The only place I take my motorcycle, even though they can get busy, it is worth the wait. Sometimes youll have to leave a message for them to get back to you. What is really important to me is their customer service. They are willing to explain concepts and other important information even if they are busy. The last time I brought it in, Greg was very busy but still took the time to walk through everything they did with the bike and suggestions he had.

I bought my 08 kawasaki vulcan 500 from his shop and hes been helping me every step of the way anytime I have a question I just give him a call and he helps me with what I need I would seriously recommend this little home town business my loyalty is with this business 110% !!!

Great experience at Champion Cycle. Greg is as knowledgeable as they come. Brought my Vulcan 900 in for a new front tire without an appointment and they had it installed and ready to go in a timely fashion. After I paid the bill Greg loaded the motorcycle on the trailer and helped me strap it down while sharing some well appreciated tips and advice on securing a motorcycle on a trailer. Greg goes go above and beyond through the whole process start to finish. Will definitely be back and recommend.

The man working was excellent with customer service! Was extremely helpful for finding me a helmet. He was patient, explanatory, and well-informed. The store also had a great deal on motorcycle helmets AND they were able to help throw a discount for a pair of new gloves! Would highly recommend stopping in and seeing if they can help you.

A trade worthy of mention really! We had to have our bike towed on Saturday morning, July 22, 2017 for a slow flat tire. Greg is a generous and kind guy, as he rarely does nowadays. He is honest and pleasant to talk to with a sense of humor that we needed that morning. He was our guardian angel nothing less and gave us valuable advice on how to brake. Our front tire was repaired perfectly. A nail had done its work. We have driven several hundred kilometers since then and the tire is holding up. Thanks to the friendly mechanic Carl for his superb work and diligence towards us. The rear brakes had to be changed but Greg could not do it because the trade closed at noon as we were on a Saturday. He made a phone to Midwest Cycles who could do the job which was greatly appreciated. Greg found us a decorative plate for our motorcycle record. We had difficulty finding one at home. Everything was professionally set. Greg recommended a restaurant nearby for coffee and told us to come back at 11:30. I do not mention here the price of friends that Greg did to us not to create jealousy! My wife loves this plate and me too.
