Overrated and overpriced. The lift gate on the truck was at an angle making it very difficult to load and unload. Their solution was a different truck tomorrow, but what good did that do today? Exactly but they didnt seem to care. Oh well lesson learned.

Penskes trucks are super reliable and they have wonderful customer service! I rented with Penske for 2 long-distance moves and for both times the 26 and 16 trucks got me to my location reliably and with absolutely no headaches! This location would call a week in advance and a couple days prior to confirm my truck reservation, which I appreciated. Penske also has a great roadside assistance team. I called in the evening about a weird brake noise on the 26 truck I picked up earlier in the afternoon and the roadside team was immediately able to accommodate me at the SSF location. Everything was fixed and ready for pickup the following early morning. Penske also offers really great discounts at certain times of the year. I am truly impressed with Penske and will definitely only work with them if I ever need a truck rental!

Penske was excellent! I received a 16 2019 truck on time, and clean. The staff was professional with excellent customer service! Price was great and comparing to the other truck rentals no hidden fees and the agent was kind enough to give me a spare lock. Oh and they actually have the truck you reserve unlike other services that leave you empty handed. Great experience. AAA discount is a must, will definitely safe you even more money.

When a nearby competitor didnt have the truck I had reserved on Sunday morning, I called Penske and they immediately set me up with a better truck for less money and with extra time. They even gave me a discount because the cabin had not been cleaned. The service was prompt, efficient, courteous, and cheerful. Will be my first call next time I have to rent a truck.

Its a truck rental. Oddly it is closed early.Penske trucks are hit or miss. Be careful, some are ok. Others are rolling junk.

Good service, accommodated me even though I arrived 30 mins before they opened. Truck however had steering and alignment issues. Also, be sure you bring a lock, as it costs $7+ for one there.
