After going to another location where we choose not to purchase we stopped in and we were enthusiastically greeted immediately by Gina and Steve. Steve was very patient and helped us order a bed frame and mattress we saw online and Gina helped us find the correct adjustable base to fit the frame. Erica was great. Very friendly, helped me as soon as I came in and got me in and out really quick which was great since I have a young baby. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the pillow I wanted was not in stock. Yes she ordered it for me and it will be delivered in a few days, but the reason I went to the store was so I could get the pillow right away. I could have easily ordered it online myself. If a product is so popular you should definitely keep more in stock.

As she came towards us with a clipboard I was a little reluctant. Soon after I see that she was taking inventory of ALL my needs. Slowly and efficiently covering all areas of the different types of mattresses and narrowing it down to the one that fits me best. I left to think about the purchase. I came back within an hour ready to purchase. I got my delivery of my new bed on April 20, 2021. Are usually sleep only two hours and with my new bed I am up to six hours. For the first time in my 55 years I don’t want to get out of bed. I am so comfortable and I sleep like I’m on a cloud. And I suffer from severe allergies and she help me on all those concerns. This pillow is disappointing. For the price it is very uncomfortable. I am not getting a good nights rest. I am disappointed in the product. The sad part I cant get my money back so, I am stuck with a pillow that doesnt work.😲😞😔👎

We spend a minimum of 56 hours in bed a week. That’s more than a regular, full time job. It’s a disgusting admission but I’d been on the same mattress for 9 years. To be honest I loved my mattress but in the last two years I got a fiancé, a 120lb mastiff and my poor bed had nothing left to give.We came in to the mattress shop on a Sunday morning expecting to just get an idea of what we wanted before making such a big decision. Gina greeted us and essentially interviewed us for a mattress! It was the least pressured sales interaction I’ve ever had. The service was excellent. They had excellent covid standards and we left feeling like we just got the best deal possible!Sterns and Foster, luxury plush, California king, adjustable base, frio mattress protector and two cloud, tempurpedic cooling pillows.I highly recommend this shop. Great, friendly staff selling mattresses at an affordable price point. Theres tons of mattresses you can try out. They have your typical brands along with some higher-end options. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and could browse comfortably. They have a section in the back with discount mattresses and beds-in-a-box for anyone with a limited budget.

I accompanied my aunt in her search for a new mattress, and we were fortunate enough to be helped by Ricardo. He was amazing! He was so thorough in making sure we the best experience to make a well informed decision. Between suggestions based on her problem areas and desires to calling around for discounted options, he did all that he could to make sure she was a satisfied customer.

Nairobi helped us tremendously. We cannot reccomend thhis place enoough. As a couple that works customer service, we can tell you he goes above and beyond. He was extremely patient with us. We kept on being indecisive going back and forth, yet he never skipped a beat. He explained every aspect of our options even when we walked in with a budget. He was never pushy trying to sell us anything. It was just the right balance between showing us our options, being explanatory of the details and being patient with our response. Long story short we walked away with a reclinable mattress frame, 3 brand pillows and a great mattress. He helped us out with the financing options and even though my credit was below average we were given an option to pay in 3 months. All I can tell you is that he will work with you in any way.

My husband has already posted a review but I think the Mattress Firm deserves another one-star review! Such a terrible experience!! We spent a lot on the bedding set and still got a damaged adjustable base that the store refused to change it!Ridiculously, Rebecca offered us to exchange their faulty product by paying the $99 delivery fee again that we refused.Terrible customer service I have ever experienced!!!I like to make sure that everyone get notified of the horrible service in SSF branch.

Definitely my worst shopping experience ever! I feel bad to give a one-star review but I really think that it is very well deserved.Our salesperson, Rebecca, was quite pushy and aggressive but we thought it’s just because of high business time (It was during the 4th of July sale) and it doesn’t matter if we can get a good offer.We made the mistake and purchased a mattress and an adjustable base. However, the base remote was not working properly and there were some wholes on the fabric of the base. The store did not answer their phone (a usual pattern over the following few weeks) and the delivery guys reassured us that we are getting an exchange in 2 days. (they had already unassembled and removed our old bed out of the apartment)But the store and Mattress Firm customer service (after a month of back and forth communication!) refused to do an exchange unless we pay another delivery fee of $99!We did not accept and currently we are figuring out what to do with the broken base and how to respond to this amount of rudeness, negligence, and terrible customer service.

I just recently bought a mattress at Sleep Train and I cant speak for how much I love the mattress yet(it is being delivered) but I can definitely talk about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress there and talking to the salesperson, James Timberlake (Jim).Jim was amazing at talking to me about the beds on the showroom and answering all my questions, including the hypothetical edge cases that generally make me worry about spending money on a mattress. Even after answering all my questions, we chit-chatted about his Navy days and our general travels while I was laying down and trying to figure out if I wanted a medium or firm bed. In that time I found out that the medium bed was too plushy for me since I could already feel my back starting to hurt, so I went with the firm.The store was a little slow at the time, but we probably talked for a good 20+ minutes and he definitely did not need to do that. This is why I like going to brick and mortar stores, you cant get these type of experiences when you shop online. So thank you again for being awesome Jim, and Sleep Train, keep doing a great job at finding individuals that care about customer service.
