I had a great experience with Window World’s installation crew (2 guys) remove old and set new windows in one day. (Even with a late start) 11 windows for the main house and 4 in the basement.Took the entire next day to finish and trim the windows, and fine-tuning the following morning. They operate very nice and smooth, and look nice too. Also makes the house a little fresher looking on the outside.

Had windows and doors put in a couple years ago. Sliding glass door has trouble locking if not done a certain way. Front door doesn’t shut properly and actually had to have it redone twice because the door they kept trying to give us had scratches all over it or didn’t have a weather strip. One of our windows doesn’t even open. They came and “fixed” it once and by fixed I mean pounded on frame with a mallet and then put in a punch of nails. Worked for a month and won’t open again. Had an appointment for them to come look at it and they never showed up. Called the office and left a message twice and no one ever called me back. That was last spring. So now we just have a window that doesn’t open. Very bad customer service. What kind of company just doesn’t show up to an appointment or call your back? DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Terrible terrible experience. Where do I even begin? The front desk lady( Sue) has no idea what she is doing, or at least that what she tells me any time I ask questions. Had Tyler come out and bid for a new door and he told me he could get the estimate to me by the end of the day, I get it we get busy but after a week of waiting, I called and asked for it. Sue had no idea what I was talking about, and Tyler said he would get it to me ASAP. I then get an estimate with someone elses name on it! It took them FOREVER to even order my door and I am now going on week 3 for them to come back out because the installation was not done correctly. Worse experience ever, DO NOT RECOMMEND. take your money elsewhere! RUN!

My husband and I had a great experience with Window World. We only needed two windows in our kitchen replaced. The quoting process went smoothly and waiting time was exactly what was quoted to us. The day of the installation was wonderful! The guys that came in were very quick and knowledgeable. Now we have great looking windows!

Window world of Siouxland is not a company one wants. I had work done by them on 4 basement windows. The job done was poor workmanship. They kept delaying coming out and telling me they would have to look at the problem before they could do anything to correct it. They took my money and then said they were busy and would get there as soon as possible. It would seem a reliable company would try and fix the problem as fast as possible but they had my money so it wasnt important. They also did work for a relative of mine and it wasnt even to code and could have been dangerous. They did fix that but why did they try and get by with poor work in the first place. I tried to contact corporate people and was ignored by them. I would not recommend this company for anything.I finally had another party come out and take care of most of the problem.

You did a very good job, when you did do it. We were schudule for July and got in done at Thanksgiving.We had a few places to be touch up, appointment was made, never showed up. I cant really give a goodReview on your after care or customer service follow up, it just isnt there. We are happy the way it looksbut not happy the way they put us on hold.

We priced a couple different companies and window world was so easy to work with. Our windows look great and the sales team and installation were amazing.

They installed my daughter windows about 7 months ago in the summer. They said they were great windows, well I’ve noticed the last couple nights in my baby daughters room, that she was frozen, we put blankets, put her in thick onesies, everything to keep her warm. Didn’t figure it out till last night when I get her windows had drafts. I told them on the phone it was an urgent matter because my heat is constantly turning on to heat my house because of the draft they said they were coming out today at 10am, I called at 1030 because I didn’t hear anything from them. They told me that they changed it to 1115 without asking me. Expecting me to stay at home and wait they said if it’s so urgent that I can wait basically. They call me back not 2 min later and tell me he isn’t even in town and can’t make 1115 so now they have me waiting at home till 1. Unless they change it again! Sue is a terrible call person super rude! The receptionist! Gets really snotty with you! It’s my fault you guys change my times and want me to wait at home? Oh no hunny that’s your fault! Do not go with this company I have had other problems with other windows that they have previously installed in the house! Scratches, drafts, and the wrong window screens! Tyler the gentleman that comes and checks windows and does quote is a super nice guy and very personable so if I could give two different ratings it would be 0 stars for sue and 4 stars for Tyler, the one missing start is because of orders in the past being wrong but he is a great person so work with

We have an older brick home with large corner windows! The panes were falling out and we couldn’t open the windows. They came in, took out all old windows, put in new ones and cleaned up in 3 days! They were very nice and did a wonderful job!Thank you!

The windows look great. The installer left the job cleaner than when they arrived. I would buy from them again if needed.

Mixed review: took 3 months from the order date until they were put in my home. Finally received an install date after I suggested to buy the windows and put them in myself. Installers did a great job however and cleaned up after themselves. Wife is happy, home is quieter! The entire process was easy but would have been nice to receive a phone call or email letting me know where things were at. Had I not taken the initiative myself to call/email I may be still waiting for the windows to be installed. Again, aside from this, the install, product and ease of use is good. :)

My installers were very good. They used tarps on floors, wore shoe covers and cleaned up when they were down. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

The the warranty alone is a great reason to buy from window world but the nice people are always ready and willing to help.

Wrong size was ordered. Mistakes happen, but getting a timeline on when new windows was a less than satisfying experience. My wife called numerous times and just got vague answers. I had to demand to speak to the manager to get any real info. The quote process was good and the 1/2 of the installers were good but the other 1/2 again had poor communication and did not show up when they said. There was some minor product damage in the install process

They did an excellent job
