This place has the best employees in the business. They are friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of the trade

Actual hours do not match the websites. Promises are not up kept. I have to constantly call to find where parts are. Does not deliver on the day promised. This is not just a one time occurrence. Seems to be a constant problem. Only reason not giving one star is the parts are quality material. The problem is the service.

Called in for a part replacement & got put on hold for 20mins, called back & the guy that put me on hold helped someone else. Drove down & still can’t help. A bunch of uneducated fools

Wastes more of my time to get an honest answer and parts delivered than what it should be. All I hear are excuses about when my parts are supposed to be delivered. Materials are great but service should be improved.

I came here in a pinch looking for a part for my car so I could make a 4 hour drive back home. The staff were polite and very knowledgeable about what is going on. My car is 9 years old so they didnt have the part that I needed in the store but offered to have it the next morning if needed, and would contact other stores in the area to help me find the part that I need to get home. I would come back again.

A very nice bald man with a angry looking beard was extremely knowledgeable when it came to figuring out the purpose of the reason he continues to breath. As far as I knew, there was no reason for him to breathe, wasting oxygen and all that. But I was soon corrected about the relevance of his personal usage of hot bloated CO2. Which lead me to my conclusion that the gentleman with the angry looking beard was full of hot air!!!

They dont even deserve one star...asked them to order a K&N filter for my diesel about 3 was ago.....went back when they said it was due in about 10 days later it wasnt there...just checked again, nope.....just ordered it online, itll be here in 2 days....ordered one when I was down in Texas from m a local parts place and had it that afternoon...hmmmm....might be time to find a place with a bit more attention to detail
