A friend purchased two batteries for a mobility scooter that he is giving me. Unfortunately the batteries he bought we not the right ones. He had a dental appointment in his hometown, so I offered to return them. When I pulled up the Warehouse man out to help me. He could see that I was struggling with them. He took over and could immediately see what needed to be done. I took my Service Dog and soon to be Service Dog for a small walk. He placed the correct batteries in the trunk. He said it was an even exchange. OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!! We talked dogs for a minute or two and off I go to drive back home. I cant speak highly enough about the customer service I received. I will certainly spread the word about this company. THANK YOU, THANK YOU please give that employee a pay raise.

No indication of what their hours actually are, but locked up tight at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon.

Purchased two 8-D deep cell batteries in march -2019batteries lost cells and potential in January 2020. Called Peninsular and asked what happened. I was told by them if the battery discharges below 10VDC it may not recharge. Deep cells are designed to go low in charge. Why wont these?These batteries are very poor quality. I have had deep cell batteries from other suppliers in this exact application on the same equipment for the last 12 years and they always have responded to a charge. if you expect better than the above described performance you may wish to get your 8D deep cells elsewhere.

Giving 4 stars because the guy working was pretty helpful. Let me take the cart to my van down the street on the honesty policy and of course I brought it back. Only problem I have is the two golf cart batteries I bought. He did say they were used but he also said they were 210ah. Im using these for my off grid solar and they definitely dont get 200ah. Hell, they barely get 10ah. Wondering if its even worth it or possible to go back and get them replaced.

Had a GREAT experience here. The battery I needed to replace was not meant for my Harley. Steve determined this and gave me the correct one, now the terminals are on the correct sides and the cables arent twisted up! Went back the next day to thank Steve and there him a $10 bill for an after work beer on me. When I need a battery, this is the only place I go. Great service and theyve always had the battery I needed in stock.

Bad experience today with the Filipino worker, he was rude, crazy and nasty attitude! I would never go back to that place unless he still employed there! The owner was calm but was not around when I was verbally abused by this psyco guy!! Did not know where he was coming from... I only went there to buy battery but it was hell!! Even the customers that was there was surprised why he was screaming at me! I don’t know this person!! He was mad because the battery he put in my car didn’t work and blame my car that there is something wrong, hence I drove my car going to the store! Sad to know that the place have reasonable prices for batteries but to deal with this psycho is not worth it!!!
