They offer a slight discount over the carriers stores, but it simply isnt worth the aggravation. My purchase today took almost an hour to process and I still need to back to the store as they cant ship the phone to me for some reason. This is my third purchase from them. Last time, no one showed up at the kiosk until 75 minutes after their scheduled open. Even when things go smoothly, you need to go to the kiosk, pay at the register, pickup at the storeroom, and then go back to the kiosk yet again.

Wonderful place to purchase ATT, Verizon, Tmo, and Sprint phones for COSTCO MEMBERS. 10/10. They have the BEST deals. I will never buy my phone from another place ever again.
