Excellent customer service.

Drove from Estancia for good tortillas and found they are made with oil, not lard. Could have just bought tortillas at Dollar General.

I had a terrible experience. It was my 1st time back at the Rail Yards Market, since the pandemic. I was excited to be there & buy fresh tortillas. I accidentally overlooked the “please do not touch” sign the vendor had up & reached for some packaged tortillas. In the rudest way possible, he says “MAM, please do not touch the tortillas”. I apologized & continued listening to him explain what they had. I settled on the flour tortillas, handed him $4, thanked him and tried to lighten the mood by saying “it’s so hard to not be normal during the pandemic & not reach for things”. His reply totally caught me off guard. He basically said “well, it’s not normal to reach for things anyways” and then he mocked me by grabbing some of what they were selling”. Horrible customer service. I wish I could have asked for my money back.
