My experience with AW Collision was great. They were very professional, on time, and helpful in getting my car fixed. I came in needing work done on the body of my car. By the end my car looked brand new, and surprisingly it came along with a cleaned and polished inside too. I worked with Joe majority of the time. He was friendly, professional, very helpful in working with my insurance, and communicated really well with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will be back if I ever need any work done again. Thank you !
The results should speak for themselves. After 4 attempts to allow AW to correct their mistakes I finally just gave up, took my car, and filed a complaint with BAR. I requested a refund and AW and they did not oblige my request but told my insurance company they offered me a refund...lies! If you value your vehicle, time, and money, do not risk it taking it there.
This business does amazing work, they made the key mark disappear. My car was vandalized after a piece of my exhaust was stolen . They made it look like it never happened . Joe was very helpful & professional throughout the process. Thank you AW team !

Awful service. Stay Away! They broke my console while doing work on the car. When i called to complain, they just cut me off. When i called the second time, a guy picked up the phone (Odisho or something) and after i explained my issue just bluntly told me that they didnt do it and are not responsible for it and to stop calling them. Then he hang up the phone. You break my console while working on the outside of my car! And you are not responsible for it?! Im reporting to BBB.
Alex overheard me talking about my car issues on the ferry and offered to help for a really reasonable price. He towed the car and put on tires and a window, keeping me updated throughout the process. Car is running great, and Im so happy to be driving again! Outstanding customer service from a local business that truly cares about the community and people around it. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I have used AW twice in the last 6 months, once for a Jag and once for a Range Rover. The quality and service levels are exceptional. They handled everything from coordination with insurance through arranging the dealer required calibration work. All of this was seamless to me and handled so effectively by Miguel and team.A special call out for Allan Rivera, who goes the extra mile every time. this included driving almost 2 hours to personally deliver the cars back to me.
Great experience! My car is as good as new! Wow! Miguel Martin is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and helpful here. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist when I came in for my appointment and it just got better from there. This was an insurance repair when a tire shop damaged my car. Miguel was great and took care of my car. He worked with the other insurance company to make sure the repair was done properly and on time. The facility looks brand new and spotless!

This was my third time visit to AW re my Prius. They got world class facility & world class service!I had an issue re my driver seat track. It was costing me almost $2000 to fix the seat on a 2018 Prius! I had been using my car for Uber, as it is my only form of income right now. I had recently lost my job due to the pandemic. I told John & Migueal at AW that I can not even drive the car to take care of my 20month daughter and wife & for Uber/Lyft. They heard my story and looked at the seat. Within an hour I had a brand new seat installed & they also washed the car completely inside/out. I’m forever great full to AW & there team especially Migueal & John for helping me get my driver seat fixed. Miguel & John made AW (not Auto West) but AW ( Angels at Work) on how they took responsibility and care of my Prius. By the time I had enjoyed a nice long full massage at AW lounge area & complimentary drinks & snacks, my car was ready😇😷 I could of not been more happier & satisfied with there service! You guys rock! Keep it up!!!

If you want your pride and joy on four wheels fixed right, go to AW Collision. They took care of my 2004 (yup you read it right) Prius and she almost looks brand new. They took care of me and did it for the right price with no hassle. The folks sitting the front desk and the folks doing the heavy lifting in the back were all professional. I cant say enough about the work they did. They even detailed the car inside something I wasnt expecting. I you need a point of contact....ask for Victor.
After multiple bad experience over 1 job, someone from management reached out and apologized for my experience. They also gave me a very high quality free exterior and interior detailing package, which I appreciate. Upgrading to 3 stars, but not 5, because I had to rant to get the improved service.--------------------------------------------Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad customer experience. They were recommended by my Audi dealer after an accident, so I went with it since they have a desk at the dealership. I thought this would lead to easy handoffs between body work and calibrations.They promised constant communication on every status update and estimated 2 weeks to finish the work.At about the 10th day, I called for status because there was not a single update from them the entire time. They informed me the vehicle should be ready in about 3 more days, and promised to give update before then2 days later I called again to make sure we are on track. Turns out it take 4 more working days. I still didnt lose it.After several days, with no confirmation from them, I called to complain on lack of proactive updates from them why timeline changes. This got relayed to the service guys as, Customer is upset because service is not calling often enough. ... Completely not my point at all.When I went to pick it up, it turns out they used an incorrect thickness tape on a door trim, causing it to stick out, and catch on the fender trim when door is opened. They promised to fix it with the correct part when it arrives in a few days. With promises to call when the part arrives.3 weeks later, after no call, I called them again and arranged to drop the Q7 off the coming Monday after work (between 5 - 6).When I came to drop the car off, there was no one from the collision guys at the dealership to take the car. Thats when I wrote this.PS. After calling them, they sent someone from another location. After arriving, his question to me was, Has the part arrived?#$@&;!
Very rude and unfriendly people. I came in for an estimate to fix my car. First of all, nobody was at the reception area. I had to wait for 5-7 min, walk down the hallway and call for someone before the first person appeared. I think his name was Joe. I asked to get an estimate on the repairs. He clearly looked preoccupied with something else, walked out, barely took a look at the car and rudely said that they will work on the estimate and to call him back. Then just disappeared.I was left alone, still no receptionist at the front door, not knowing what should i do. Really unprofessional. If you are occupied with something else and/or have a bad day, this is not the reason for treating new customers like that. Will find other shops for my needs, there are so many of them around...

These people are frauds and liars. They promise you one thing and then do not deliver. Whats worse, they set you up for collection.I brought my car to them because a Lexus dealership referred me to them, after an accident, where my parked car was hit. As a certified Lexus body shop, they promised to take care of all the repairs, interactions with other party insurance company and rental. They promised the repairs will be done fast, as I told them that the other party insurance company will not pay for a long rental period. Both Joe and David (another employee) assured me that everything will be ok and they will finish in time. After couple of weeks, when the car was still not ready, i get a call from the rental company telling me that other party insurance company will stop paying for my rental. I call the AW Collision and speak to their manager Joe, who assured me that I will not pay a cent for any rental, in fact, they will pay for my rental while they finish up fixing the car. He even gave some special code to the rental company, so the billing would come to them. I asked him multiple times about continuing keeping the rental and he assured me that they will pay for it and i will not have to pay a cent for it. Well... couple of months down the line i get a call from the rental company telling me that AW Collision refuses to pay for the renal and that i am responsible for it and it will be send to collection if i do not pay. I contacted Joe at AW Collision and all i got back was a rude Stop calling us, we are not paying for your rental because we dont want to. Is this not a fraudulent activity? Yes it is! Liars. Frauds. Please be aware and stay away from them. No matter what they tell you up front - its a lie!

Really unprofessional, was refused an estimate at first even tho i offered to pay for an estimate. after speaking with a supervisor. was told an estimate at first, than when its time for me to drop off the car they charge me 10× that amount. i also think they do some damages internally and add it to the bill. These people are just there ripping people off.This place needs to be checked out by the media, and all make sure to request onefirst and for sure the last time.
These people are Awesome! If it wasnt for me taking my car to Daly City Toyota, and the service representative inspecting my car and calling AW Collision my new car would of never been repaired. I called my Insurance company 3 months prior regarding the damage caused by a hit and run and my Insurance company told me it wouldnt be covered if there wasnt any witness and I needed the other parties information! AW Collision saved the day and worked with my Insurance company because in fact it was covered under collision.
