Smaller than i thought it would be. Im a hello kitty fam so of course could be too mad. Spent about 15 min in here and spent $40. Very cute store. If you love Hello Kitty then you must visit when in town.

It was magical, reminded me of when my mom used to take me to the Sanrio stores in the mall. I wish they were a little bigger though && had more of a pen && stationery section. Employees were friendly. Will be coming again soon

Who knew there is a Sanrio store in South San Francisco? You can find all of your favorites here from Hello Kitty to Badz Maru to the new character on the block Aggretsuko. I didnt see any Shinkhansen stuff though. Stuff ranges from the usual stationary to even Hello Kitty luggage. No tours of the facility though. I should clarify that Im not so much of a Sanrio fan but the wife is and seeing her as happy as a school girl was worth the trip.

Cute company store located on the Sanrio, Inc. warehouse campus. Lots of cute Sanrio product, so happy that this store is open! Store hours are Monday through Friday 11am - 6pm.

Small, small gift big smile! Worth going a little out of the way to see it! Wish they had more Pochacco, Batz Mari and Keroppi

If you a true Sanrio fan it’s a place to check out. The actual store is small but packs a lot of Sanrio stuff! Holds true to the old school Sanrio stores with the cute Sanrio bags with the charm and the Sanrio cards you get stamps with every purchase.

Packed with cuteness

This place is so tiny. The line to get in the small store took over an hour of waiting and that was on top of lining up for 30 minutes prior to the doors opening . Think gift shop sized. The staff is very friendly. They have cute items and they stay really organized to keep things moving smoothly for such a small place. 5 stars for the staff. My child was a bit underwhelmed after waiting so long. I recommend coming during the weekdays when they are open. The greeter explained during the week it normally has no line and is a much better experience.

Went to the store twice last week. Customer service was good. It was nice to find a Sanrio store to go to since there are no Sanrio stores in San Francisco. I will shop there again real soon. 😁

Worth a trip just to be wowed by the complete sanrio obsession. The store is run by a really knowledgeable, equally sanrio-obsessed girl that helped us find obscure items and let us know of sales going on. She mentioned they get restocked often so expect new items every now and then!I personally loved that they even had Pochacco and other lesser known characters. Very difficult to walk away from the store without buying a couple guilty pleasures.....

There is a small store open here...but their wharehouse is also located here. They have awesome wharehouse sales here from time to time.

Terrible customer service. They do not deserve any stars. I am still waiting to be contacted. Ive tried calling multiple times, Ive left many voicemail messages, Ive emailed numerous times, Ive tried contacting them through Instagram, and no one has contacted me yet. They might be the worse company in the planet, completing ignoring their customers that are in need of assistance. DO NOT ORDER FROM SANRIO!!!!!

Most of the items are also available through their online store, but you dont need an order minimum to shop in store. Also, there are usually a handful of store exclusive items.
