Jeff did a great set up on my Squire Fender Strat set up,it plays 100 times better than when I brought it in, and thanks to everybody else that works at Bronstein Music very professional.Ive been going to Bronstein Music for a long time and they continue to do excellent work I highly recommend them.

Just dropped my Alto flute off for repairs after they had repaired and polished up my Gemeinhart two years ago or so and did a splendid job!

They did a great job getting my vintage alto in good shape. After being quoted a minimum of $800 to do this work at another shop, my bill here was $180 and the horn sounds fantastic after they worked on it. They were recommended by top saxophonist Gordon Fels.

Helpful information over the phone about repairing/replacing my daughters clarinet mouthpiece. Came to the shop the same day and the guy was able to help us on the spot. My daughter was relieved to have a new mouthpiece so quickly.

Recently we took in our 100+ year old trumpet in to Bronstein Music for repairs. Our grandson has taken up playing the trumpet at school and we wanted him to have another one that’s been in the family for practicing at home. Ron Graham took such wonderful care of this trumpet and got it working again perfectly. He even replaced the missing handle on the case. He supplied written info to us about how to oil the trumpet after use and all about the age of our trumpet. I feel Bronstein Music went above and beyond getting our trumpet in perfect condition to pass along to our grandson to play.

Violin rental was good. Staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. They sure know how to handle their customer well.

I went to replace a bow that they said was fine, I thought they wouldn’t replace the bow but they did. They told me they would give me a bow with the same weight and pretty much the same bow. But they gave me a fiberglass bow instead of a carbo fiber bow, that is heavier then the old one. I’m second chair in an orchestra and a concert is coming soon. I’m not sure want to do, I don’t have anyone to bring me back to the store.

Poor selection of strings for cello, took 30 minutes to buy 2 strings, they came loose in a paper bag with no product information. Had to ask to ecwn learn that they were steel core nickel wound. Strings were very low quality for the price.
