I think I have had three screens made for employee uniforms and it has saved me thousands of dollars and allowed me to be creative with holiday shirts. One of mybscreens is 4-5 years old and still works great!

Have had outstanding experiences with Anthem. Needed a really quick turnaround on a screen and Edmond responded to me on a Saturday and laid out what was possible. They exceeded my expectations and enabled me to deliver for an important event. Just excellent.
I ordered a pre burned screen, requested the artwork to be centered on screen and it was not even close. The price for this service is extremely high so i expect better. I dont live anywhere near a screen supply shop,but when I did you simply brought your own output to be burned and it was $10 for burning service. I will not be a returning customer. Very displeased w anthem
Really disappointed in the outcome of customer service. Initially, my experience with Anthem started off great. I was under the impression that Edmond and I were in alignment with communication for my $650 order of pre-burned screens and other printing supplies. This was my first experience with screen printing and ordering screens, and was very clear that I needed assistance in choosing the correct mesh count. After several emails exchanged over a 2 week period, Edmond and I decided that a 160 mesh count was suitable for my needs. Upon placing my order through the website, the only mesh count available for selection was 200 or 230, which I selected and then included an additional note that I in fact needed a 160 mesh count and asked for someone to contact me to ensure we had everything correct. Phones were not being answered due to Covid which I completely understood. I never received a follow up phone call, but was hopeful that the detailed communication with Edmond would be passed along to whomever was filling the order.Fast forward about 4 weeks, having had issues with printing I had to hire a consultant to come out and help assess the problems I was running into. I was informed that the screens I had ordered from Anthem were in fact 200 and 230 mesh, and not the 160 mesh I was supposed to be receiving. Understanding this could have been a miscommunication and an oversight, I reached out to Edmond to see if we could rectify the situation and maybe meet somewhere in the middle... possibly offer a percentage of refund or screen replacement, seeing that there was such detailed communication on the front end, and no follow up from Edmond - who fulfilled the order himself and admitted to seeing the 200 mesh and (in quote) my assumption was that the specifics of your project had changed.In my experience working in customer service, if you have been in communication with a customer about specifics on a large order, and you notice something wildly different than what you had initially discussed with the customer when they place their order, is it not basic knowledge to call and double check with the customer to verify if the new information was correct? ESPECIALLY if there was an additional note on the order asking to be contacted?The only thing that Edmond offered was to troubleshoot printing issues and this was basically my fault. To reiterate, the only drop down selections on the website when placing a pre-burned screen order were 200 and 230 mesh count, so I selected one, and added an additional note that this mesh count was not correct, and requested to be contacted. And this was still my fault and I now have to eat a $650 price tag?A dear friend with a very successful screen printing company who has used Anthem for years referred me to them, and I was burned pretty badly. I wasnt expecting a full refund, but rather to be met in the middle with some resolve of the situation. It saddens me to say that I will not be a return customer and neither will my friend; I was hopeful this would be a great professional relationship, but I was very wrong.
I have been working with this company for a couple years now and have nothing but positive feedback. Customer service is amazing, website is great, and products are diverse.
Really disappointed with the customer service at Anthem. They sent me a screen that split all the way down the side the very first time I pulled a print, and I was using a brand new squeegee that I bought from them. I had taken the utmost care when unpacking the screen, used my hands and no implements whatsoever. The first pull and the screen was shot.I reported this to customer service to seek assistance, and was basically told that I’m on my own and they have no responsibility to stand behind their product, because they buy them from some other supplier. Nice. That will be my very last purchase from Anthem. Ciao.

Anthem has been there for us since we started out. A few minor issues, but one thing Ill say is their customer service department is much better than their competitors. Anytime there has been an issue its been customer first.Recently we tried a supplier closer to us on the east coast (never the less screen printing supplies) Our order never arrived, we sent an email and offered to meet halfway, we just wanted something done so we werent completely out of our money.Their owner sent us an email saying wed prefer to discontinue doing business with you based on your level of professionalism...all because we brought up how cavalier they were being about a lost order from a new customer.I recommend anthem for inks and anything else you may need, simply off the fact they put the customer first and you arent treated like just another number.

Great customer service. Good experience getting information, placing order, and receiving shipment completely remotely. Ive used them twice and would do so again, should the opportunity arise.
Excellent service, great prices. I love the variety of ink that they have and that they have smaller sizes. This is especially great for a small shop that may want to test out new colors or need to get something for a single run of shirts. And not have to commit to a large volume of ink.

Bought screen with image and did maybe 30 shirts, emulsion from the screen started falling apart, they managed to refund me $20.00 when all I wanted was for my screen to be fixed, didn’t even give me the option. My ink wash was diluted and had worked on several screens we had been running even longer then this one screen I had purchased. Will never purchase a screen from here again.
I went in this place because of the good reviews, drove 2 hrs to get products, IAM a beginner and needed help getting all the products to get started, had a guy help me out, very friendly told him I want to do the screen printing by myself, because I wanted to learn, guy told me they can do the hard work of printing the image etc, got told twice after I said no the first time, he answered my qs i had noproblem, so when it came to getting the screens and thread count he said he would check, he went to the back then another lady came out witch I believe is the manage, so she asked what she can help me with, so I guess he didnt relate to her that I a beginner, so she didnt take the time to find out my needs, so I had to basically figure it out, ended up not getting some film positives sheets, witch I had told her and she wrote down,it was all rushed, not a good experience for me.
I purchased from this company on recommendations from others. Not impressed, waited a long time to receive order since they are on the west coast and then it was missing items when it got here, so I am going to have to waste more time to receive them.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff thats always eager to help.
