in the office that day. Then files only got partially uploaded to my download link. Then they got uploaded without OCR although I paid for OCR. Then after multiple emails they uploaded the OCR but still have not uploaded all of my files (now over a month after my order date + paying over $500).Will never ever deal with them again.

The driver (Robert) was very professional and showed up on time and displayed his company I.D.I was very pleased with the modern truck and equipment and the fact that the driver combined partially full boxes making my expense more fairly reflected in the box count.Ive used other companies before but will use Sugar House Archives and Shred exclusively from this time forward.Great company to deal with.Darren M.

We appreciate the convenience and affordability of Sugar House Shred. we use the minimum of dropping off 250lbs, which total takes us a few months to gather that from our office, then we bring it all in and have it done. Great people and local company, with great service!
