They will post about how they like to work with customers who have problems and then argue semantics. BUYER BEWARE! This place is an absolute joke. Wouldn’t let me test drive the car until I showed proof that I was working with a a bank. Then I traded in my car and had the title with me, they showed me where to sign and I drove away in the new to me vehicle. They then send me the title SUPER LATE in the mail, so I’m driving the car with expired white plates. They then send me the title to my car I traded in to resign in a different spot. I held on to the title for a while until I registered my car. They are calling me telling me that they are going to bring me to court because I haven’t sent the title back. I sent it back days ago and they are still calling me. Not real sure who this guy is but he’s a clown! Also the car I bought here just cost me $1800.00 in repairs. Not a single thing about this place has been good for me.

Purchased a Suburban, they put the wrong size rotors on it, ruined the pads and brake lines. Which cost me over $1500; which makes me mad but not as mad as America Auto Inc putting my familys life in Danger! What would have happened if I had my family in the Suburban and the breaks failed.STAY AWAY!

We drove from Sioux Falls to Sioux City to purchase a vehicle here. They stayed open and for us after hours as we were running behind, car was even nicer than pictures could show. Car runs smoothly, great customer service and better priced vehicles than in the Sioux Falls area.

Absolutely Untrustworthy!Would not recommend!Just bought a van they swore needed nothing. I asked several times what it might need done. Not even an oil change he says I do it all before I sell... Check engine light comes on before I can get home with my pregnant daughter. $150 later, a shop tells me, that the heating lines were CUT, the catalytic converter needs replaced, and its slowly leaking antifreeze. There is no way they did not know about these issues the shop tells me. $2000.00 more needed in repairs! No response at all from this dealer!

Sold my family a car that stopped working in under 700 miles because of WORK THAT THEY DID! Refused responsibility. Said they would help us find parts to fix they problem they created and never called back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

To begin with they discriminate on age, when i first went to go view a vehicle i had seen on line they told me. “go home get someone older people like you waste our time.” God knows why i decided to return with cash in hand so they would at least let me look at the car. I ended up buying the vehicle just to find out the whole TRANSMISSION needed to be replaced, all this car did to me was eat away at money. I went back to tell them what had happen and they acted as if they didn’t remember me OR THE CAR. Yet i’m one if the only young people they have taken the time to speak to so how could they forget. All in all bad service bad cars and just a big scam. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Large selection of cars, they’re very polite and willing to work with you to help you find something within your budget. Some of the cars I looked at were a little dirty on the inside. But the customer service here is great.

Got my 2014 GMC Acadia here! IN LOVEEEE!!! Sooo clean, & runs so good, brand new tires. I do door dash so I’ve been driving it a lot since purchased & haven’t had a single issue with it. They worked with my fiancé & I on waiting a month for the rest of our cash. Great price. Couldn’t beat it anywhere in town. They were very friendly there too, helpful & let us take our time, not one of those ‘hover the clients in the lot’ type. I appreciated that!

I took it to a mechanic acouple weeks after I bought it and it was 2000 bucks to fix and when I called the dealer they said they wouldnt fix it. Never buying from there again!!!

I will never buy there again!!! Just purchased a vehicle from there and been having every issues since I got it. I just left the car lot for the second time since Thursday. Cadillac dealership told me whoever sold me the vehicle know exactly what was wrong with it!! The headlights never worked, which they knew. Has a major oil leak, it dies on me if I come to a complete stop. I got locked outside of my car one day and my key didnt work to the door of course!! Had to call a locksmith and turn out the battery terminal wasnt even connected, which I think they knew. Car lots do that to clear codes in my opinion!! Soon as the problems occurred I called them to express the concerns of my current situation, but not an ounce of concern. I paid cash for my vehicle and the best he could say is that sometimes he gets bad vehicles. He went on to say he tells his mechanics to fix something and they dont listen. Blames his staff and techs why the cars arent in good shape and come to realize its him not caring. I bought the car through a pandemic and he took advantage of me because he needed the money. The dealership quoted me $8200 of repairs to get the car to how its supposed to be and thats more than what I paid. I wouldnt recommend purchasing a vehicle from here, he doesnt care about his customers or the vehicles he put out. Across the street has better cars, opposite side of the road.

Very much recommend this lot. All cars I looked at were very clean, detailed inside; so when you buy your used car its like driving away with a new car. Which through our car search we noticed isnt as common as you would think. Also big selection to choose from. They pretty much have a vehicle for any need. Another thing was how reasonable the prices already are and they were even willing to negotiate the price further, which we noticed isnt very common anymore as well. What shows real integrity is that after buying the lower milage 2010 gmc acadia with an as is contract, we noticed the power steering was just barely starting to go out(common for the vehicle), only noticable with more extensive driving, they just told me to buy the parts and theyll put them in. Saving us at least 2000$, or a whole lot of hassle putting a rack and pinion and power steering pump in without a lift (pretty much whole steering system). Last thing is though the rack wasnt bad he agreed to put it in anyway at no charge. Very nice, very reasonable very professional. Thats american auto inc. Im my opinion, I appreciate it, thank you

Drove two hours to look at a Chrysler 200, when I got there and starting looking at the car I felt catfished. He did not advertise that it had some pretty bad hail damage (had he I wouldn’t have drove that far or even bothered looking at it) and when confronted about it said “it’s priced 2k under retail, what did you expect?” So I drove all that way, cash in hand, I figured I’d look around see if he had anything I was looking for. Looked at a couple Buick’s and he came out to show me a Buick he had, just not on the lot and said he’d go grab it if I was interested. Looked nice, very clean car, he told me he just recently had it serviced and everything was good except a tire pressure sensor. So I went ahead and bought it. Drove it home just fine, noticed a slight rattle, but thought nothing of it, maybe a sway bar or strut. Something simple to fix. Wrong. By the time I got home, the change oil message came on, so clearly the car wasn’t serviced recently like he had told me. Called my local mechanic and set up an appointment to get the oil changed and that rattle looked at, said it’d be a week before he could get me in. Half way through that week the check engine light came on, had me nervous, so I just drove my other vehicle until I could get it in. Drop the car off, and later that day my mechanic calls me to tell me my timing chain and gear are shot. So I messaged the guy, because had the car been serviced like he said and looking at the photos of my timing chain, there’s no way that should have gone unnoticed. He was extremely rude, and defiant to help with any of the cost of repair. I highly recommend you shop for a vehicle elsewhere. He’s selling lemons.

I was looking for a specific kind of car, they had a lot of variety to choose from . I found my car and at a great price . They didn’t pressure you into buying a car even with what is currently going on in our nation . My car looks and runs great and I’m very happy I got it forThem.

They have a lot of nice cars on the lot. A lot of those cars have a lot of problems. Had to drive a few cars just to find one that drove down the road straight. Drove 2 hours to buy a car both the tires were pointed out. I ended up settling on a different car, wish I didnt as its had nothing but problems

Were good to work with and actually stayed late so i could pick up the car. 2 hours after the dealership closed.Allowed a prepurchase inspection of my choice and kept up with communication

Great customer service. Abraham is super knowledgeable, friendly staff. Of coarse your gonna have some issues with some vehicles as they are USED!!! not new. But they do theyre best to make sure they are in best shape when they leave the lot at that present time! Would recommend to anyone!

Sorry if this is shown twice I am not sure why my review wasnt showing.Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! I dont normally write reviews, but I cannot believe these guys are still in business after how they treat people. We payed a little more than $11,000 for a pickup that wouldnt start three days after purchase. They wouldnt allow us to return it and when my husband talked to them they had mentioned when it happened to them they just unplugged and re plugged the battery showing us they knew about this problem before they sold it. We stuck $800 into it within the first two weeks of ownership and they had claimed it was our fault and refused to look at receipts we provided. They only compensated us for $300 after they had already marked up the price $400 on top of asking price due to trading in a vehicle with them. They are rude over the phone and rude in person at their office. Please dont overlook the bad reviews as I believe every single one of them now after working with them I just dont want anyone else to have to deal with this.

Hi Daniel I work at America Auto Inc; any person with half a brain knows that you cant fit an atv battery on a vehicle. The battery was small but fit just fine and started perfect. The only reason that we did not change your battery was because you posted this bad review before contacting us first, we gladly would have changed a battery of your choice.We try our best to sell good quality vehicles but they are USED vehicles

Purchased a 2016 Kia Forte for my wife here. Staff was super pleasant, listened to me when I told them what I was looking for and showed me appropriate cars, not just whatever they wanted to show me. Battery that was in the car was a dud, so they replaced it for me a few days after I bought it with no complaints or anything. Will be purchasing my next car for my daughter here.

BEWAREFACTS: I spent $3900 on a truck that didnt make it 50 miles on the odometer before it stopped working. The cost to repair $2000. The owner told me that his mechanic Jose would fix the truck for $400 if I bought the part, so I bought the part and Jose the mechanic is never there, he doesnt call back, and now they wont even answer the phone when I call.OPINIONDo not buy anything from this car lot the OWNER is a LIAR and he sells JUNK!

Only have had the car a month. Gas gage is shot. It dies when starting over 70% of the time and now power steering is shot. Owner has been rude. We talked to him a few days after buying and he said he would have someone look at it and no one was there specifically told him I have a small child and need something reliable. But I do not trust this car at all with her in it. Will not ever buy from this place again. Smh

Criminals sold me a car that I paid 100% cash for and the engine light turned on when I was doing my 2 he drive home from the car lot. They did nothing! A month later the cars timing chain broke $2800 another month later converter went out $1200. They sell OFFICIAL JUNK!!

Will never buy a car here again. I bought a used car for $1700 only to come back home to find out it needed about $2000 worth of repairs, new tires, brakes, rotors, brakes, so many things. It finally just pretty much fell apart after having it for 6 months. Sure wish I could have had my money back. They only place that would take it was a recycling center for $140

My husband and I drove over two hours to look at a vehicle that this dealership had listed online. We had spoken to them over the phone and been told the vehicles body was in good condition and overall it was in nice shape, and we were very interested. We got there and immediately could see dents, rust spots and scratches on all surfaces of the vehicles body, severe stains on the inside, and when we test drove it the AC didnt work. Tracking down a sales person always took some time as they were not attentive, and when we explained our situation and that we had been lied to over the phone our salesperson told us unapologetically that it must have been his nephew we spoke to and that, you know kids, theyll say its in nice shape when maybe...its not. We should have left right then, but we hated to waste that whole drive so we checked out a similar vehicle and he would not work with us on price at all. He was very dismissive of us. A disappointing experience overall.

I just bought a vehicle from them for my girl friend and one week later the transmission dropped out. It will cost $5000 to repair. I called twice to see if they could help or I could get a different vehicle and they would not help. The vehicle will cost me twice the price. Do not go to this place!!!!

Just bought a vehicle from there and battery was replaced with a atv or a motorcycle battery. I went back to America Auto Inc. to see if they were nice enough to replace it. They blew me off and gave me an excuse that the battery wasnt a motorcycle battery, it was an small vehicle battery. Be careful when you buy a vehicle.
