Ive been coming to Bay Tires for a few years now for tire changes and oil changes.Unfortunately, the shop is deteriorating in its customer service at the least.Came by today at 8:45am for a quick oil change, brought my oil and filter to avoid filter not being in stock.Checked in with James (the guy who runs the shop) and was told there is a car in front of me and it will take about an hour before they can get me in. Not a problem, I thought and sat patiently in my car right in front of James waiting, he clearly saw me waiting. 10:15am hits the clock and I open the door to ask James if he has an update. To which I am told oh, we not going to do it, we dont have a plug ...... 1. Plug is not required being replaced and I have a washer replace the included in the oil change kit I brought. 2. You see me waiting for over an hour and not bother let me know about this?Waste of time.Can no longer recommend this spot and wont be coming back either.

This place is awesome. Not only did Matt find the super rare tires I needed, and mount them, he rotated them also, and warned me about my lug nuts having a problem. He was super polite, fast, and has very fantastic customer service skills. This place is cheap on the pocket book but high quality service. Highly recommended.

Bay tires is a solid spot, great group of guys very knowledgeable about automobiles and very helpful. They do a lot more than tires here also they do brakes oil changes and many other services. The price is excellent and I called around theyre the cheapest around. Im glad I googled shops and called around for prices. Matt was the guy I spoke to he was very polite and very informative. my tires were bald and had multiple nails in it. I got to the shop early and they had my tires ready asap. they also do tire rotation and oil changes ect call them for all your car needs!!

They special ordered my tires and got them in the same evening and had them installed past their closing time so that I would not have to come back in the next day. I was amazingly surprised when got here. Besides the good praise they offered me a good first time buyer discount. The tires I bought from them have about 70% tread left. This shop just moved to a new location across the street and now offers a Mounting Service! They filled the last missing piece of a full service tire shop that still offers great prices, quality service, and lifetime warranty on repairs. I just picked up a spare for my Audi A4 and when they said it had 70% thread on the phone, it actually had it when i arrived there, unlike another local tire ship whose tire lost 30% of thread in 1h time that it took me to get there.

Purchased the tires online and showed up to have them installed. They didnt have a lift but they jacked up my car and installed the tires quickly. Everyone was helpful and I was in and out in a half hour. Overall nice guys; I would reccomend them to anyone looking for replacement tires.

Excellent Service! Bernie was fantastic explaining the difference in tread of different brand tires. I have Lexus RX450h and it’s goes through tires in less than 20k miles! He recommended tires that would last longer & have a 50k warranty! I agreed and he had the tires in the next day! Just in time.. I blew out a tire and had to have AAA tow my car to the shop!I originally called Bay Tires for used tire but, after Burnie explained the tread issues and I decided to buy new tires instead! Not at all pushy or trying to make a sale... just very knowledgeable! Burnie gave me an excellent price on new tires!Also I forgot to tell them my Crome Wheels are peeling and tires continue to lose air, they had just finished my tires and they put the black goo on the inside of the rims to fix the leaking issue. Its nice to know that addressed the issue without me pointing it out! They told me I still may need to re Crome the wheel but, it might seal tires!All around experience was positive! Highly recommend!

This guy fixed my flat tire in 5 minutes without talking the tire off.he just stick a plug for a$20.after two days. The same repair started leaking in middle of freeway.i took it to an other tire shop to repair it. they found that half of a screw still in the tire.my advice to anyone.go some where else even you have no choice.
